Great location , very friendly and attentive staff , spacious rooms , nice balcony with beautiful sunset views, warm pool water with sun and shade , bartenders made great drinks at pool . Next to pool the bar was really fun with a great band - service there was equally great - Only downsides were ships dock which partially block full water view & we stayed week between Christmas & New Years so it was very expensive compared to other weeks

The property is beautiful and our suite was gorgeous with an ocean view and a balcony. The staff were friendly and extremely customer focused. Anything we asked for was provided timely and friendly. The spa is to die for and I cannot wait to go again! We will definitely stay here again. The location is perfect. You can walk to absolutely everything.

The view is amazing. It is a short walk to Duval- super close to the action. The hotel staff is very friendly, helpful and willing to go above and beyond for their guests.

We were surprised at the size of our suite with a full sized kitchen. Very spacious and super clean. The staff is incredible and friendly. We love the location of this resort, so close to the Sunset Pier and the active end of Duval Street. We walked everywhere, no need for other transportation. The food was fantastic. The staff really values your patronage.

When I booked in October, they had a message on their website that they were currently under renovation and that they were looking to be completed by Dec 18th '25. I arrived Dec 17th and they were nowhere near completion. However, the noise was minimal and the staff was great. My only complaint was not enough lighting for the temporary entrance at night. It was very dark and the brick roads leading into the resort was crumbling in spots that you could not see. I almost fell and twisted my ankle. They have very small lights, but it does not help. My room was beautiful. I loved the balcony view. I did get a massage, wasn't the best...just ok. I ordered in breakfast and it was delicious. I waited too long to make reservations at Hot Tin, so I'll definitely try that next time! I will definitely come back. I would recommend, but only after they've completed renovations.
