Very Pleased!

Much needed getaway! First visit to the Keys. Great place for quiet R&R or fun things to do off property downtown…wonderful shuttles provided. We are planning another visit!

Nice, peaceful resort

The resort is not close to downtown Key West, so getting a golf cart was a game changer for us. Very limited if you use the shuttle that leaves on the hour beginning at 9 am, however, the shuttle is free. The resort had no kids the dates we went. Very quiet and no crowds. We found that going to Key West earlier in the morning was best. Olga is a GREAT concierge! Everyone was friendly and helpful. Very happy with our stay!

Best in Key West

We’ve stayed all over Key West and OE is the only place we will stay. Love the people, rooms, location, views, everything.

Not impressive and overpriced.

$100 a day or fees when checking out wasn’t brought up before, no included breakfast and empty fridge in room for $500/night is something I haven’t seen before, stuff service are nice but not a resort level, $30 parking a day wasn’t brought up too, room was nice with good sound isolation, just cable tv, no movies or anything interesting included, no additional services, no earlier check in, had to wait after 4pm to check in.

30th Anniversary Stay

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 5 days ago

We decided to stay at Ocean's Edge for our 30th Anniversary as we spent our honeymoon in Key West and wanted to be back in our happy place. We almost always stay "downtown" Key West but wanted to try something different and we were pleasantly surprised. The place was very well kept/manicured, the room was spacious and clean, the amenities were great and the food at the restaurant was as good if not better than some of our traditional favorites. The concierge was super helpful and made some great recommendations for things to do, places to visit and great restaurants. Our only complaint was that we were asked if there was anything they could do to make our stay better and we asked specifically for dark coffee and were told twice that they would have it in our room but it was never there. I don't mind that they didn't have it but we would have bought our own had they not told us they would provide it. Customer service is all about exceeding expectations and this time it did not exceed. Although it seems like a simple thing - it is one of the things we enjoy each morning is a good cup of dark coffee so that was a disappointment. With that being said, we enjoyed our time so much that we did extend our stay and they were very helpful in making that happen without us having to move to a different room. We will definitely be back again (and maybe bring some dark coffee to share ;-) Till next time KW!!
