Was a 4 day 3 night short trip to the Keys, wanted to stay outside Key West, so came across this gem of a resort.Rooms were clean and well stocked, really enjoyed the dog park, but be warned there is no where else for dogs to go, so ask for a room thats closer to the dog park.Restaurant was great, we had breakfast daily and went once for lunch, pricey, just like Key West, but the drinks are strong. Ask for Bailey when you are sitting by the pool, she's amazing and fast. Pools were great, loved the fact that they were cooled!Opted for the golf cart rental, was $327 for two days, tons or fun and was a great way to get around.Only negative was the parking fee, resort fee is already very high, could have done without the parking fee especially in off season. All in all I would come back in a second.

Beautiful property with lots of perks. Two hour daily use of bikes, paddle boards or kayaks. Yard games consisting of yard chess, ping pong, and corn hole. Yoga, DJ, and other festivities offered almost daily. The shuffle (love Jeff, Bob, and Evan’s!) transport you to and from downtown in about hourly. It’s about 25 minutes. The grounds are lovely, the rooms clean, and the bed comfy. Con: for the price you may end up next to some rowdy pot smoking, cigarette smoking, loud music and horrible mariachi singing drunk dude (hey you are in Key West 🥴). But staff was very accommodating and moved to a new room. There are a lot of families with little kids, so if you want a grown up get away, I would suggest a more expensive B&B) Overall, it is a great resort, and would definitely go back

We had a great weekend, staff was accommodating. Jeffrey the shuttle driver was very friendly and helpful. Bob, (driver) also was great, sharing some interesting facts about key west. Room was clean and comfortable. Beautiful spot on the water and lots of great pools.

I would love to give a 5 star review bc it was a pretty property but they fell short in many ways and areas. You are not getting a true luxury experience meaning no service by the pools. They seem to be very short staffed in several departments. Our rooms were never truly service by housekeeping. The one day I asked them to come by they came but only the beds were made and very sloppily - two pillows were just left on the floor. They never cleaned our used coffee cups or replaced the coffee pods or anything like that. I could give it 4 stars for these issues but they have some suspect billing practices as well and are not being helpful with me. I am happy to revise my review should they make right by the customer here. I booked thru chase luxury hotel programs called The Edit. I was informed the booking included all fees and taxes. The fees and taxes I paid at booking accounted for 33% of the total price I paid. However, upon check-out I was billed resort fees plus destination fees and taxes on top of that. Additionally, there was an error with the restaurant not splitting up our dining charges so both of our rooms could take advantage of the $100 dining credit per room. I informed front desk and they've been refusing to move over charges so both credits could be appropriately applied. Should be a very easy fix. This is all on top of the hotel not offering any recognition of status. Being a Titanium member here truly means nothing and this was informed to me pretty much verbatim. Such a shame, bc we live 4 hrs away and would make this a regular stay for us whenever we want an easy getaway. Unless these issues are resolved, we will not go back.

My wife and I loved the resort which is located on Stock Island. It offers the privacy of a quiet get away with 6 swimming pools, games for kids, kayaks round the mangroves, always something going on. Views of the Marina and Ocean were amazing. We stayed in Building # 1 and would sit on our balcony at night and watch the boats some and go with their catch of the day and at night we would watch the sunset. Rooms are spacious, modern, and bed was so comfortable. They offer a complimentary shuttle to Key West on the hour running until 11:25 PM and was a short 15 minute ride to downtown Key West. Staff were all excellent and would help you with anything you needed. I highly recommend and can't wait to go back
