Uncomfortable stay in Room 231 - Sept 20-21
Woke up with multiple clustered, itchy bites on legs/ankles that were not there at check-in. Photos taken right after checkout. Had to wash and heat-dry all luggage/clothing when we got home to Hialeah, FL. Reported to front office manager Christian Lloyd Silvela. Hotel said they inspected room and pest control found nothing and declined refund of $218.96. I understand they could not find evidence after checkout, but we still experienced the bites and discomfort during our stay. Room otherwise decent, but the bite issue and response was disappointing. Would appreciate a follow-up.

We live very the Havana Cabana. It’s easy to get anywhere because off th shuttle. Plus the pool is amazing
