Hyatt Centric Key West Resort & Spa

Wonderful location on the water with perfect sunsets. Fishing boat can pick up at the dock. Central to everything bars, restaurants. Quite, Clean, large rooms, very lay back.

Cannot say enough good things about Hyatt and our experience. This was a birthday celebration trip with friends and from the beginning Erin ( concierge) was so helpful with plans, and Serina at Four Seasons also. Four Seasons fabulous for appetizers and drinks on several occasions and Veli our waiter was wonderful and attentive. Housekeeping perfect and I thank Angie, Dona and Evelyne. Lastly, Anna manager and at the front desk and Jake both so helpful and went above and beyond to answer questions and assist. All in all a fantastic stay and Hyatt venue perfect!

Would highly recommend this resort. Accommodations, services and restaurants were great!. Unfortunately, the pool was closed for renovations while we were there but we had access to a neighboring pool.

Pluses: Excellent location with easy walking to many local attractions. Clean and eco friendly. They care for rehomed turtles on property. The reason for our rating: pool closure and construction that was never communicated to us. We arrived back to the hotel on Memorial Day ready to take a dip in the pool, only to find it covered up and under construction. We booked our reservation 5 months in advance and was not informed that they would resurface the pool. This resulted in half our stay with no pool, reduced amenities and significant noise. We would have booked another hotel had we known.

Do not stay here. My passport was stolen out of my room. I have been a loyal Hyatt rewards member. Instead of being professional and apologizing they called me a liar. All I asked for was a reimbursement for the cost of a new passport. Instead they called me a liar again.
