My wife and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Ette Hotel and could not have been more impressed with the level of service, attention to detail, and overall experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, elegant, and incredibly well cared for, but what really made the stay memorable was the staff ...especially Paolo. He went above and beyond to help me make my wife’s 60th birthday weekend special. Every detail we had discussed was handled perfectly, from having our wine ready in the room, to the chocolate-covered strawberries, to making sure our Afternoon Tea reservation was set for the following day. Everything was seamless, thoughtful, and beautifully executed. Paolo was warm, professional, responsive, and clearly took pride in making the experience feel personal rather than routine. His attention to detail made a huge difference and helped turn an already special weekend into something my wife will remember for a very long time. The upgraded room, service, atmosphere, and hospitality were all exceptional. The Ette Hotel manages to feel luxurious without feeling stuffy, and the staff genuinely made us feel taken care of from the moment we arrived. Especially Caitlyn, our waitress for afternoon tea. We would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend The Ette Hotel to anyone looking for a special, upscale hotel experience in the Orlando area. And if you have the opportunity to work with Paolo, you are in very good hand!! Thank you to Paolo and the entire Ette Hotel team for helping make such an important celebration so memorable.

Ette hotel in orlando is a “diamond in the rough.”It is a beautiful luxurious hotel. The lobby is beautifully decorated. It is very clean. The staff is friendly and professional . The restaurant, Salt and The Cellar is run by Michelin star chef Akita Back is an immersive dining experience. The food has a Mediterranean, Asian fusion flair. The presentation and taste of the food is exquisite. A memorable dining experience for all! .The room design and style has a European flair. I highly recommend this hotel to locals and out of town guests.

Beautiful hotel. Had Saturday brunch with my family. We had great service and the food was excellent. Looking forward to coming back and having dinner and doing their afternoon tea they have on Sunday.

SAFETY: elevator keypads did not work, allowing anyone up to any floor. ROOM CONDITION: shower head sprayed everywhere and when turning to hot, caused a loud and strong vibration both in the shower head and shower itself. No laundry bag in the room. Temperature was freezing, 65°, when I first entered the room and housekeeping left the AC extremely cold (set temperature on AC always showed much higher than the actual room temperature). CLEANLINESS: sofa starting to get noticeable stains. Room corridor hallway have a musty smell with noticeable dripping condensation from the AC vents. ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING: only three available spaces, not even enough during the lowest slowest month of the year, imagine what it would be like during busy Orlando tourists times. SUITE: very spacious and definitely a nice upgrade although I probably only got it because the hotel seemed extremely empty. Overall to me the hotel is starting to look a little dated. GYM: small and not very well equipped, especially compared to any standard Marriott or Hilton property. Next time I'll probably pay half the price and just stay at one of the new Budget Hotels.

Wow, wow, and wow again! We arrived at this hotel completely last minute after shortening our stay at another hotel that had really disappointed us. Coming here completely changed our experience and honestly felt like the best possible compensation. Everything was absolutely wonderful — the service was kind, welcoming, and attentive; the hotel itself is beautifully designed, spotless, and smells amazing. Our room was just as impressive, with every amenity you could possibly think of — and even some things you wouldn’t expect! The shower was spacious, comfortable, and had absolutely everything we needed. We also had dinner at the hotel’s restaurant, and it was nothing short of perfect. The staff were incredibly accommodating to our personal needs, including preparing a vegan dish for one of us. We highly recommend this hotel! We are genuinely sad to leave, and if we ever return to Orlando, there is absolutely no doubt that we will stay here again. ❤️
