The Europe Hotel & Resort

What an absolutely amazing experience staying at The Europe was. Nothing can prepare you for the sheer beauty of this hotels and its surroundings. From first contact at the door to the friendly reception then on to the amazing rooms and I mean amazing. We were so fortunate to stay in one of the new Premier Lake View rooms number 68. It was just such a beautifully decorated and comfortable room there is not a single fault of this rooms it’s just perfect and the views were breathtaking. Breakfast each morning was absolutely amazing and the team in the breakfast room were so friendly and helpful. A huge shout out has to go to the cleaning staff on our floor they were always so friendly to us every-time we seen them and full of smiles they did a wonderful job each day. The active level leisure was just beautiful you could just immerse yourself for hour on end. We also tried The Brasserie restaurant while we were there we had a bit of a wait but ended up getting a table quicker than we thought and it was most certainly worth the wait. Thank you so much to everyone for making our special stay perfect from beginning to end. The only negative was having to leave.

Absolutely incredible experience from start to finish. The place itself is stunning, with so much care and attention to detail evident in every corner—it really made the stay feel special. A huge thank you to Santi at breakfast, who was absolutely fabulous 👌 Her warmth and service truly stood out and made each morning even more enjoyable. If I had to mention one small point—and it’s hardly a negative—it would be that there were quite a lot of children during our stay, and I did find myself a little concerned about safety around the outdoor pool. Perhaps having a designated adults-only time or area could enhance the experience even further. Overall, a fantastic stay that I would highly recommend!

The Hotel itself is wonderful and the spa is amazing but when checking out the staff at the desk were so so rude, I actually never came across it in my life in a Hotel reception. As I worked for an Airline company myself for over 20 years. The lady at reception shouted at me when I asked for a voucher and 'she said - don't you know how busy we are now and you should of done this beforehand and previous to this she shouted at me to get into the queue. It was my 40th birthday I was celebrating in Hotel Europe which I had saved up for and my mother had just died. I left this Hotel very stressed and even crying the way she shouted and treated me.
