First trip to Europe done right

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 day ago

This was my first time ever traveling to Europe and it was AMAZING! The hotel and staff were so nice and helpful. Probably one of the fanciest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The views…were absolutely stunning everywhere you looked! Whether it was at the beach, by the pool, up on the rooftop bar, the room I stayed in (the balcony views 😍), the spa or the restaurants! All of the food was delicious, I don’t think I ate one bad thing during my stay! Even getting a taxi to Corfu old town was quick and easy. Such an incredible experience and I hope I can go back soon!

Relaxing end of season Retreat

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 4 days ago

Apologies for the very delayed review - a personal hiccup our end! It does not reflect on an amazing end of season holiday last October. Although it was the last week of the season and some restaurants, sky bar and shuttle bus to beach were closed (Suggestion - could advertise this ahead of booking maybe. esp the shuttle to the beach as we swam everyday there and the sunbeds were removed and the beach hut drinks were shut), it was a beautifully quiet, incredibly relaxing retreat. The infinity pool was refreshing and spectacular, although the indoor spa facilities and massage treatment were equally excellent (thank you, Evangelia). Dimitri's knowledge and generosity of spirit creating your own salt scrubs and face masks was a highlight of my week, and he went above and beyond to make it a special stay (Thank you - Miss K) The staff were so all polite from Gerasimos driving the golf buggy down the hill to Marialena the cake maker! For some guests it might not be perfect as the hotel was closing up, but it suited us as the gentle kindness of the staff made it easy to relax. For a 5 star hotel it was quite low key and quiet which we liked. Thank you again.

Amazing hotel with an incredible pool and views.

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 week ago

This place exceeded our expectations. We are fortunate to have stayed at some wonderful hotels but this certainly rivals the best of them. We went with friends, 4 adults and 4 children (aged between 10 - 14) and we all loved it. The staff were super friendly and attentive and were always checking if you needed anything, Joanna in particular was lovely. The rooms were clean, spacious and felt luxurious and would definitely recommend the sea views rooms, worth every penny. The food was amazing, Oribu and Sofrito and lunch at Emerald on the beach was perfect. But their USP is the amazing views from the infinity pool, probably the best pool we've ever seen. If there were any recommendations, we feel the Sky Bar should have been open and accessible as soon as the hotel opens for the summer as Im sure the views would have been spectacular and whilst the Beach was lovely, it could have been made better. Dont be put off, this is an incredible luxurious hotel and will definitely be recommending it to friends! Lewis family
