Rooms are clean but small. The poolside bar service was terrible-not even a smile. All food orders are placed at the bar, server did not know what a Cuban colada was and also handed me a bill for cafe con leche 20 minutes after the order and still no coffee! The food truck would be nice if you could actually get food from there. The pool is actually very nice. The atmosphere very Havana, very nice. Safety to me was an issue as parking lot says “at your own risk” and one night five police cars were up front. Reception said it was a mishap 🤨

Our stay was wonderful. We booked through Expedia and received free breakfast at the hotel, which was excellent. Our server, Dmytrii was so personable and attentive. He even waited on me at the bar and was juggling multiple customers with ease. I can’t say enough about this toug man. His spirit is the heart of the hotel. The ambience of the hotel is remarkable. It’s decorated to the T. The attention to deemed detail is beyond anything I’ve seen. It creates a true Haven. I have no idea how they keep up with the plants, the activities, and entertainment. While there we had a DJ, received free Jell-O shots and a smoothie at noon. This is not close to Duvall Street, they provided a shuttle, which was good, but you need to plan for another way to get back you want a late night. Parking in town is very expensive.

Atmosphere is gorgeous, very clean, friendly, great breakfast service from Dimitri. Rooms are spacious & kept up with well, service desk is super helpful. Definitely would be back!
