Awsume experience
Stayed for two nights ..one night with my sisters and the following night with my two lady friends.The helpful staff were exceptional from the moment we arrived to our departure. The staff laura the receptionist was so helpful cheerful also anna on the breakfast dining was so nice helpful and could not do enough to help us each day. We visited the spa which was a lush experience again the staff were exceptional . The food.was delightful and tasty. The room was very clean and tidy. On arrival ad it was my birthday the room had some chocs and a bottle of bubbly which went down a treat. I would recommend this hotel to others. It was close to a lush park that we went for a casual stroll. Also a huge thanks to Joanna fleming for booking this for us. Will return.☘

Great visit!
The room was very clean and the staff were all very friendly! The staff gave us recommendations for a long walk in the Killarney National Forest where we visited the Muckross House and the beautiful garden.

An enjoyable stay
Myself and my partner decided to stay at the Muckross for the 3rd time and we were just as pleased as ever. We were celebrating a special occasion and the staff really made an effort to make our stay feel extra special. The dinner we had at the Yew Tree was enjoyable, with attentive and warm service throughout. We really enjoyed use of the vitality suite and the signature massage was incredible. A real bonus is having the national park on your doorstep. Every team member we encountered was friendly, polite and professional, which is what really makes this hotel stand out.

Grateful thanks to the Muckross Park Hotel and Spa for allowing us to cancel our booking following the postponement of the Irish Citizenship ceremony due to the fuel protests. The lady I spoke to on the phone was so helpful and compassionate. I will definitely try and book with you for the updated ceremony. 5+ stars for customer service.

This is a fantastic hotel and well worth the visit
Wow what a hotel. The staff were warm and friendly throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and in prestene condition. The food was superb in the hotel both in the Lime Tree restaurant and Monks Bar. I found the staff were superb and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back.

My wife and I just returned from a 4-night stay at Muckross Park Hotel & Cloister Spa. This 5-star hotel lived up to its rating in every regard. The suite we stayed in was just beautiful and with the extra sitting area above the entrance, my wife commented that she felt like a princess. The Cloister Spa was exceptional and we enjoyed the service there on several days. All of the international staff - from the doormen, front desk to wait staff - were pleasant and helpful to any issue. We ate dinner at Blue Pool and Molly Darcys pub - 2 of 3 on-site resturants. The staff at the was especially helpful with the wine selection as we celebrated our anniversary one evening. The food was absolutely delicious at both places. The hotel is right across the street from walking paths, jaunting carts, and the Muckross House in Killarney National Park. All in all, we absolutely recommend this hotel and would stay there again in a heartbeat.
