Excellenf stay. Service was excellent, especially the restaurant team (Foam, Noe, Lin, Pla, Aek, San, Ad) and also cleaning / reception staff - super helpful and kind. The villa on the beach gives you peace with a small almost private beach, and spacious / high quality amenities. Great location in center west of the island.

This was our 3rd time at Kupu Kupu, 2 weeks every time. This place is such a paradise, after the 1st time in 2022 we knew we would have to come back. Little did we know that it would be in 2023 and that we would get engaged there, right on the terrasse of our villa, 10 meters from the sea! So in 2025, our honeymoon had to be there... and Kupu Kupu delivered again. The service is so dedicated to the guests comfort, it always feels like the personnel is only servicing you, while they actually attend every single guest with an equally high standard. From the reception, where Andy will have an answer to every request, to the spacious villa cleaned thoroughly by the attentive cleaning crew. The breakfast, rich and diverse, was enlightened by an incredible team serving quality dishes made on demand along with a large buffet choice. The restaurant staff are ALL so professional, courteous, friendly but also mindful. They deserve a high praise for their continuous evolution over the years: San, AD, Ziny, Micky, Aek, Bank, Noe, Pla, Foam, Lin, Mason, Joe. The resort is so quiet, peaceful, it's actually a joy to spend entire days relaxing by the pool, swimming in the sea, enjoying a drink from the bar, or simply chilling on your own terrasse... to later have a dinner with delicious options and a plating that shows equal motivation to excel from the kitchen staff. I would prefer it if it stays intimate, but I have to share how great they are because they deserve success for the soul they bring to this place. It's magic. Raouf & Sam, till next time!

We stayed at KUPU KUPU for five nights as a group of four friends, and from the very first moment it felt like paradise. This is without a doubt one of the most beautiful hotels in Koh Phangan, with the most breathtaking sunsets we have ever seen. The rooms are stunning, elegant, and exceptionally well equipped including a coffee machine, bathrobes, and slippers. Everything feels very luxurious and thoughtfully designed. Breakfast was a true highlight with beautifully served individual dishes, all delicious and of the highest quality. We also enjoyed the spa treatments, including a facial and a massage, both of which were excellent and delivered at a very high professional level. The sunset massage was an unforgettable experience. The view is simply unreal. The sunsets are absolutely magical and truly some of the most beautiful in the world. Above all, the service was exceptional. Every member of the hotel staff was kind, attentive, and genuinely guest oriented. We would like to especially commend the entire team Noe, Joe, Lin, San, Ad, Mod, and Aek for their outstanding hospitality. A special thank you to the wonderful Foam, and above all to the manager Andy, who was professional, warm, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Thank you for a perfect stay.
