Return visit was as fantastic as our first
Second trip, everything was fantastic just like our first trip 6 months ago. We’re planning a return trip on May 2027. From check-in to check-out we had a wonderful time. The resort staff is friendly and helpful, not one complaint about the service we received. Can’t wait to go back

Paradise inside of Paradise
We could not have asked for a better location. The view was absolutely breathtaking. The hotel was beautiful and all staff were friendly and helpful with anything we needed. The food was great and the drinks were delicious. We had a king sized bed with partial ocean view and it did not disappoint. We will definitely be back.

DON'T TRY TO CANCEL
With humility, I tried to cancel a booked reservation 7 months in advance. I received nothing more but "we can't it's Hotel Policy." I explained the administrative error in booking and reminded the hotel that I am a repeat guest that has spent thousands of dollars at the hotel. I was told management would contact me, and I was completely ignored. Is the Hyatt in Key West so concerned about being unable to book a room with 7 months notice? Is it better practice to ignore a customer who can no longer make that trip and leave the room empty. Would the Hyatt consider simply just try to rebook the room and refund me the money or provide a credit??? Terrible and insensitive customer service.

Great hotel with amazing views and a resort vibe
Hotel was beautiful, very friendly staff. Great location with a resort vibe. Water sports and scooter/golf cart rentals right at the hotel. Great for a couples get away or a family vacation. The room was outstanding. Upgrading to a full ocean view was well worth it (see picture of the view). I’ve stayed at other Key West hotels and the Hyatt was the overall best. Will definitely be back. Went with my wife and next time will bring the kids.

Nice Hotel, great location
The location of this hotel was great for a first time visitor to Key West. It was right in the middle of things going on within a walk in any direction. There was not much of a beach at the hotel. The pool was small but OK. The onsite restaurant was very expensive and not good. The bar was excellent. And being on the water, it had GREAT sunsets.
