Banyan Tree Samui

We spent 10 days here with a family of 5 in a family villa with its own pool and jacuzzi. The room and all of the restaurants were fantastic, and unlike some hotels, the room was as good as it looked on the website. All of the staff were extremely friendly with attentive service throughout, especially the team on the beach and the Beachside restaurant. Also a special thanks to Dada who looked after all of our bookings and arrangement for us, regularly checking in on WhatsApp and at breakfast. We had two complimentary massages at the spa, both of which were excellent. Would highly recommend the hotel

My husband and I stayed at the Banyan Tree Samui for 9 nights as part of our honeymoon. It was absolutely perfect from start to finish and I cannot recommend this hotel enough. It is set privately in a mountainside and has its own private beach. The scenery is absolutely beautiful and honestly takes your breath away. Getting around is easy as you just have to call for a buggy and they take around 5 minutes. The staff are amazing. We would like to say a special thank you to both Anna and Sydney, both made our stay extra special. The staff can’t do enough for you. As soon as you lay on a sun lounger, a member of staff comes over with towels, water and cloths to cool you down. The rooms are outstanding. We stayed in B08 for 7 nights, which was close the the lobby and then we were upgraded to an ocean view for the last two nights, room I07. Both rooms are incredible - if you can afford it, I would say that it’s worth getting the ocean view but if you can’t then the other room is still incredible. The staff make your villa up twice per day - once in the morning for cleaning and once in the evening, where they light candles, leave you treats and souvenirs from the gift shop. The breakfast is incredible. There is so much choice and it is all outstanding quality. We also had the couples massage and the rainforest hydrotherapy experience - both excellent and we would highly recommend. The staff work tirelessly to keep the grounds and the private beach looking perfect and they do an excellent job. If you are considering booking this hotel, do it! You will not be disappointed. Thank you so much to all for the staff for making our honeymoon so special, memorable and incredible. We will never forget our time here!

Amazing Hotel, beautiful from top to bottom. Would recommend it for families. The Spa is amazing, the Gym was great. Hotel was absolutely lovely for my family. I would recommend it ! The whole team was amazing! Would recommend a massage by Tok. Special shoutout to Abby who made my experence even better !

Luxurious and relaxing place with friendly. The lady in kids club and Anna made our stay extra special and we want to send an extra thank you.

We stayed here to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. As with all Banyan Tree hotels, everything was top notch, we were absolutely delighted and had a great time. They upgraded our room, greeted us with pleasant surprises dedicated to our anniversary. Gorgeous views, impeccable service - as always at Banyan Tree.
