This hotel is in the heart of Kirkland. It’s a stones throw from my family’s apartment so we stayed here for convenience more than anything else. There are no major point programs with this hotel unlike Marriott or Hilton unfortunately. The hotel is a little beat down. It needs a refresh in certain areas. The people are nice and well meaning. Most of all the bed needs to be replaced. Our bed in 244 was in that potato chip stage where there is a big divot where people have been sleeping over the years. Gross. There’s no firm left in the mattress. Housekeeping missed us the first day. Apparently you have to click a light on so they know you want cleaning. In my opinion this post Covid system is BS. One of the main reasons you stay at a hotel versus an Airbnb is because your room can be fresh and nice when you return from a long day. Lynda in the restaurant is very nice and apparently makes a lot of the pastries by hand. She does beignets that are great. I would say if you have Marriott, Hilton, or Hiatt point points try that first.

The Heathman Hotel in Kirkland is wonderful. The staff is exceptional and helpful, and the amenities are perfect. This hotel rivals other boutique hotels on the West Coast with service and attention to details.

Have stayed here before so knew where to go this time. Had a couple appts in Bellevue, one Friday, one Saturday. Rather than drive 3 hours RT each day, my wife and I chose to stay at The Heathman. Only hotel I'm aware of in downtown Kirkland. Hotel is great as always... large rooms, comfortable bed, very clean. We were able to check in early, all staff were professional as always. Didn't eat here this time but did enjoy a Black Manhattan or two in the bar - excellent as always. Kirkland is a great little town to walk around and explore. Plenty of small shops, restaurants & bars. Waterfront Park as well as Peter Kirk Park. Highly recommend this hotel. We will be back.

A truly lovely brunch at the Heathman Hotel. The crab Benedict—perfectly poached eggs with a silky hollandaise—was exceptional. Warm, cozy, and thoughtfully designed, with acoustics that actually allow for conversation. A rare pleasure

We had a grand time at the Kirkland Heathman Hotel. Superb service and we loved our room. Kirkland is very walkable town and the hotel is located in the center of downtown Kirkland. The hotel is also dog friendly!
