Ayla helped me get set up on the beach. She was extremely personable - turns out we both love tattoos and she’s from New Orleans and went to the same college as my daughter. I appreciated her help and the chat!

Go here if you want to be profiled by the staff. The guy at the front desk ruined our whole experience. Was actively trying to do the least amount of work and insulting us when we ask questions. Will make sure that one among my friends and family even accidentally stays here. No1 has to go through this. The place says its 4 star. Feels like a 2 star. Definitely not worth the money. Everything is super old. If you ask me, it spoils the reputation of Hilton. Worst experiences I have had at any stay/ hotel / resort.

The Reach Hotel is a high cost, with a sister hotel close by and a private beach that is not prevalent in Key West. The staff worked hard and was very nice. The price is too much for the hotel and amenities. On top it looked clean, on the underside the unseen portions of the hotel needs a major facelift. The bollards on the loading dock to the infrastructure needs some attention. The grounds were well kept an clean, and the rooms were on par with our stay here over ten years ago.

We spent four wonderful weeks at The Reach this past summer, and it truly felt like home. The entire team made our stay exceptional — everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. Stephanie and Sharon, who served us at the pool and restaurant, are absolute stars! Their service was consistently outstanding, and they made every moment feel special. Francisco at the pool hut always greeted me with a smile and had a towel ready before I even asked — such a thoughtful and kind gesture. Annie at the front desk consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Her dedication to solving any issue with grace and efficiency was deeply appreciated. And we can’t forget Darius, Jarod, and Ali — the best valet team we’ve ever encountered. They were always friendly, quick, and full of great local recommendations. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

If you have any mobile impairment or just walk slower than most, this is not the hotel for you. It’s like a maze and 1/4 mile to the rooms. BUT otherwise great customer service. Cheerful and helpful staff. Well stocked gift shop (but very expensive). The pool is nice, you can see the beach, make friends. Booked a shaded couch on the beach; it was great. Seaweed doesn’t make it a great swimming location, but just walk up to the pool. Our room was large, good view.
