Hyatt Centric Key West Resort & Spa

Waited 15-20 for an old fashioned that was the worst. A very bad deep tissue massage & room service burger was leathery small and was awful. Not to mention customer service slacked.also found a women’s parties in my drawer.i do not recommend this hotel

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The pool area was relaxing as there weren’t many small children. It still was a nice family environment. The gym was well equipped too. Everything was in walking distance. There is a public beach next door to sit on. The resort is up above the water but you can walk down steps to a shallow area. The drinks at the bar are pricey but that is vacation in a tourist area. We will definitely stay at the Hyatt Centric again!

The Hyatt Centric and Spa was recommended to me. We love it!!! The handicapped shower was perfect for my husband. The pool, hot tub, service and beautiful views are fantastic! The Trade Winds feel awesome. I left the patio door slightly ajar and felt the fantastic breeze as the palm trees whistled in the wind, as I watched the ocean views from my bed. The Hotel is located next to the Historic Pier. Location!!! There are plenty of restaurants and boutiques.

I recently had another remarkable stay at this establishment. However, I must note a few drawbacks. The pool was not heated as indicated on their website, resulting in a rather cold experience that compelled younger children to seek warmth in the hot tub, which was heated. Given the nightly rate and the additional resort fee, this situation is less than acceptable. On a positive note, the hotel offers a complimentary drink upon check-in, which is a thoughtful gesture. It would be beneficial to provide a non-alcoholic option for children or guests who do not consume alcohol. The accommodations are spacious, and housekeeping services are provided daily, with the option to choose between morning or afternoon service. Additionally, complimentary drinks are available at varying times throughout the day at the pool bar. I recommend opting for a room with a sunset view, as the pool and ocean view rooms can be somewhat noisy at times. For those interested in feeding the turtles, simply inquire at the front desk for turtle food. Both the pool bar and the on-site restaurant offer exceptional dining experiences. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to various attractions and features its own private beach cove and sundeck. I look forward to returning and will certainly recommend this hotel to friends and family.

I booked three rooms and called to request if we could check in early. The front desk manager said she would try and when we arrived at 1:30 it was done. The bellman greeted us at the entrance and took all the bags, checked us in and delivered the bags promptly. He also arranged return transportation to the airport which was waiting for us upon departure, seamless. I found the hotel very clean and had no issues. I would definetly stay there again.
