Nice property, but expensive and like a typical resprt, everything is extra and expensive. Overall compared to other places in Key West, not great value

Currently here now, room is nice and spacious. They put in the room how easy it is to tip housekeeping, would just be nice if housekeeping actually showed up without requesting it. Then after requesting it they did just an okay job. There is currently a DJ at the pool which is also right outside our room and it’s horrible. I don’t know who they are catering to with this same beat for the last two and a half hours, needless to say that pool has emptied out and you can actually get a chair now. There are not enough loungers by the pools for guests and no one is replenishing the towels at the pools. So unless you get out there early to get a chair and towel, good luck. We went to the restaurant the first morning for breakfast and got completely ignored so after waiting for 10-15 mins we left and just got something from the cafe. I would say if you are traveling with kids this would be a good option, lots of families with young kids here. So if you’re looking for a romantic, relaxing get away this may not be the place. Also, if your into working out and keeping to your daily routine while on vacation this gym was very disappointing, I have more free weights at my in home gym and more equipment. The best thing about this resort is the shuttle. It’s reliable and on time, but all the other resorts in the area offer this too.

Very nice resort. Offers a free shuttle to and from Duval Street area. Definitely better than driving downtown. Staff is fantastic!

Nice rooms, great service and food. 6 pools gave a lot of options to find a chaise lounge which was nice. The view is mixed with a beautiful marina and sunsets contrasted against an industrial backdrop. It is directly under the take off path for flights so expect noise. We were on the 2nd level and were woken up several times by the people above us moving furniture (I assume). Overall a great experience but with some downsides and for the price we paid, not sure I would return.

The resort is beautiful and has 6 pools right on the marina. The complimentary 2 hrs daily kayaking, paddle boarding, and bike rentals were amazing amenities however it would’ve been great to have been able to uses these services past 4pm. The restaurant food was great although they seemed understaffed, we waited quite a while for a hostess to seat us and for breakfast one morning. Another morning, the server mentioned “ the kitchen is very busy, you can order if you want” which was a strange and unwelcoming comment to make. There was no lock on our bathroom door. Other than that, the facilities were great and the hourly free shuttle was useful to get to downtown Key West. I booked with capital one and there was no free upgrade available since they were fully booked for the holidays. It was still an enjoyable stay for me and my family.
