Ocean Key Resort & Spa

Generally very disappointing stay, especially considering it being one of the most expensive accommodations in Key West. Hotel is under major construction, as is the adjacent block. In our assigned suite outside delivery truck and construction noise woke us at 6:30AM and continued forward consistently from there. On the positive side our suite appeared nice and well appointed. Notably the concrete decay on the ceiling of our balcony made us question if it was safe to occupy. Upon discussing the noise, we were offered an alternative, but non-suite, downgraded room away from the construction. The only compensation given was waived parking fees, but this was the first we had heard of the parking charges anyway.

Perfect location at the foot of Duval, next to Mallory Square, and by the Key West Bight docks. Amazing view of the sunset from ocean front rooms. Very nice property and rooms. The staff is very attentive. A new lobby is being constructed as of Feb 2025, but aside from a temporary check-in location, it's of no issue.

Fantastic location, stunning sunsets from the ocean view rooms, pool area and sunset bar, superb restaurant and main bar, brilliant service throughout including Vanessa and really enjoyed our stay. The absolute star man for us however was Craig Rylander (director of front office), he was so amazingly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable - Craig thanks so much.

Little Palm was an experience that gave me a sense of truly being unplugged. The staff is top tier in the industry!

The hotel is under construction. No lobby. We were not advised of this when we booked a very expensive room.. Facilities and rooms are past their prime. Food was good and staff was helpful. Not comparable to other premium hotels like Four Seasons or Ritz - except in cost.
