Best Hotel stay experience - whish I could give more than 5 stars. Koh Sumai I will be back gaian soon

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay ... the staff are genuine and personable (the best we have come across) and the food at Cay (well all the food actually but this was my absolute fave) was sensational. We look forward to returning!

We originally thought it would rain throughout our stay, so we didn’t plan much. But to our surprise, the weather turned out beautifully sunny, and we ended up spending most of our time enjoying the resort. It was a relaxing and unexpected treat!   We had an amazing arrival experience, special thanks to Khun Baimon and Khun Kevin for their hospitality and welcome blessings. The Birthday amenity was kindly provided. Breakfast was great with full attention from all staff. Staff at the beach area, especially a male staff who was helping me with the beach towels and so kind to guard my food from birds while I was away. It was my bad that I didn't get his name, but his special attention to all guests and me is extraordinary. Also, before I headed to a cafe nearby, I had a quick chat with Khun Baimon. She asked about my stay and my mom and found out my mom wasn't feeling well so she could not join me, and she was so sweet and caring about it. Later that evening, we received an amenity and a get well soon card for her. This small gesture truly made a big difference. My mom was deeply touched and truly appreciated the resort’s thoughtful gesture.   Overall, we had a truly relaxing stay, and we appreciate the warm hospitality from everyone. This stay will be remembered, and we truly hope to return.

My stay here was fantastic, and a huge part of that was thanks to Mint. She made every visit to the restaurant feel comfortable and enjoyable. Super helpful, super nice, and always keeping the service on point. She’s definitely someone the hotel should be proud of. I also want to give credit to the whole restaurant crew—everyone was friendly and welcoming. And a special mention to Joy and Arthur from reception, who were always smiling and willing to assist. Couldn’t have asked for a better team. Thank you all!

I had such a great time at the hotel! I really want to highlight Mint, because every time I went to the restaurant she was super friendly, fast, and always in a good mood. She keeps the service at a top level without ever losing her smile. She’s honestly one of the stars of the hotel. Also, big shoutout to the restaurant team for being so kind and attentive. And of course Joy and Arthur at reception, who were always ready to help with anything and made everything easier for me. Overall, a really great experience thanks to all of them.
