Hyatt Centric Key West Resort & Spa

Very nice hotel. Turtle sanctuary pools decorating the outside. Helpful staff. It was very quiet, which we found amazing since there were weddings held here. Located right on the gulf, beautiful water views. Very nice at night watching the boats come and go. We would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous location right next to the marina where many excursions take place. Great restaurants there, as well as Old Town--a 10min.walk. I booked Jan.18-24 last summer @ rate of $462/night, then nearer to check-in, concierge offered full ocean view room for $100 more per night--well worth it! Jet skis & kayaks onsite. Like many waterfront hotels, the beach is minimal. Rooms very quiet. Since the Park Hyatt NYC is 45k points/night, I wouldn't use my points here. Since it's only a Centric, it exceeded my expectations.

Great location as we could walk to everything within Key West and excellent staff. The hotel is not inexpensive though as many things were "add ons" such as, room upgrade - $60 per night, parking $45 per day, resort fee $75 per day, breakfast $85 and drinks $17 per drink were also on the upper end of reasonable. The hotel could also use a little TLC.

We stayed here over the long weekend MLK weekend. Everything was great from check in to check out. We arrived late and Jake at the front desk was extremely professional and welcoming. A great segue to our weekend. THANKS JAKE! Our room was nice and housekeeping was great. TJ at the bar was fun and made a great cocktail. I think the only issue was that the hot tub was NOT HOT (tepid at best) and we were really looking forward to a nice soak after exploring all day and the pool was FREEZING. We did mention it to someone but nothing seemed to be rectified during the stay. This resort is pricey and the resort fees are high - the amenities should be spot on. Great location - very courteous staff. We would definitely consider staying again when we pop down.

Great location next to everything. Beautiful grounds. Clean room. Restaurant and bar staff were great! Front desk staff weren’t as friendly. Spa experience was a disappointed. For the cost, it was a bit disappointing in some areas.
