We love love love it here!! It is truly a resort hotel. Love an Hilton hotel on the beach. This is a beautiful oasis in Key West! Our room was upgraded since we are gold Hilton honors. The front desk and all the members working at the bar are so nice and friendly. We can’t say enough. They have gone over the top to make our stay a great one. Liz

Very pricey for a mediocre hotel. Resort fee was 60.00 plus... PLUS 7.50 in resort charge tax!!! For??? Room was very nice although overpaid for it. No microwave, phone did not have button to front desk (are you kidding me?) , had to beg for housekeeping ( no one picked up phone on several attempts), twice they did partial cleaning but had to run to front desk to get resolved. Once housekeeping came early and woke us up. No sign to put on door requesting housekeeping. Already mentioned by someone that only one elevator worked. Ohh... ice maker on our floor did not work... so downstairs via the one elevator to get ice. The only.... Great thing was bartender, Kimberly. She was 5 star. Hilton failed yet again. We will for sure stick with our other hotel group.

Very ran down hotel. Half of the elevator do not work and they do not even provide a sign advising it’s out of order. It’s $50 to valet your vehicle and there is another $50 resort fee which is for the Wi-Fi, access to a very mediocre fitness room and an in room coffee maker with generic coffee. Take a look at my beautiful vacation get away view. Definitely would not recommend this hotel. Many better options to choose with better service.

I reserved a resort view king suite. It is very very expensive to stay there with even an added facilities fee of $60 per day. There weren’t many people staying there, seemed low capacity, but I was not allowed an upgrade. I was given a room with a view of a parking lot. It was awful. Then was forced to pay big charge to upgrade. I never saw many at restaurant. Prices were extremely high. I do not recommend staying here at all. I will not be back and reconsidering who I’ll carry my credit card and business travel with next year.
