We always wanted to return to this lovely resort and finally made it after 12 years - and were again more than happy. We had a hillcrest villa and the view was breathtaking, I could not get enough of it. Everything is very well kept and the surrounding in the middle of nature is lovely. The pool villas have everything you could ask for and the pool has a good size and perfect temperature. Breakfast has a great spread and we also enjoyed dinner at Saffron. The staff is wonderful, extremely friendly and you really get the impression that they want to make their guests happy. All of them, from the huge gardening team, over housekeeping and of course our lovely villa host, Khun Dada, are really doing a great job. We would return in a heartbeat.

Every things was excellent so good so Beautiful,staff were great very nice helpful and amazing food was great atmosphere's and hospitality was great,Veiw was fantastic ,the gem the spa was amazing ,location was exceptional. Thanks for everything done for us .

Villa is comfortable and clean.we stayed for 4 nights well being package. So practically all activities are free except the motorised ones. For those who like meditation this is the perfect package We went for the Thai boxing instructor Fahad is friendly n taught us the basics of Thai boxing which is interesting we didn’t do all the meditation classes we just did the sleep meditation which is good for beginners Jacky the waiter can talk to us in putonghua which I think is added bonus for those who can’t speak English or Thai Overall banyan tree group never disappoint us and we like resort hopping staying 4 nights in W, Conrad and banyan tree

Top notch from the pick up at the airport to the drop back off at the airport. Little touches like “get well flowers”, hot beverage of our choice waiting at 5 am at reception for airport drop off, offer of breakfast…..Banyan Tree simply doesn’t disappoint.

The Banyan Tree team were exceptional - from the time we arrived at the resort, to the moment we left ... nothing was too much trouble. Their service was great. We were fortuante to have a tree just in front of our pool - this gave some protection against the strong sunlight. Our villa was good, always clean and it had great views of the resort and the sea. It is worth mentioning the beach - stunning. Good support for water sports, and Sands is a great beach bar for lunch.
