Exception visit
We stayed at the Heathman in August to attend a wedding. The staff was exceptional. I only wish i had remembered the front desk woman's name so i could give a great big shout out. So friendly and helpful. The hotel is comfortable and clean. Great location and walkable to the downtown. We rode the hotel bikes around for a nice tour. Highly recommend and would stay again if ever back in the area.

Lovely hotel with excellent staff
We stayed at the Heathman hotel for one night. They were so accommodating. We let them know in the morning what time we would be arriving and they had our room ready early before regular check in . The staff was so friendly and helpful. A lovely hotel close to everything in Kirkland. The menu for breakfast wasn't very appealing and their staff recommend a close by breakfast restaurant 2 blocks away that was excellent.

Beautiful Hotel in the Heart of Kirkland
The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of downtown Kirkland. The valet parking was great and the beautiful fireplace and lobby area was very inviting. The rooms were standard but very clean and nice. Service and food were great.

Really sad about our experience....
We have stayed many times in the past years. It is always clean and in a great location. This past weekend extremely disappointing. There was an extremely loud party in the hallway we were staying in.... started at 8:30 and went until 2:30 am. They were pounding on doors and screaming at each other..."you f-ing whore...and on and on!!!" We called down to the front desk at 10:00.... they said they would address it. They didn't. We called at 11:45... they said they would address it. They didn't. We called at 1:00 am... and they said they would "call the cops!".... they didn't do anything. So my husband finally went down to the front desk. The man at the front desk treated my husband like it was his issue and was condescending. It was handled so poorly. When we went to check out and wanted to share with a manager, they said a manger wouldn't be available until Wednesday. We have loved staying there in the past, but treating people the way the man at the front desk treated us was not okay. There should be security or somebody there that can handle situations like this... it was out of control!

The hotel is located in the heart of Kirkland. It is easy to walk to shopping and restaurants. The staff were all friendly and helpful.
