Our favorite Key West hotel
We had a great stay at the Hyatt Centric. This was our 4th or 5th time staying here and we love the friendly staff, the location and views, the pool/hot tub, the relaxation areas (hanging chairs by pool and swinging chair on the docks), and the onsite restaurants. We’ll be back!!

Paradise!
We love this place! We have been multiple times and have our next visit scheduled. The location is the best! The food is good. The service at The Blue Mojito is excellent!

Had high hopes, but ended up disappointed.
Pros- Location is great, nice to have a gym, has parking (but it’s expensive). Clean room. Cons - Not an upscale hotel or resort, very overpriced for the condition and amenities offered. No Island vibe to it. Much better places to stay on Island and at better rates.

Great stay and location.
Great hotel and Sasha was incredible. He was a gracious host to our one night stay and is a true professional. He was very helpful and informative on everything. Took true ownership mentality throughout the stay and is an asset to Hyatt Centric. Shantelle was wonderful at check in.
