Hyatt Centric Key West Resort & Spa

We had exceptional service from multiple staff members and everything was clean and well maintained. The food at both restaurants was great.

Everything was great loved the pools and access to beach and float need more drinks bingo and Live music The singer and company on Saturday of lobster fest were great saw them later singing at the festival

This was our third stay at the Hyatt and everything I said before still stands. The room was cleaned every day in the am which I so appreciated and was sparkling! the view cannot be beat as the location so convenient to the harbor. What sets this apart from all the other hotels in Keywest that we have stayed in is the Customer Service it just can't be beat. A special shoot out to Sasha you are always the best. We wanted a water view. So, we set our reservation with Hyatt Centric. Upon arrival the front desk offered a upgrade to our "water view" room, which we accepted, at an add'l fee. It was worth it. Our 3rd floor room had been recently remodeled. It had 4 windows and a double door leading to a balcony-all with views of the water without obstruction. The hotel amenities were plentiful. We would go back there.

The location was fantastic and the overall atmosphere and appeal of the property was great. The rooms are spacious and appealing. The overall cleanliness of the property was fantastic. No issue at all with noise. Service was acceptable when needed. The biggest issue we had was lack of late-night snack/eating. The gift shop is actually second party not the property of the resort. the hours were inconvenient not open early or late enough to be of great use to those who are taking in the many activities Key West has to offer. The extra fees, $60 plus dollars per day and parking $40 per is a bit unreasonable on top of the room rate/vacation package already paid for.
