The Reach Key West, Curio Collection by Hilton

My boyfriend and I visited the Reach for my birthday trip this year. It was my first time to Key West and it was unforgettable. The staff were very accommodating and hard working. Kat at the front desk, Ricky with our luggage, Stephanie for drinks and Alex by the pool. Everyone was hospitable and made our trip so memorable! We’ll definitely be back soon!

Live from the Hilton Reach! Run, don’t walk away from this property! Diamond member check in. On day one light bulbs out in the “resort view suite bathroom”. I will say fixed same day. Day two, air conditioning not working. Fixed same day. Day three asked us to move to a tiny room because the water had to be turned off in our room. Not a good experience! Two more days to go! Good by Hilton! Been a member for years and the experience gets worse all the time! Maybe Marriott or IHG for the next travel partner. Hilton⤵️ Not sure this property is a structural safe place.

We are very thankful to The Reach Hotel for allowing us to check in early on the day of our arrival. We arrived during a heavy rainstorm, at least two hours before the regular check-in time. Despite arriving early, we were graciously given a room and were able to access the restaurants on the property while we settled in.The staff were extremely attentive and provided exceptional customer service, hospitality, and delicious food throughout our stay. The following day, the weather cleared, and we were able to enjoy the pool area. Once again, the pool staff were friendly, attentive, and ensured we had everything we needed.This was our second stay at the property, and it certainly lived up to our expectations. We will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you so much to everyone at The Reach Hotel for your outstanding hospitality and for making our stay so enjoyable. This was our second stay @ The Reach. Beautiful location with everything you need on sight. Asheka was my girl! So helpful & always a pleasure to see! Thank you Asheka & The Reach for another perfect KW trip! ☀️

This was our first time staying at The Reach and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The rooms are quite spacious, very clean, and well appointed. However, cleanliness and maintenance could've been better in the guest corridors and elevators. The public spaces pool, lawn, beach, gift shop & restaurants were all well maintained and inviting... food was delicious! A highlight of the property is the location. One of the few resorts on a sandy beach and access to the South Point gazebo. Just around the corner from the South Point buoy and completely in walking distance to Duval Street. My husband and I were there on our own this time, but I have already made reservations for our whole family to return next year - I think it will be a perfect property for my 14 and 17 year old boys to enjoy themselves! Lastly, I do have to give the team a shout-out for providing exceptional lost and found service. I left 2 dresses in our room at check-out... spent the day on Duval and didn't remember the dresses hanging in the closet until 7pm as we were driving through Marathon. After contacting the property (through the Hilton App) I was instructed to complete an on-line lost and found report... which I found frustrating at the time but understand it is Hilton's policy and is for the security of everyone. Luckily, I also had recent photos of the dresses that I was able to upload as well. By the time we returned to Key West the security team had the dresses waiting for me at the front desk. I am forever grateful for this quick response and positive outcome!
