Good waterfront location.
Good view and location between The Wharf and Duvall. Hotel staff is friendly. I like the turtle ponds.Elevator floor needs replacing.

Hyatt Centric Delivers a Great Key West Experience
We had a wonderful time at the Hyatt Centric Key West. The facility is beautiful, immaculate, lush landscaping and many amenities. 1. Room: Beautiful view of both the ocean and the pool. Strong air-conditioning and comfy bed. 2. Staff: Housekeeping did a great job. Front desk staff: Shantel and Julian were helpful, friendly and accommodating. Greeted us daily with a smile and an offer to help with anything. The third staff member who was great was Sacha. He was helpful at check-in as well as every day of our stay, greeting us each morning with a smile and a hello. Again, he always offered his assistance with anything. They all helped make it a great stay. 3. Pool: Clean, spacious and fun. A few reviews mentioned the pool was “too small.” Not at all. 4. Outside Bar: convenient, quick service as well as food menu. 5. Location: 2 blocks from Duval Street. So many sights in a walkable distance, made this Hyatt the perfect location. Two Negatives: 1. Daily parking fee between $40-$45 and resort fee of $58 dollars per day. After paying a premium Hyatt Hotel price, adding over $100.00 per day seems to be gouging. 2. Overall great experience!
The location is exceptional and the rooms are clean and spacious. Loved the pool and bar area. Would stay there again in the future.

This resort does not disappoint….too many wonderful things to list and people to name….we will be back! This genuinely exceeded our expectations and that never happens!
