OUTSTANDING STAY!!
I had an outstanding stay at The Reach, Curio Collection in Key West, and I want to recognize several team members who truly made the experience memorable. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was exceptional. Sarah (I believe that was her name—the wonderful front desk agent with glasses) and Asheka were incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. They made check-in effortless and immediately made me feel like a valued guest. A huge thank you as well to Ricardo and the other tall gentleman (Damien?) on the valet team. They were professional, friendly, and always eager to help with a smile. Their hospitality set the tone every time I came and went from the property. Jackie at the bar was equally amazing. Her positive attitude, attentive service, and welcoming personality made every visit enjoyable. She is a true asset to your team. Unfortunately, I lost my travel notes and can't remember everyone's names, but every one of these employees went above and beyond to provide exceptional hospitality. Please recognize them for their outstanding customer service and professionalism. They are the reason guests like me look forward to returning. Thank you all for making my stay such a fantastic experience!

Everything we were looking for was here
Comfortable beds, very nice crew members in all departments. Hotel services were timely and pleasant. The pool was clean and so we're the bathrooms. Private Beach Area is right outside the pool gate. Great option and prices
