Repeat Visitor - Love This Place!
We have stayed at The Reach twice now, and are looking forward to our third visit this spring. We love this property. It’s a great location — right on the water but also walking distance to Duval (or a stop on the hop on/hop off trolley if you prefer not to walk). The rooms are clean and the staff is lovely. Beachfront is very nice, love the view from the restaurant patio. We highly recommend it.

Awesome experience
We had a wonderful experience at the reach and would highly recommend this property in the future. Staff are friendly, grounds are clean and the view is amazing. Added bonus: the key lime pie is 10/10. Darius (director of security) was so helpful and gave us awesome tips for navigating Key West. We will definitely be back again!

Mother/ Daughter Trip
Everything about our stay was 5 star. Everyone including the front desk staff, restaurant, valet and housekeeping staff were helpful, friendly and attentive. We will definitely be staying here during our next visit to KW!

Memorable stay
My sister and I took our Mom here for an unforgettable trip. From check in to check out Pedro and Annie were friendly, accommodating and friendly. We had a snafu with the weather and Annie worked extra hard to keep us in our same room for a bonus night. We are excited for our 2027 stay.
