Anantara Lawana Koh Samui Resort

My daughter and I recently stayed at this stunning resort. The layout and design is superb. The attention and care from the staff when my daughter was sick, was above and beyond. The breakfast buffet was beautifully laid out and you can order special items from a well thought out menu. We were blessed with an upgrade to a pool villa, which we were so happy with, especially as my daughter was laid low with her sickness, so I could still laze by the pool and read whilst she rested. The outlay of the main pool area was beaufitul, I would only say that the pool didn't feel refreshing on such hot days, and the seawater was even warmer. Being hot we didn't travel too far, but the Songthaew (tuk, tuks) were very handy to catch going anywhere. You do need to know what the trip is worth though, or you will be figuratively as well as literally taken for a ride. It's worth downloading "Bolt" which is like Uber/Grab, to compare prices as these are sometimes cheaper. All, in all, it is a stunning boutique resort with wonderful staff. I just wish it was closer to Western Australia!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the resort with our family. The service was exceptional, and our pool room was beautifully appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Dining at Treetops was a standout experience, and the cooking class was another highlight we all really enjoyed. A beautiful resort, thoughtful service, and a truly memorable family stay. Highly recommend.

We reviewed several hotels prior to booking. This hotel did not disappoint, from the moment we arrived until when we left we were made to feel special by staff and will definitely return. The room and rest of hotel were immaculate and everyone welcomed us. I had by birthday while there and had a special pancake at breakfast and cake in room to celebrate- thank you- we will be back !

Superb resort!!!! Rooms and facilities are just perfect from the finest things.infinity pool with great view. Staff are amazing and doing their utmost to make sure that everything is perfect. Great breakfast Kayaking and sup boards are free to use(water is very calm )the only downside is the rocky beach . 5 minutes drive to main Chaweng .

Amazing experience at the singing bird bar. Overall had an amazing time at the property, extremely nice staff!!
