Amazing hotel, facilities, locations, food and staff. Staff go out of their way to help you and make your stay great. Fha from the front desk helped us arrange special experiences that blew us away, always helpful and there to make our stay memorable.

If you want to spend a wonderful holiday in Thailand and happen to prefer an island destination, Koh Samui is my recommendation, and "Centara Reserve Samui " is the best choice for you. Its warm service, beautiful scenery, and comfortable rooms are all the reasons for my recommendation. Oh, and there's also the account manager Michelle—she will definitely not let you down.
