Anantara Bophut Koh Samui Resort

From enquiry to check in and check out the team provided exceptional service. Extended gratitude to K. Sandy, Katt (Kit Kat) and Care (Care Bear) and respective teams. These beautiful ladies personally ensured i felt welcome and took care of every need and desire I had, and even that i didnt know i needed or wanted lol. I stayed on the ground floor in junior garden suite - absolutely beautiful - clean, comfortable, spacious with the extra touches. I did also stay in the premier garden view room - this was clean and comfortable also but i loved having ground floor access to a private terrace (also the room i stayed in was above the dining area and the noise for breakfast set up and dinner pack up did travel up - not an issue for me, but if you are seeking some quiet for a sleep in or early evening just a heads up). I actually extended my stay multiple times as I enjoyed it so much (and had some flight delays add on at the end) and the extension of my booking was never an issue - always accommodated with pleasure and ease (although it was peak capacity and im sure was not as easy for the team to manage). I attended the festive celebration (lighting of the christmas tree) - the evening was a real treat with all cocktails/mocktails and canapes and entertainment complimentary. The team on the evening were so wonderful to me especially being a solo traveller (i felt like family). The service by the pool and on the beach is amazing! The location is perfect! Only 15 mins from koh samui airport and its beach front is at the beginning of the main street/road where you will find all the restaurants and shops. Sooper convenient. I booked the hotel airport transfer for pick up which was seamless and a taxi that the hotel organized throughout my stay for transport around the island - all reliable, efficient and safe. I felt extremely safe during my stay at the resort and the surrounds. Love it here and will absolutely be back soon.

we never knew anything about Anantara since we been to Samui the first time, and when we go to new places we normally like to check other locations and hotels specially the rooms for our next stay & that of course if we liked the towncity. So we checked Fisherman Village and we loved Anantara and planned to stay there the next visit and we did. It was one of the greatest experiences to be honest with the cleanness, friendly staff, comfortable rooms and facilities, smooth check-ins and check-outs, and the roudtrips. Our only comments was the gym, it is quite perfect don't get me wrong, but there are few machines that shouldn't be there like the abs rocker machine and the single lat pulldown machine as they are taking too much space, they should replace them with cable cross over machine, leg press machine, and few barbells since weight plates are there! The 2nd comment was the spa, it was a little overpriced to be honest although the team there are perfectly experienced and super friendly. After all, this hotel is quite the perfect getaway.

Everything here was perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. During our stay, my son became sick, and they showed such genuine care — they even sent us a card and checked in to see if we needed any further help. It truly touched my heart. Pui ( our room assistant)is truly sweet and incredibly kind. She does her amazing job every night and every day with so much care. She truly cares, and she always puts her best effort into everything she does.

We went to Anantara Bophut on December for a mini break. Thailand is our favourite spot for a holiday given the food, culture and most of all the unmatched hospitality. Anantara was no exception. From the get go, we were very well taken care off by the most hospitable team. Pikul checked us in and welcomed as warmly. The next morning Sandy welcomed us as the manager in charge and made sure of our comfort. When we moved in, there werent any interconnecting rooms available but the next day when they became available, Sandy kindly got in touch with us and helped us move into the new rooms. Anantara is also located next to the fisherman's village where there is immense choice of restaurants and cafes, Thai massages on the beach, along with some art galleries. The location is perfect for families as it is both safe and vibrant. I would genuinely love to come back to Anantara Bophut and I would definitely recommend this lovely hotel.
