Horrid
The worst experience ever. Please don't bother wasting your money. The rooms were run down. Maintenance highly questionable. Air conditioning was not working. Terrible customer service.

Best experinece
Excellent spacious spot clean rooms.large bathroom with outdoor shower.Superb ambience. The entire property is serene and scenic.Beautifully maintained landscapes.We see lot of birds and reptiles around.Very peaceful.Staff is very cordial .Quick service. The best thing is food is very amazing.It is homely with authentic keralite taste

Excellent stay . Worth the money
Excellent stay. Friendly staff. It's an excellent choice for people who want to relax and unwind. The property is quite big and very well kept. You're sure to enjoy a good stroll around it. The view from the rooms are breathtaking, especially the sunset, though probably the lake view cottages are better when it comes to a view. The rooms are big as such are too subtly furnished and do not do justice to the grandeur of the rest of the resort. Lots of spots to take insta worthy pics. The breakfast spread was huge . Definitely worth it for families and for couples. Rating - Property- 8.5/10 Services and amenities- 9/10 Staff - 9/10 Room - 7/10 Hygiene - 9/10 Food( Breakfast) - 9/10
