great experience at the hyatt
This hotel is centrally located so you can walk to almost anything in old town. While it is pricey you get what you pay for. With beautiful waterfront views and its lovely turtle sanctuary.

Downtown Duvall and fun
Amazing food and convenient location downtown near activities, restaurants and Duvall St attractions. Would go back!

Wonderfully located for Key West exploration
Family of 3 from Boston. Visiting during December. Being globalist got an upgraded suite. Very spacious room looking over the pool and ocean. Sofabed was prepared as bed upon request. This hotel is wonderfully located near all the touristic activity sites. Close to Mallory square, Duval st. There is a CVS one block away. Staff were courteous, establishment was very clean and in good decor. We loved our 2 day stay. We did not have a car on purpose. Used uber while our entire stay and that was just perfect

Come for the location not the condition
Great location - walking distance to the vast majority of places you want to go. Great atmosphere - fun, light hearted, polite and attentive Due to its location we will return BUT I wish I had other options.
