Great location close to all attractions. Hotel staff is very friendly and always ready to help. We had a great time staying at Ette. Highly recommend this hotel.

From the moment we arrived, the level of service and attention to detail set the tone for a truly memorable and elevated adult "My First Disney Visit" experience. At check-in we were warmly greeted by the front desk staff and the welcoming aromatherapy that fills the lobby. A special thank you to Luciano for the totally unexpected birthday gift bag (the macarons were soooo good) and Debra for providing freshly-popped popcorn and bottled waters for our attempt at a late night movie in the hotel's media room. The hotel is stunning. It's new and it's modern. The luxe décor flows from the guestrooms to every corner of the property. (Guestroom amenities like Le Labo toiletries add a refined touch while the clothes steamer and umbrella reflect ette's attention to detail.) Poolside service was another highlight with complimentary treats that included frozen grapes, popsicles, and orange-infused water. I also loved spending time in the “Serenity Cove” with its “zero-gravity” heated cushion nooks. Bonus: The 6th floor rooftop offers a beautiful nighttime view of a lighted EPCOT.

We stayed there for 2. Rooms were very nice with little too much design over function. Eg: Hard open the shower door with a small metal circular knob when your hands are wet. Also, no closets…they had a strange set of clothes hangers that were aligned from front to back instead of horizontally, so a bit awkward to get your clothes and it was too tall for my wife to reach. Bath robes were excellent. I had a snack at the bar and while pricey, was excellent particularly the fries. Rooms were nice, with some small bottled waters delivered each night. TV was new and excellent. Staff were responsive and friendly. The hotel is located in a rather strange setting….on a secondary road across from a CVS….but very close to Disney. While we didn’t use the pool, I noticed it was nice, but not very large. Not a place really for kids….more adult oriented hotel. Overall, if you are just looking for a place to sleep and go to parks, you can find someplace less expensive with free breakfast. But if you want to relax, this is a nice place because it’s small and not crowded like many of the Orlando hotels Only issue I had was the valet offered to charge my EV overnight, but the next morning it had not charged at all, so I had to seek out a charger once we left. Not sure what the problem was. Enjoy!

The spa is a must do my Mom said it took her out of this world. She did not yell at us our whole stay ( I'm 12 and my sibling is 8). The pool had public beach balls and floats. All of the employees were so understanding and accommodating. The house keeping needs more credit they make your bed🤯. Now it's time for the hard stuff / the stuff I did not like. First l. The deep end was only 5 feet, but I know that for some people that is good. 2nd they had no hot tub. Lastly they don't give massages for anyone under 18😭😭😭😭😭😭😭. Overall would recommend it made me feel like I was a VIP the whole time.♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
