From the moment we arrived, the level of service and attention to detail set the tone for a truly memorable "My First Disney Visit" experience. Upon entering the hotel, the aromatherapy greets you, quickly followed by a warm welcoming greeting from the front desk staff. A special thank you to Luciano for the totally unexpected birthday gift bag (the macarons were soooo good) and Debra for providing freshly-popped popcorn and bottled waters for our attempt at a late night movie in the media room. The hotel is stunning. It's new and it's modern. The luxurious décor flows seamlessly from the guestrooms to every corner of the property, creating a serene and elevated atmosphere. (Guestroom amenities like Le Labo toiletries add a refined touch while the clothes steamer and umbrella reflect ette's attention to detail.) Poolside service was another highlight, with thoughtful complimentary treats like frozen grapes, popsicles, and orange-infused water. I also loved spending time in the “Serenity Cove” with its “zero-gravity” heated cushion nooks. Bonus: The 6th floor rooftop offers a beautiful nighttime view of a lighted EPCOT.

The spa is a must do my Mom said it took her out of this world. She did not yell at us our whole stay ( I'm 12 and my sibling is 8). The pool had public beach balls and floats. All of the employees were so understanding and accommodating. The house keeping needs more credit they make your bed🤯. Now it's time for the hard stuff / the stuff I did not like. First l. The deep end was only 5 feet, but I know that for some people that is good. 2nd they had no hot tub. Lastly they don't give massages for anyone under 18😭😭😭😭😭😭😭. Overall would recommend it made me feel like I was a VIP the whole time.♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

wonderful dinner for birthday and overnight stay

Room and hotel are very nice and clean and the hotel is stylish. BUT -- $29 + 20% service charge + tax for a 1.5 oz. pour in a basic cocktail at the bar. OUTRAGEOUS !! $35 for a basic martini. The restaurant dishes were a mix of very good and pretty awful. The front desk staff are very nice.

We had the worst experience at the ETTE hotel, I didn’t knew my wife picked a 5 star hotel until I looked into it because we had problems every days, I was shocked it was a 5 stars hotel because we do a lots of them and this is definitively nothing like the 5 stars hotel luxury and service !!! We had a very noisy AC for two days, so after a day at Disney coming back around 12-1am exhausted they had to change us room in the middle of the night. Then the room they moved us had no heating so we called front desk but they didn’t had an engineer in site so they send desk guy to troubleshoot ; he could not get it to work so they brought little portable heaters !!! We never ever experienced this anywhere ever - TV remote would not work unless you are by the TV and it wasn’t a battery issue, so every time you wanted to change channel or turn TV on off, raise lower volume you had come out of bed and walk right by the TV so we never got to watch TV. We got to talk to the owner and he offered us a free breakfast LOL ; THAT’s the 5 stars hotel service here. For 7 days staying there that’s a joke, owner did NOT care at all about our concerns he told us we could leave if we were not happy so we are doing just that, I never left an hotel in the middle of a trip before… They also ripped us up with their taxi fair from airport of $200, get Uber guys ! Regarding stars I read today that hotels in US can assign stars to themselves as there is no regulating body (in EU you cannot) so 5 stars in US doesn’t have any meaning, that was a shock to me, look it up online - We ate at their « Michelin » restaurant to find out it wasn’t real Michelin, cook is not a Michelin cook but they know someone that has a Michelin star that helps them with their menu. We did pay Michelin prices though LOL, the whole thing is a scam, pretend, pretend pretend. They are advertising their hotel using Michelin name… I told the persian owner, that I was going to complain and get some of her stars removed and she smiled, had a smirk on her face and she said thank you ; what the hell !!! Just very rude people.
