My hubby and I always stay here when in the Orlando area for business and for a quick getaway. The GM Luciano is amazing! We’ve stayed here 3 times in the last 6 months and will be going back in May. The hotel rooms are clean and well appointed. The common areas - lobby, bar, restaurant are clean, smells wonderful and well decorated. The restaurant menu is nice and their restaurant breakfast buffet is well stocked with a variety of yummy items. Overall always an enjoyable stay - the level of service is excellent and meets the expectations of a boutique hotel. Ps. Parking is readily available and free. Also, the hotel is walking distance from CVS, fast food and a grocery store with a ton of restaurants, Target, Walmart etc literally within a mile on both sides of the street.

Stayed for 1 night on route to the airport. Modern minimalist style hotel with contemporary furniture in the bedroom lounge dinning and pool. Very clean hotel with a nice swimming pool for relaxing. Michelin star restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Well dress staff providing excellent service in the reception dinning and pool. This is one of the best hotel I have stayed in, in the world. I never write reviews and am almost reticent to write this one - mostly because this is one of those places that you kind of want to keep secret. Next thing you know, you won’t be able to get a room! I usually stay at the Four Seasons Orlando or sometimes the RC Grande Lakes. I went on a golf trip and my friends were staying 5 min from this hotel. I looked at the pics, saw the Michelin key and decided to take a shot in the dark - and it was so worth it! The property is not the FS or RC - this is not a comprehensive resort. The build out, however, is spectacular. Very Schrager esque mindset. Attention to detail, unmatched. Le Labo products in the room. Cleanliness was outstanding. Honestly, 5 star services - seriously. The staff was INCREDIBLE - Marcus, Hope (Nadja), etc. The masseuses were amazing (Martinez and Marcelo) - spa was 10/10. The staff didn’t say no to anything I asked for. They went above and beyond at every request. And it’s so close to the action. 10 min away from everything. If you’re looking for a personalized, stylish and luxury experience with service to detail, friendly staff and CLEANLINESS as a prority, then look no further. I promise you’ll love it. Hotel is modernistic with a zen atmosphere....so quiet and relaxing! We had a suite on the sixth floor which was large and immaculately clean. Bed was very comfortable. Many amenities in the room at no additional charge. Nice size tvs in both living area and bedroom. Staff was wonderful especially Emilio at front desk....always a smile and prompt response to all requests. We had a celebratory 80th birthday dinner at the restaurant. Rafael made sure everything was perfect. Although located some distance from attractions, we had no problems driving to those we wanted to visit. Understand this hotel is upscale boutique and restaurant is fine dining so priced accordingly. For us it was worth it. We would stay here again when visiting Orlando.

Fantastic stay! Proper 5 star experience. Beautiful hotel and rooms. Amazing service. Shout out to Marcus and Poloko for looking after my wife and I so well. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an escape from the chaos of the theme park hotels.
