SAFETY: elevator keypads did not work, allowing anyone up to any floor. ROOM CONDITION: shower head sprayed everywhere and when turning to hot, caused a loud and strong vibration both in the shower head and shower itself. No laundry bag in the room. Temperature was freezing, 65°, when I first entered the room and housekeeping left the AC extremely cold (set temperature on AC always showed much higher than the actual room temperature). CLEANLINESS: sofa starting to get noticeable stains. Room corridor hallway have a musty smell with noticeable dripping condensation from the AC vents. ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING: only three available spaces, not even enough during the lowest slowest month of the year, imagine what it would be like during busy Orlando tourists times. SUITE: very spacious and definitely a nice upgrade although I probably only got it because the hotel seemed extremely empty. Overall to me the hotel is starting to look a little dated. GYM: small and not very well equipped, especially compared to any standard Marriott or Hilton property. Next time I'll probably pay half the price and just stay at one of the new Budget Hotels.

Wow, wow, and wow again! We arrived at this hotel completely last minute after shortening our stay at another hotel that had really disappointed us. Coming here completely changed our experience and honestly felt like the best possible compensation. Everything was absolutely wonderful — the service was kind, welcoming, and attentive; the hotel itself is beautifully designed, spotless, and smells amazing. Our room was just as impressive, with every amenity you could possibly think of — and even some things you wouldn’t expect! The shower was spacious, comfortable, and had absolutely everything we needed. We also had dinner at the hotel’s restaurant, and it was nothing short of perfect. The staff were incredibly accommodating to our personal needs, including preparing a vegan dish for one of us. We highly recommend this hotel! We are genuinely sad to leave, and if we ever return to Orlando, there is absolutely no doubt that we will stay here again. ❤️

My friend and I stayed at ette hotel for one night. Considering the price and how luxurious the hotel presents itself, I had high expectations. Unfortunately, the room was very basic and did not feel thoroughly cleaned. We could still see hair and signs from the previous guests. I was willing to let that go and simply decided I would not return. However, the next morning, my friend went downstairs to the small breakfast area while I got ready for checkout. He told me that a woman working there and other staff members repeatedly asked for his room number, while the other guests did not appear to be questioned in the same way. Asking once would have been understandable, but repeatedly questioning him made him feel singled out and as though they did not believe he belonged there. There were very few Black guests, and the experience felt like racial profiling. They later sent a Black female employee to speak with me and explain that they did not mean any harm. That did not resolve the issue, and no meaningful accommodation was offered. It felt dismissive and as though sending another Black person to speak with us was supposed to make the situation acceptable. For the amount this hotel charges, guests should receive a clean room, luxury service, and respectful treatment. Instead, we experienced a basic room, questionable cleanliness, and treatment that made my friend feel humiliated and unwelcome. I do not recommend this hotel.

Very bad experience, this hotel is NOT a five star hotel, many noise problems in the rooms, we had two rooms and same AC noises, hard to sleep. We got offered $15 for the troubles... Service was bad and at a certain time of night there’s nobody that can take care of technical problems, my comments are being blocked so I can not add more sorry... Noise levels, bad. Service, Bad. Cleanliness, Bad. Atmosphere ok. alue, Bad.

I booked this hotel for my husband birthday getaway. The hotel did not disappoint. It exceeded our expectations. Room was beautiful, everything that we needed was in the room, didn't have to call housekeeping. The restaurant there was great, the food, the staff, the ambiance. It was a very relaxing weekend, exactly what we wanted.
