Great getaway
Lovely getaway in Key Largo. Super warm, friendly staff, willing to go above and beyond to make our experience very personable. A special thank you to Jacqueline at the Las Olas Breakfast Buffet, we appreciated her jovial demeanor and hospitality. We also enjoyed meeting Jo, a wonderful young woman who provided exceptional dinner service with a smile, she even recalled our names at the end of our meal.

A Relaxing Stay with Amazing Staff
We had a wonderful stay at the resort. Throughout the entire length of our stay, the staff provided great service and were consistently friendly, attentive, and helpful. Everyone we interacted with went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. A special thank you to Jacqueline, who hosted breakfast every morning. She was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive, and always started our mornings on a great note. Her friendly service really stood out and was one of the highlights of our stay. The resort itself was beautiful, relaxing, and a great place to unwind. We truly appreciated the hospitality and the care the staff put into making our stay enjoyable. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

Breakfast Buffet Excellence
Had an amazing breakfast with Jacqueline and Guirda. They maintained the breakfast buffet filled with all of the goodies and if we needed absolutely anything they were quick to please us. Their service was EXCELLENT!!! We look forward to breakfast thanks to them!

Amazing Stay/ Better Service
We had an amazing stay. Our family had such a good time!! The resort was top notch and the service was second to none. We will be coming back again!! Side Note: Jacqueline went above and beyond every morning at breakfast. She really made this experience "Top Shelf".
