A slice of paradise

5 star resort with 5 star service. It has a luxury meets nature feel (my fave) and you feel like you are in Thailand. It’s not just another luxury resort plopped in an exotic location. This resort feels unique, Thai, and looks like paradise. I loved my Sea View Villa. It had an amazing view, a beautiful Thai style design, and privacy. I appreciated that the resort was not overcrowded. It was easy to find shaded seating on the beach and by the pool, and I always felt like I had my own personal space. The pool is massive and beautiful. There is easy access to included ocean equipment like SUPs, kayaks, and windsurfers. Food was very high quality and I appreciated having 2 onsite restaurants to choose from (one directly on the beach.) Ultimately, I felt as if I had the ability to have the privacy and peace of a private luxury villa with the amenities of an absolutely beautiful 5 star resort. I can’t not mention the service. The staff are friendly, attentive, and work to create an individualized experience. Napasai has a useful app that has all needed info and allows you to text staff with requests or concerns which are quickly addressed. I was able to arrange 2 excursions and a private cooking class easily. There was no up-charge on these activities (I compared similar options online before booking through the hotel) and their recommendations were better than what I found on my own. I was able to book a trip through the hotel that was listed as sold out online. I also appreciated all the little touches, such as a Thai fruit and a nighttime candy-like snack delivered to the room each day. They even sent me home with a personalized thank you gift. I highly recommend this resort. Of note, I was the only solo traveler that I saw during my stay. Other visitors were families or couples. I never felt uncomfortable, but it is helpful to know the average clientele.

Amazing Resort & Friendly Staff

Recently stayed 9 nights with our grown up children across 3 villas. The hotel is in a beautiful location on Koh Samui tastefully laid out with the villas being perfect for a relaxing stay. A private beach and plenty of beds by the pool meant there was always somewhere to relax. The spa was great too - offering many different types of treatments. Prices for food and drinks were also very reasonable considering it was a five star hotel. Buffet breakfast included everything you’d expect with fresh eggs, waffles etc cooked to order. There was a choice of two restaurants to eat at on an evening although most people seemed to go off site or eat in their rooms as they were very quiet when we were there. Lots of taxis available to get to local markets, shops and sights and plenty of activities and trips that could be booked by the hotel too - so it was a perfect balance of relaxing & sightseeing.

Great hotel if you look for a quite place

I visited the hotel at the beginning of July to find time for relaxation. The property is spacious and ideally located on its own beach, and it has a pool. I stayed in a lake-view villa – spacious and well equipped (e.g. air conditioning). The two restaurants offer good cuisine and use local ingredients. Excellent food and drinks. The staff is very friendly and attentive. I can highly recommend a visit.

Paradise on Earth

Simply put, NAPASAI Samui was the best hotel we have ever stayed at. The room, private beach, Infiniti pool, cocktails, breakfast, and restaurant were all outstanding! Some of our favorite highlights included Fisherman’s Feast + Fire show on Thursday night and the local excursions organized by the hotel including a day trip to Ang Thong National Park. They also have other conveniences for travelers such as airport transportation and packed breakfasts. You’ll never want to leave the resort, but if you do there are convenient options via hotel transportation or Grab to travel to fisherman’s village market or Chaweng Beach. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a serene get away on the quieter coast of Samui.

Unwind in gentle peaceful luxury, with the loveliest service, the perfect stay!

Absolute bliss. We booked last minute, did a quick bit of research and could not have picked better! From the moment we arrived we knew we had struck lucky. Greeted from our airport transfer by the concierge team, and welcomed by Gun, immediately we could see the hotel and its views were breathtaking. Serene peace and calm, in beautiful immaculately kept grounds. Handsome and very private bungalows on stilts looking out to sea, we had the most stunning view from our verandah (No 128) we loved watching the incredible sunsets, the fishermen, and the squid boats in the distance at night. We enjoyed the fully private beach with friendly and attentive Sports Team who readied whatever equipment we wished to take out, Hobie Cat, Kayaks and Paddleboards. (We'll try the motor yacht next time! ) It was a superb way to explore, enjoy the sunshine whilst not being crazy hot, and have fun! The large infinity pool was a lovely place to laze under the parasols watching the palms sway, mesmerising! It was never crowded anywhere (maybe a tiny bit busier perhaps one day when we went to breakfast a little later!) Breakfast, I must add, was FABULOUS!!! Everything and more you could wish for. Everyday different treats and surprises too, different freshly baked pastries, fruits, flans, jams, all the foods! Beam who we saw most days was delightful, as were all the restaurant team, and the chefs cooking away on the egg/noodle station (Breakfast is a definite highlight here, don't miss it, its GREAT!) Nearby, we walked and found super eateries for dinner, simple, utterly, totally authentic which is what we were looking for - adventure, trying new places and being a bit daring. We loved it! (Look out for the Black Rose beach bar restaurant (out on the kayaks and to the right past the headland) a shack serving the BEST freshly prepared food we tasted! Also to the left, Cape Away, another fun beachside restaurant, a bit of music for a fun change (SUnday afternoon dancers and Fire Show was fun) (not so shack-like though) We visited the busier places of Fishermans Village night market etc all easily reached in an inexpensive taxi - the hotel will drive you too, for a very fair fee, wherever you wish to go and just add it to your room. And then returned to beautiful Napasai where we were always welcomed back by the Concierge after our adventuring - particular thanks to Kit who was superb, charming and kind. Besides our huge and beautiful, authentic feeling bungalow - high wooden beamed ceilings, polished wood floors, heaps of space and comfort - and the wonderfully kept lush grounds (which are extensive!) we both agreed, the service here and the lovely courteous friendliness of the staff - from the reception desk to the gardeners on their discreetly quiet caddy/carts going around the place - every single person was so kind and friendly, it made us feel we were in the lap of luxury, and truly spoilt. There are so many places in the world to visit, and we'll get to some more of those I'm sure. But Napasai, we absolutely loved it; a real chance to unwind in gentle peaceful luxury, we will definitely be back.
