Oceans Edge Is Wonderful!
My wife and I traveled to KW for a long weekend as an early anniversary celebration. The Oceans Edge resort was a wonderful place to stay for this occasion! The resort is beautiful, secure, clean, updated, and accommodating. The staff was kind, courteous, and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the location is amazing, the pools are awesome, the restaurant on-site is great, etc etc etc! It was a wonderful place to stay and I would be inclined to stay again! The ONLY caveat to my review is this: the resort claims to have Wi-Fi, but I could only reliably access it by going to the main reception area. I was told it may not work on my computer in my room, but that my cell phone would have no problem connecting. This was inaccurate. I could not connect my phone (or my laptop) unless I was at reception. This wasn't a deal-breaker, of course, but as a self-employed traveler, I don't have the luxury of simply "unplugging" for 5 days. So whenever I needed to work? I had to head to reception and sit there for 30-60 minutes. No deal-breaker, again, but a notable fact about the property for travelers like me.

Terrible management experience
So incredibly unfortunate how unresponsive and flexible management has been when I reached out just MINUTES after errantly booking with them. They point me to policies and procedures which I appreciate if I did not catch my error minutes earlier. Buyer beware on this management group.

Loved it
Great time in key west for a guys fishing trip. The hotel was really nice and the restaurant did a great job cooking our fish. Jen at the bar was lovely. Our whole crew enjoyed our time there. We will definitely stay there again on our next trip.

Very nice resort. We used AMEX to book and got the nice room upgrade. It was a very nice junior suite. Love the view, the decor, everything. Service and hospitality were very good. Johny and Delvin helped us with planning our activities. Great recommendations. 10/10 recommended.
