Hyatt Centric Key West Resort & Spa

We had a truly wonderful stay at the Hyatt Centric Key West Resort & Spa. The hotel was very nice, comfortable, and perfectly situated for enjoying everything Key West has to offer. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone we encountered was pleasant, welcoming, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. They certainly contributed to making our visit such an enjoyable one. The surroundings are simply spectacular. From the beautiful waterfront views to the incredible Key West sunsets, there always seemed to be something worth stopping for and taking in. The location also made it very convenient for us to explore Key West and enjoy some excellent restaurants. One of the highlights of our trip was dinner at Azur. I had their octopus dish, and I can genuinely say it was one of the best octopus dishes I have ever had — and I have eaten octopus in Greece! It was absolutely outstanding. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time in Key West and our stay at the Hyatt Centric. Beautiful surroundings, great location, wonderful staff, excellent food, and those unforgettable sunsets made for a very memorable weekend. We would happily return and would certainly recommend the Hyatt Centric Key West to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable Key West getaway.

We wanted to take a moment to recognize Ei and staff at the Hyatt Centric. Our family has stayed at this hotel on several occasions due to its prime location. We love starting our mornings with sunrise walks, and the Hyatt offers, in our opinion, some of the best sunset views each evening. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the exceptional level of customer service. Ei always does a remarkable job taking care of us, and the entire team is consistently friendly, courteous, respectful, and welcoming. As returning guests, Ei surprised us with a bottle of Champagne and a piece of key lime pie in our room, which was such a thoughtful gesture. She also helped make our son’s birthday celebration feel extra special by sending balloons and a birthday banner to our room. We are grateful for Ei’s hospitality and for the outstanding service from the Hyatt Centric team. We look forward to returning again in the future.

Location and views from the hotel were wonderful. Whole experience was great. Wee upgraded to a room with a better view, which was well worth it. Nothing negative about the stay.

We love this place. This was our 4th year in a row. It's in a great location and the resort is awesome. We met a great couple from Tennessee and became great friends. Looking forward to going back again next year
