Hyatt Regency Cologne

unsure why almost all directions say to use the main train station when Koln Messe/Deutz is about a 5 minute walk (instead of walking over the bridge) when coming from the airport. A comfortable room for relaxing or working. The shower is separate from the bathtub. Kettle with coffee/tea. Everything was in good condition. Easy walk across the bridge to Cologne city center. Pretty much everything you expect from a Hyatt Regency hotel.

Beautiful hotel, great location for Lanexess arena for concerts / shows (walking distance) lovely Italien restaurant across the road. Fabulous staff and lovely spa area / massages.

Went a few weeks ago because of Gamescom. Amazing location, amazing hotel. So clean and the staff is kind. The room was came with a big bathroom and super comfy beds. breakfast is elaborate and fresh. A Hyatt regency worthy of its name. This was great value for money!

My stay at the Hyatt Regency in Cologne was outstanding, defined by top-tier service. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city. The Concierge team was absolutely superb and invaluable. Specifically, the support provided by Stefan and Mahmud was exceptional and made my entire stay run seamlessly. Furthermore, the Housekeeping crew deserves enormous praise. My room was kept spotlessly clean and tidy throughout my visit, reflecting a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. Finally, the breakfast buffet is truly something to die for! The variety and quality of the food were outstanding, offering everything you could possibly want. It was the perfect way to start every single day. A fantastic hotel experience all around—well done to the entire team!

We stayed at this centrally located HR Koln over the busy weekend, and parking was difficult, although hotel had one last space available for me as Globalist member. All staff very nice, Regency club was good quality, also breakfast in restaurant top quality, our Regency Suite had lovely view over the river and to the Cathedral.
