Our overall experience at this hotel was disappointing. The property feels tired, poorly maintained, and in need of serious refurbishment. While our room was functional and the air conditioning worked well, the general condition of the facilities left much to be desired. The plunge pools had visible green mould around the tiles, and many of the drains were exposed and emitted unpleasant smells. The main pool also appeared unclean, with an outdated and unsightly filter. There were very few loungers available—often fully occupied—and oddly placed along a walkway, meaning other guests would frequently pass by uncomfortably close. Access to the beach was another issue. The steps were rusty and looked quite dangerous, particularly at high tide. It’s clear that little to no reinvestment has been made in maintaining or upgrading the property. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and welcoming. However, breakfast was a letdown: the coffee machine was broken, bread was soggy (seemingly defrosted from frozen), and the pastries were stale. While the selection was passable, the overall quality was poor and not what you'd expect from established hotel. Sadly, this hotel does not live up to expectations and we wouldn’t recommend it without significant improvements.

We have been staying at The Briza, so many times now, we stopped counting. And every singel time, we promise to be back, wich we do, again and again. We always have a great time there, and it feels like Home. The reason for that, is for sure the fantastic staff🌸 always nice and always smiling, genuine smiles. Besides the staff, the laocation is perfect, away from the noisy town, quiet and tranquill, we love it. And also the breakfast is very good, with lots of different thai food every day. We also loved the musik playing every night, from the Beach bar, good old tunes, no pounding techno! Thank you all, wonderfull staff, and as always, an ekstra thanks to Ken, best manager in Samui, hope you will stay at the Briza forever!❤️🙏🏼 We are already planning our next trip, and we are looking forward to stay with you again as soon as possible☀️

I stayed at this resort for four nights. The room was large and clean with a terrace that also had a small pool. When we opened the terrace door, we had to be careful of mosquitoes. The resort pool was small and located among the villas. The beach wasn't very clean and was a bit rocky, so we couldn't use it much. It had a small gym. It was a ten-minute walk to Walking Street. When we returned late at night, the resort area was very dark and we got lost twice trying to find our room.

Just spent 10 great nights at Briza and will definitely return. We stayed in 802 which is a villa on the beach with own pool, sea views amazing. All the staff very welcoming and friendly but shout out to Brem and his team, with his friendly 'hello scouser' each time we passed. It's a good 10 minutes walk into Chaweng but we used the buses that pass by every few minutes which for 2 of us was usually 200bhat. Room was cleaned daily. Breakfast had a decent choice each day. We only ate at hotel couple of times and food was nice. There is a bigger pool but we did not go as spent time around our own. 7-11 few minutes walk for any bits you may need. Would recommend Briza.
