Blue Mountain Lodge

Beautiful location close to Kruger National Park, very clean rooms, and a wonderful atmosphere. The breakfast was excellent and prepared by the friendly owners. They even made a special breakfast for us to take along during the safari. The next time we are in Africa, we will definitely come back here. They are also able to arrange 1-day, 2-day, or multi-day safaris for you, which was surprisingly difficult to find elsewhere :)

Absolutely beautiful. All of it. Everything. Margi and Phil were the best hosts - kind, helpful and just generally lovely people! I wanted to stay so much longer. The rooms are absolutely wonderful with everything you need. The lodges are amongst stunning plants and flowers. Breakfast is superb. You’d be stupid not to book here! Thank you so much to you both - I hope we see you again soon!

I was so happy for all our three days spend in Blue Jay Lodge, probably the best option for accommodation in Hazyview. Small and cozy resort, genuine finishing and so smart design, huge interior room space, also a large bathroom equipped with an amazing bathtube. Phil and Margi are ones of the best and the lovely hosts I ever met in my travels around the world. Everything was set for our day for safari. We had the best breakfast, with an fresh omelette matching on my taste. I felt like home here accompanied by the best friends. The location is absolutely stunning, you are in a middle of an exotic garden, and very close to one of Kruger main entrance, 10 to 15 minutes driving. If I will be back in Hazyview, definitely I will be back to Phil and Margi. We had great time with them, extraordinary people. See you ASAP, best wishes for Phil and Margi :)

Very nice, quietly located accommodation with a delicious and plentiful breakfast. Phil and Margi are very accommodating hosts who give you lots of useful tips and are also very helpful in organizing excursions. 100% recommended!
