The hotel itself is good. It’s lacking in hospitality. Johnny is amazing he is the concierge. The staff and hotel should take a lesson or two from Johnny.

Superb Resort
Oceans Edge is one of the best resorts that we have visited. Wouldn’t change a thing. Extremely comfortable rooms and beds. Quiet rooms. Relaxing pool area with plenty of pools and chairs so it doesn’t feel crowded. Great food in the restaurant and by the pool. Tiki hut was great. We used the kayaks, bicycles, and shuttle service to downtown. Everyone we encountered was happy and courteous. They went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic. This is our second time visiting and will be back in the future. Wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere in Key West other than Oceans Edge!

My husband and I visited on a baby moon before we welcome our little one. We had a lovely time, very peaceful, easy to get downtown. Had a wonderful visit!

Winter Vacation
This year’s little winter getaway was just like all the rest… Absolutely spectacular! Ocean’s Edge is the ONLY place we’ll stay when visiting Key West. It’s by far the cleanest, brightest, most vibrant resort we’ve ever stayed at! The entire Oceans Edge team is beyond kind, accommodating, informative and professional. One of our favorite experiences this vacation was the guided kayak tour with our fearless guide, Liz! She was passionate about her job and we learned so much about the environment and aquatic life. She even went so far as to reach into the ocean to grab things for us to see up close and even hold. Everything here is so beautifully and intentionally done and we already can’t wait to be back next year!
