Cozy and comfortable stay in a great location!
Loved our experience at this hotel! The location was phenomenal. Right on the Main Street downtown and could walk to everything easily. The room was clean and comfortable. We loved the hot tub and pool area and that we could get drinks from the bar and bring them to the pool!

Front desk issues
Upon arrival we were told that our room was 218. As it turned out after carrying our luggage there the room was occupied. Assigned another room that had an unwelcomed tub with no mat to avoid slipping. Also told there was no Amer Platinum benefits until we spoke to someone else at the desk
