Great overall experience. I would rate the lodging moderate, although other rooms were much more modern with superior views. Ask when last updated and the specific view. Golfing was very good and challenging; not much water hazards but far too many bunkers. Greens were challenging, which I enjoyed. Carts were moderate, need bigger center console screens. Staff was great. There are no convenience stores on the entire property!!

Great place! Has everything you need, different restaurants to a bar. Accommodates everyone for your family. We would definitely come back to stay. All of the staff was kind and courteous. We will be visiting again, thank you so much for everything.

This resort is undeniably beautiful, but unfortunately, the customer service was some of the worst I’ve ever experienced. We were placed on the third floor and immediately asked about the broken elevator upon arrival. We were told it would be fixed that day or the next—but it remained out of service for nearly our entire stay. No real effort was made to accommodate us, despite having a family member with mobility issues who had to manage three flights of stairs multiple times a day. To make matters worse, even simple requests—like getting an additional room key—were met with unhelpful and unfriendly responses. The waterpark staff in particular were noticeably rude, which only added to the frustration. Our family is generally very easygoing and low-maintenance, but this experience left us feeling like an inconvenience rather than valued guests. We ended up having to do a lot of things ourselves that should have been taken care of by the resort staff. Sadly, despite the beautiful setting, I would hesitate to return based on how poorly we were treated.

One of the rooms in the 3 bedroom villa did not have a curtain and the corridor light was always on so it was always bright and not good for sleep. When asked to take out the trash they never came and when asked to change towels they never took the dirty ones. Bad service.

Family had a great time. Everyone enjoyed the water park, miniature golf, children's pool and play area, and the Sandy Ridge swimming pool. There were so many things we could do besides the local theme parks.
