Borrowing its name from the phrase meaning oesand bar”, the island of Ko Pha Ngan was once the favored retreat of Thai royalty. The smaller sister island to Koh Samui, Ko Pha Ngan is the ideal location for the isolated, romantic retreat of Kupu Kupu Phangan, Thailand's premier all-villa sanctuary on the sea. Very nice but could be more peaceful
The hotel is very nice : beautiful spacious rooms, amazing view and great main swimming pool. The restaurant is also very good ! The staff is really kind and helpful as well. Kinds intentions during our stay ! The only thing I can say if there is a lot of children in the main areas… so a lot of noises. Too bad as the hotel is a perfect place to relax and enjoy your holidays. As a couple we were looking for peacefulness and relaxation. That’s a good point that you have a private pool in your room to still relax on your side ! Maybe it was during a particular time of the month (September) but it was really too bad. Thank you to Kupu staff anyway !

Amazing Resort!
The resort is absolutely stunning – so beautiful and relaxing. The private villa was huge and comfortable, offering complete privacy, while the infinity pool was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the view. The atmosphere was fantastic, and the entire staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. A special thank you to the front desk and concierge team for their warm hospitality, and to the restaurant team – Bank, Noe, San, Lin, and AD – who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. We will definitely be coming back here on our next trip to Koh Phangan! ♥️
