Havana Cabana At Key West

Just the best ever!!! Nick front desk, david, mary, NICK at pool, Ruslan and Kosta make your already SO FUN experience exceptional!!! We stay in the keys half of the year from Nashville TN. My heart is ALWAYS at HAVANA CABANA!! The best and cutest pool and bar, Delicious food and snacks! We have stayed all Over the keys and hands down HAVANA CABANA IS ABSOLUTELY THE MOST FUN LOVING PLACE ON THE ISLANDS!!! We love yall SO MUCH!! Yall have nailed the KEY WEST EXPERIENCE AND BEYOND!!!

We had a mixed experience during our stay. On the positive side, the shuttle service is excellent, the pool area is clean and a lot of fun, and the bar serves great drinks. The free welcome cocktail was a lovely touch that we really appreciated! However, the room itself was a letdown. We were assigned a room facing the parking lot, and the layout was inconvenient—it featured a bathtub instead of a walk-in shower, with the toilet squeezed into the same cramped space. We also found the ice machine on our floor to be out of commission; it was plugged in but completely non-functional, which was frustrating. While I personally enjoyed the "Cuban-ish" aesthetic, the room quality simply didn't match the premium price point. Great vibes and service, but the accommodations need to catch up to the cost.

The staff are really nice and the location is great, grocery stores and restaurants are in walking distance and very close to the airport

I recently stayed at Havana Cabana and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The property itself is beautiful, with a relaxed, tropical atmosphere that immediately makes you feel like you’re on vacation. The room was clean, comfortable, and kept at the perfect temperature, with a great view that made it even better. One of my favorite parts of the stay was the hot tub and pool area — such a great place to unwind. Everything was peaceful, quiet, and exactly what I needed. I also want to give a special shoutout to Nick at the front desk, who was incredibly welcoming and helpful, and Tasha at Flama Cabana, who made the experience even more enjoyable. The service truly stood out. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and will absolutely be staying here again. Every time I visit Key West, Havana Cabana will definitely be at the top of my list.

Mario, the hotel shuttle driver, made this trip extra special. He narrated an informal tour on the way to our drop off point. He also recommended the best places to eat.
