Excellent experience! Tyler (at the outdoor bar) was absolutely AMAZING! He made our first night absolutely enjoyable and went above and beyond to make sure we were having a great time. Thank you - Tyler and team! Amenities, food, drinks, atmosphere, sunsets, everything was so great. Alexa was great when we were checking out! Allen was so kind and enjoyable as soon as we arrived and when we got bikes! Sugar was very kind. All staff were very impressive! Hope to be back soon when the water is warmer.

We had a wonderful experience at Playa! I cannot think of one complaint or suggestion that would have made our stay more pleasurable. We had a magical vacation that started at our arrival and continued for our entire stay. My mother, daughter and I made wonderful memories and our accommodations, staff and of course the beautiful weather, was a huge part of our special experience. Each staff that we encountered was friendly and helpful, including Paul, our daily breakfast server, Sam, our server at the pool and Marisa, who kept our room stocked with all of the essentials and delicious extras. Elena, the front office manager, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness. I just can’t rave enough about Playa, its staff and our experience. I truly can’t wait to go back!

Large, clean rooms. Great beach with more than enough beach chairs. Service was all 5+ stars. Super friendly, great value, food, location, gym, beach bar.

Folks, lower your expectations! This isn't an Autograph Collection hotel; only the price is. The hotel housekeeping was lousy. They changed the bed sheets once every 4th night. We were forced to sleep on the same dirty sheets for 3 straight nights. They were going to change the sheets only once for our 6-night stay. I had to ask them to change the sheets on the 3rd night twice even though I asked the housekeeping that I wanted clean sheets every night repeatedly. Is it unreasonable to want to sleep on fresh sheets every night when one pays $800 a night on average? Why is the hotel forcing its guests to forgo nightly sheets changing for the hotel's own gain under the shallow "green" environment practice? Also the hotel bathroom was cleaned minimally. Smudges were found in the toilet room, which I had to wipe, hair was never removed from the shower drain during our stay, sink faucet handles were dirty, etc. We had a conversation with another family staying at the hotel and they agreed that they would not come back to Key Largo again because of the hotel. Playa Largo Autograph Collection hotel shattered my expectations on Marriott. I am moving away from staying in Marriott hotels.

This was our 2nd time as a family staying at Playa Largo and we enjoyed it just as much this year as last. The hotel offers “extra touches” that made our stay wonderful. We checked in and were welcomed with drinks, they passed around fruit kabobs at the pool, had a daily “hot chocolate bar” and nightly s’mores by the fit pit! The staff was beyond friendly, helpful and kind. Kadesha and Jaqueline in the Marriott Bonvoy continental breakfast area knew what we enjoyed after our first day! Jimmy prepared the best omelettes outside on the deck and was friendly and accommodating. The pool area was always clean, well maintained and we didn’t have to fight for chairs! The beach was wonderful too… many chairs, bar service and a great “eventide” celebration everyday at sunset The housekeeping staff was great- bringing us extra towels and blankets in a timely manner. If you are looking for a great resort away from Miami, it is a great place to stay!
