Easily one of the best hotels at Key West, location is perfect, sunsets every night from the hotel bar or Sunset Deck. Beautiful pool area, fabulous breakfast and views. Spacious rooms and the best service by Craig the hotel manager and the team. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone.

I LOVE sunset pier, people from all over gather there for the sunset and theres always awesome live music and plenty of folks to talk to. The whole hotel just has a very eclectic and lively vibe. Still very "luxury" but didn't feel stuffy. I really enjoyed it and would come back in a heartbeat. We actually got a pretty good deal by booking direct through the ocean key resort website, they run specials for the spring that have good value.

booked through amex. they provided no upgrade, which wasn't good, we stayed in the older building. partial view of ocean and an open, expansive, glorious view of the parking lot and the cvs (sarcasm)... had to ask for slippers, extra robe for dad- so not really considerate of that. my poor dad- the pullout couch was just springs, no support- wish they had better mattress / thicker support for guests who need to use the pull out couch. room itself was large, bed comfortable, balcony lovely (except the view). the bathroom was spacious and with great light, fun tub (great for couples). i love their bath products- mango coconut- smell so good!!!! noble house- i'm going to order some for home....there was a crack in the mirror- could not be replaced during our stay, but front desk responsive and brought in their engineers right away to assess the problem. front check was very good- they were very responsive when i called about the slippers, extra robe, and complained about beverage glasses outside our door that were there for some time. breakfast was delicious! my parents liked it, which matters to me. service was friendly, and they were kind to my mother. shout out to the dining services and front desk for quick efficient checkout, breakfast to go at ready. we made it in time for our flight to orlando. but for 1800 dollars for two nights, i'm not sure it was worth it. at check in, they held 488 dollars hostage on my card for any anticipated charges including 77 dollars a day for resort fee- exorbitant as we did not use the pool, spa, or gym. should have had better view for the price. i'm fixated on that...

This is a fantastic hotel in a great spot with spacious rooms that have awesome views. The staff is super friendly and efficient — Craig at the front desk took really good care of us. The restaurant has a delicious menu, and you get to enjoy it with an ocean view. The valet guys get your car back super fast. Definitely the place to stay in Key West!
