Pool area service for food and drinks just pathetic.
This is an awesome resort for quality of room, and view. Main restaurant service and food is impressive. Location excellent. If I could just get a drink and food at lunch time at the pool area would have been nice. Server and overall service at pool area SUCKED SO BAD I left every day for lunch.

Best hotel in Key West
I have visited Key West many times and stayed at several different hotels, but the Hyatt Centric Key West Resort & Spa is by far the best hotel in town. The property is beautiful, well maintained, and offers an outstanding guest experience. The staff provides exceptional service and goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. The location is unbeatable, situated right on the marina and within easy walking distance of Key West’s restaurants, shops, attractions, and nightlife. The views are spectacular, especially at sunset. The Four Flamingos restaurant is another highlight of the property. The food, atmosphere, and service are outstanding, making it one of the best dining experiences in Key West. I highly recommend the Hyatt Centric to anyone visiting Key West. It is the perfect combination of luxury, comfort, excellent service, and a prime waterfront location.

Unsure if Worth the $$
Additional $70 resort fee /night due at checkout. This was not explained well during booking or check-in. What does this cover- wifi? $40/day parking seems exploitative. Can the resort fee not go towards a parking space? Bar staff was not friendly. Feeling indifferent about our stay.

Awesome stay
The GM Hector was amazing! Our room was phenomenal! Balcony! Ocean view! Staff was attentive and great! Bar and servers were awesome! Our send time at this hotel and looking forward to April 2027

Perfect Key West Resort
Great location in Key West and absolutely beautiful resort. Had so many fantastic amenities and easily accessible landmarks nearby.
