Beautiful property, delicious and fresh food. Jacqueline was particularly great. She was professional and kind.

*Updated to include more fabulous employees. We went for a 10 year anniversary/baby moon. And it was the perfect spot for what we wanted! Gorgeous beach/view, upscale rooms/resort amenities, and delicious food! Julian at the front desk was always so welcoming and helpful! He answered any question we had and was so attentive! He even sent up charcuterie/ champagne to our room for our special occasion. Such a sweet and thoughtful gentleman! We also had the pleasure of having Malia as our waitress on a few occasions. She went above and beyond to make sure we were not just happy with our meals, but with our overall stay. Malia was so sweet and personable and we really enjoyed getting to know her. We will miss her! Another fantastic waitress we had was Macy on our last night. She personally made me a delicious mocktail which was so kind and special. Macy was also exceptional and made sure we had everything we needed. We ended the trip with a wonderful dinner and great service! My husband and I took Ubers around the island so we were back and forth between the resort and other places. Ricardo was always at the entrance with a smile on his face :) He would make sure we had great experiences on our adventures out. Ricardo would also make recommendations for us which was a huge help! Last but not least was Laura at the spa! I got a prenatal massage that was just what I needed! She was so friendly and really was so knowledgeable when it came to massage therapy and what I needed for my pregnancy/pain issues. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing and upscale getaway! Family/dog friendly as well. We'l bring the kids next time :)

As a former Marriott associate, I always enjoyed my stays at this property when Kristine was the General Manager. Because of those positive experiences, we decided to book here again for our end‑of‑summer vacation. Unfortunately, this stay was extremely disappointing. The room was in very poor condition, and when I requested to speak with a manager, the MOD came out and told me that because of the rate I paid, she did not have any rooms available and implied that I was simply looking for an upgrade. I explained that a guest is a guest regardless of the rate, and that every room should meet Marriott brand standards. For reference, my nightly rate was $341.00. After reviewing the photos I showed her, the MOD responded that she would “send maintenance tomorrow,” which is not an appropriate solution for a room that should have been in proper condition upon arrival. I would like to share some of the pictures with you.

Macy was absolutely amazing! She has such a wonderful personality and made our entire experience even more enjoyable. She was friendly, attentive, welcoming, and genuinely made us feel like valued guests. Her positive energy and great sense of humor really stood out. The food was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor, and the portions were generous and satisfying. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted great. Would highly recommend the Lamb shank and meatballs. Excellent service from start to finish—we’ll definitely be back and hope to have Macy again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Playa Largo Resort & Spa in Key Largo with family and friends. This has truly become our favorite resort in Key Largo, and we can’t wait to come back! From the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional. The check-in process was easy and welcoming, and Britney from Hanover, Jamaica was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly professional, warm, and attentive. As a Marriott Titanium Elite member, I was greeted with a smile and a refreshing mojito, and Britney even went out of her way to speak with her manager to arrange an upgraded room for us. That kind of personal attention really makes a difference! Our room was beautiful, spacious, exceptionally clean, and had a fantastic view. We also really appreciated the Marriott member benefits. Breakfast was complimentary and delicious, and we had access to the members’ lounge, which was such a nice perk. It offered snacks, coffee, bathrooms, showers, and lockers — especially convenient if you want to enjoy the resort before check-in or after check-out. There are so many fun little touches throughout the resort. We loved that the pool is open 24 hours, and there were plenty of activities for both adults and families. We had a great time coloring magnets, making bracelets with beads, making smores at night by the fire pit, and attending the beautiful sunset/sundown event. They even provided a drink ticket, and we received a postcard with flower seeds that you can fill out and they will mail for you. Such a thoughtful and memorable touch! The staff throughout the resort were incredibly friendly. A special shout-out to Sacha at the outdoor bar, who was so nice and actually remembered us from a previous visit! He makes great drinks, took excellent care of us, and got our food order exactly right. And you absolutely have to try the shrimp tacos — they are delicious! 🌮🍤 We also loved the fishing deck. The resort provides fishing rods and shrimp, so you can simply grab what you need and enjoy some fishing right on the bay. The water in the bay is beautiful, clear, and shallow, making it a really enjoyable place to spend time. They also give you floats if you want to relax in the water. There was even live music at the upstairs bar one evening, which made for a wonderful way to end the night. Parking was convenient, with both valet and self-parking available for $25. What really stands out about Playa Largo is the people. Everyone we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely interested in making sure we had a great stay. This is truly a special place for our family. Whether you're looking for a relaxing getaway, a fun family vacation, or a beautiful resort to enjoy with friends, we highly recommend Playa Largo. We have stayed at many resorts, but this one continues to be our favorite in Key Largo. ❤️🌴🌊 We can't wait to return!
