She anticipated our needs and ensured birthday amenities were waiting in our room. Her warm, attentive service made us feel truly special throughout the entire visit. Jacqueline – Breakfast Bliss at Las Olas: Jacqueline greeted us with gracious hospitality each morning, making breakfast a highlight of our day. Her thoughtful service and friendly demeanor added a joyful start to every morning. We left Las Olas with full bellies and even fuller smiles, thanks to her care. Javier – Bar Excellence at Sol by the Sea: Javier crafted memorable moments at the bar with skill and charisma. His attention to detail and welcoming vibe elevated every cocktail and conversation. The atmosphere he helped create contributed greatly to our overall enjoyment. Rachel – Waterside Dinner Service: Rachel provided superb service and warmth during our second-night dinner. Her recommendations and attentiveness made our dining experience truly special.We appreciated her professionalism and genuine hospitality. The Villa Rooms & Waterfront Amenities: The Villa rooms were beautiful and very spacious for four guests. Beach and pool areas were pleasantly uncrowded, even though we were told the property was sold out. The combination of room comfort and serene spaces added an extra layer of relaxation to our trip. Evening Activities & Nightlife: The hotel’s evening activities were unforgettable and created lasting memories. Each night offered something enjoyable and engaging, contributing to the overall excitement of our stay. Overall Experience: The resort delivered consistent, high-quality service across all venues. We had an absolute blast and left with excitement to return. This birthday celebration was elevated by the team’s genuine care and impeccable hospitality. We love this hotel and are already planning our return! We came for our anniversary and it was the perfect getaway, but we can see how our kids and entire family would love it too. The Hammocks villa experience was truly luxurious and Yoly was so attentive and made sure we had a great time. Jacqueline at the Hammocks breakfast venue was such a warm, welcoming face in the morning and so helpful. The entire staff was great and we’ll be back soon!

Playa Largo was truly an amazing stay, even for a couple of days! The place is calm, fun, and friendly. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. Jacqueline from the lobby breakfast was super nice and made our stay even better with superior service for the whole family! Food was very delicious and not overpriced. We will definitely be back and enjoy this place more in the coming years!

We love this property and have been previously, with plans to return. The hospitality and service are amazing. Jacqueline and Paul in the members breakfast room go above and beyond. Eventide is something we always look forward to. I am a Titanium Member and have been to many properties and this is my favorite to relax and chill.
