Amazing Stay, Beautiful Hotel!
Wow! We had an amazing stay while celebrating my milestone birthday! The hotel arranged an upgrade for us to a premium ocean front huge room with two balconies and fabulous 180 degree views of the gorgeous water! There was a welcome Happy Birthday basket and champagne, which arrived later, and was so nice…helped to start our celebration quickly soon after arrival! The bed was perfect! The mattress was very comfortable and with a great assortment of pillows! We loved having morning coffee and drinks at sunset on the balconies! Sunset views were perfect in April! We also enjoyed a massage in the spa, which was great! The massage therapists were very skilled, experienced and kind and it was absolute bliss! We enjoyed every restaurant, and bar while staying there too! Food and beverages were very tasty and we enjoyed very much! Great coffee bar and gift shop too! I must note all employees and staff were very kind, friendly and accommodating! We cannot express how happy we were to stay at Hyatt Centric Key West! We hope to return again someday in the future! Thank you!

Better than expected! Great location and very clean! Would definitely stay here again and lived the scooter rental place located in the parking lot!

Great Place to enjoy the sunset
Great location view from our room was fantastic. Room was clean, updated and well taken care of. Several excellent places to dine right next door. Parking was ample always a spot for our car in their lot having a place to park is a premium in Key West.
