Playa Largo is the kind of place you plan to visit once and then accidentally keep coming back to mostly because of Helen. Our waitress was an absolute legend. Friendly, hilarious, lightning-fast, and somehow knew exactly what we wanted before we did. Is she psychic? Possibly. The food and drinks were on point, the vibe was beachy and fun, but Helen took the whole experience from "great night out" to "I'm telling everyone I know about this place." If you're lucky enough to get her as your server, buckle up you're in for top-tier service and a lot of laughs. 10/10 would return. 11/10 if Helen's working!

Great resort overall, but multiple small missed added up. For example was told an upgrade to a villa was possible, then told it was not allowed. Also, during our whole stay, the beach bar was out of Sprite, how long did it take to replace the mix or have some cans available. Another example, there was something, possibly old food, but looked like poop outside of a doorway. I reported that it needed to be cleaned. Was very gross, took over 24 hours to be cleaned up. Beach bartenders were great. Jacqueline and Keisha in the elite breakfast area were very kind and obviously hard working.

I had a fantastic experience at your resort. Every single encounter with a member of your staff was excellent. I especially enjoyed the full service experience my husband and I got at breakfast each morning. Jacqueline and Keisha went above and beyond every single day. They were always kind, professional and caring. They remembered my favorite drink and even had it ready when they saw me coming. They really were both exceptional! They took very good care of my husband and me! I appreciated all that they did to make our time at your resort so enjoyable! Thank you Jacqueline and Keisha!!

Rachel at the front desk truly made our stay in Key Largo special. From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly friendly, kind, and welcoming. She was also very knowledgeable about the area and gave us great recommendations that helped us make the most of our trip. On top of that, she had a great sense of humor and made every interaction enjoyable. Excellent customer service like hers makes a big difference—thank you, Rachel, for treating us so well and making our stay even better! Also Matt at the bar. was warm, friendly, and truly entertaining, one of the best bartenders thus far. He was passionate about bartending and it really showed in both his craft and the way he interacted with guests, making every visit to the bar a great experience.

Location was great, Rachel made us feel welcomed after we arrived late. Matt was a great bartender as well. We’ll be back to visit
