The Killarney Park

This is the perfect hotel to stay in for a visit to Killarney. It is a 3-minute walk into the main street which is full of great pubs and restaurants. The rooms are luxurious and spacious, with beautiful ensuites attached. The staff are very friendly and helpful, they made an effort to chat with us whenever we seen them and ensured we were not wanting for anything. The two hotel restaurants are lovely, the food is excellent and there is a great selection on the menus at both. The steaks in the Peregrine were 10/10. The pool area was very relaxing, chilling there is a great way to spend an hour or two. I also proposed to my girlfriend in the library of the hotel, Clare from guest relations went above and beyond to help me organise it all, she was brilliant and the moment turned out better than i imagined. I couldn’t recommend the hotel enough if other people were considering proposing down in Killarney and looking for a space to do it in. All in all, we had a wonderful few days, made even better by choosing this hotel as our accommodation. We will absolutely be back in the near future to relive the memories we created here.

We have been going to Killarney Park hotel for years and it never fails to impress. It is a lovely hotel, the minute we walk in we can feel ourselves relaxing. There is a lovely atmosphere with all the fires lighting which just adds to the coziness. The staff are fabulous, very friendly and helpful, everyone makes you feel very welcome. The food is lovely and compliments to the pastry chef for all the lovely pastries at breakfast time. Loved the renovations ,and the Christmas decorations are fabulous as always. The pool is so relaxing. Can’t fault the Killarney Park. It is our go to hotel . Many thanks to all the staff for an exceptional job always.

We had a lovely stay at The Killarney Park Hotel. We stayed as a family of 4. The hotel has recently been refurbished to a high standard. The rooms are excellent. The staff are fantastic. Breakfast and dinner were great. We had a lovely time swimming in the indoor heated pool (with spa facilities). The location is perfect with a host of bars and restaurants within walking distance. A really excellent hotel. All details are thought of and catered for. I recommend a run in the National Park. We will definitely be back.

What a wonderful unexpected treat we had on a cold wet November day! Wandered in for lunch and were immediately welcomed by Brian at the Garden Restaurant. From start to finish this was a superb experience. Hotel was beautifully decorated and festive, staff were warm and attentive, and the food was top-class. Our initial disappointment at hearing a certain item was not on the menu was relieved when the chef agreed to accommodate us. This was critical to overseas travelers intent on tasting this dish. Staff were friendly and courteous and made it a memorable day. Special thanks to all, including Brian, Noreen and others whose names we did not have the chance to learn. 10 out of 10!

It started with the gentlemen that greeted us at the door to take our luggage, they started the wow factor. The ladies at front of house couldn't have been sweeter. We had the privilege of staying in house for a few nights so we were lucky enough to sample most of the hotel. Sure the room was just at a standard that I can only imagine is near impossible achieve, it's completely brand new in a way and with this, they are achieving this absolute impeccable standard. All staff we met were super lovely. Some notable people who made our stay extra special were Evelyn, Abbey, Amondene and the lovely Noreen.Noreen was quite busy one night in the bar but still made plenty of time to stop and talk and give us the lovely history on the family's mark on Killarney. It's the people like Noreen that make this hotel what it is, and thats a cut above the rest. Last but not least, Ciaràn, what an absolute gem.
