Getting more expensive each year. Clientele getting to be less family-friendly. Pool staff usually very friendly but one in particular was unreasonably strict regarding a cooler bag we had for food for our baby. When this was reported to the hotel staff, the pool staff then started giving our family a cold shoulder, skipping us for any complimentary ices/towels and being mean to our young child. Other than that the experience is heavenly. Poolside service, beautiful views, location, etc etc.

Too many kids! Only had one waiter that was excellent. Others were incompetent. Food issues, ex. Tomato still had labels on . Issues with room

The location of this place is great, offering easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. Room was large and view was nice. However, the pricing seems disproportionately high for what's being offered with regard to service and attention to detail. Our check in was difficult with the desk agent at first refusing to return to the desk to check us in through radio communication. Eventually she did but our key cards did not work, so we had to return to the desk to get new ones. Dinner at Hot Tin Roof was disappointing when our food came out with a hair on it. Other little things, like a torn robe and sink stopper not working could have been caught before guests arrived.

My wife and I went down from May 5 and left May 10. Perfect weather. Balcony overlooked Mallory Square. Hot Tin Roof was awesome. And the staff was amazing. We'll be back.

Great service and the rooms were very comfortable. We would definitely stay at this resort again in the future.
