The Killarney Park

The Killarney Park was absolutely spectacular and one of our favorite hotels during our three-week trip through Ireland and the UK. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. We were surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which was such a lovely way to begin our stay. The hotel is beautiful, the location is fantastic, and the attention to detail was apparent everywhere. What really made our stay exceptional was the service. The staff were outstanding, warm, professional and attentive without ever being intrusive. It seemed that every detail had been thought of, and the level of service remained consistently excellent throughout our stay. We stayed at several very nice hotels during our trip, and The Killarney Park stood out because it truly delivered what you expect from a five-star hotel. There is a difference between a hotel that simply has a five-star designation and one that actually makes you feel you are having a five-star experience. The Killarney Park absolutely did that for us. We loved our stay and would return without hesitation. If you are visiting Killarney and considering this hotel, I highly recommend it. It was worth it, and we left feeling that they had delivered everything they promised—and more.

Excellent hotel, impeccable service, every aspect of this hotel is first class. Highly recommend this hotel as a first rate Ireland experience.

Myself and my wife just back from 2 nights and this hotel might be the best I’ve ever stayed in. Comfortable bed, great room amenities, lovely facilities and bar with fires etc and the most friendly and helpful staff ever - we will be back!

The Killarney Park Hotel holds a very special place in our hearts. My daughter and I went on a trip to Ireland together to celebrate my birthday. It was also our first trip to Ireland and Europe together so we wanted to make the experience extra special. The concierge Padraig Casey who goes by PC helped us create the perfect stay in Killarney as well as all of Ireland. We didn’t feel comfortable driving in Ireland so PC paired us up with the most wonderful driver Ollie. Ollie was a true gift to us . He was not only a driver but a wonderful guide throughout our road trips from Dublin to the Rock of Cashel , Killarney, the Ring of Kerry, the Dingle Peninsula, the Cliffs of Moher, and Galway. We can’t say enough about our wonderful experience with Ollie and everyone at the Killarney Park. It feels like coming home where everyone is welcomed with open arms. Declan and Colin were also extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay. Evelyn one of our servers at breakfast was a joy. The setting couldn’t be better. It’s a gorgeous luxury hotel with all of the amenities right in the center of Killarney and next to the Killarney National Park. There is so much to explore in this wonderful area. Our favorite sites were the Muckross House, gardens and Abbey, the Muckross waterfall and touring a wonderful sheep farm that PC set up for us. After a day of exploring there is a heavenly spa area with a pool, indoor and outdoor hot tub and dry and wet sauna. It was the perfect place to unwind after a busy day of sightseeing. We loved the scrumptious breakfast at the Peregrine in the hotel. Favorites were the chive scramble over a potato pancake with smoked salmon and the French toast with bananas and candied walnuts. We also loved the different cozy rooms we could unwind with a book after dinner. The hotel has a lovely library to browse through. We found ourselves ordering dessert and tea to end rhe day on a sweet note. Thanks so much everyone at the Killarney Park Hotel for a fabulous stay. We felt right at home.
