Oceans Edge Resort & Marina Key West

We love this resort! Lafane checked us in and was very helpful and kind. The shuttle to downtown was great and always right on time. We can’t wait to come back!

Place was great and every staff member interacted with from the front desk to cleaning crew were so friendly. The bus to downtown is also super handy. Driver did an awesome job telling us about the city.

Front desk agent barely spoke English and could not answer questions about hotel, rentals, or directions to room. He just kept pointing at the map. We found our room, it smelled really moldy. Bathrobe in closet was dirty and had makeup on it. Soap dispensers in shower were empty. Towels, cups and trash were left at poolside overnight. Could not find restaurant staff and ended up banging on kitchen door so we could get dinner- which honestly tasted great- had the pistachio grouper. Our waiter ran out as if he was late for something. We never got bread or our water refilled. We were there for a wedding. The night before, there was a poolside reception- the event started at 6:30pm. We arrived at 6:35pm and the food was empty and not refilled. We ended up going out for dinner after the party. Again, the pool area was dirty with cups & towels left behind. At the reception my husband asked for one cup of coffee, and was told “no because the couple didn’t purchase the coffee package”- we would’ve gladly paid for a cup of coffee! We spent nearly $600 per day and were left disappointed to say the least. On a positive note, Gerry the cart rental guy, was very helpful.

Visited for my wife's 50th birthday and we could not have made a better choice. The service was above and beyond from arrival and all throughout, from staff to management. The service team was super friendly and helpful. We were treated like royalty. Suite was impeccably clean, suite was beautiful with a balcony overlooking the marina and the whole property was a paradise. Restaurant was terrific. We will return and recommend to all our friends and family. If headed to the Keys you can't choose a better option. The shuttle was helpful and we could leave the car at the resort. Too many amenities to list. Thank you Oceans Edge for a memorable and perfect stay!!

There were stains on the carpet, mattress was awful, the pools were closed, there was a wedding one night and they had a DJ who was so loud you couldn’t, sleep, activities are not convenient if you want to do anything else on the island. The food and drinks are outrageously expensive. I paid through their site and got nothing, friends paid through a 3rd party and got coupons for free things. They add gratuity into all your meals and drinks and ask for tip. Everything was nickel and dime, there was an upcharge for everything you did. And it is between 2 airports, it is very noisy. When I tried to speak to them about my stay they said oh well.
