Centara Grand Beach Resort Samui

We had a wonderful stay at Centara Reserve Samui and truly enjoyed every aspect of our experience. What stood out to us the most was how kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful the entire staff was. Everyone we encountered was incredibly polite and welcoming, and the service felt personal and thoughtful throughout our stay. One gesture that especially impressed us was on the day we had to leave very early in the morning for an excursion, meaning we would miss breakfast. The hotel kindly prepared takeaway breakfast boxes for us to take along. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made a real difference, especially with such an early start. We really appreciated that they took the initiative to make sure we wouldn’t miss out. The beautiful property, excellent service, and wonderful staff made our stay very enjoyable. We would happily stay at Centara Reserve Samui again and would definitely recommend it to others looking for a relaxing and well-serviced stay in Koh Samui. ❤️

What a wonderful place. The staff here are so kind and thoughtful making your holiday an absolute pleasure. Breakfast is fantastic, so much to pick from you can’t go wrong and coffee is good.. The pool areas are clean, having seperate areas for kids and adults is thoughtful and plenty of towels. You can just wander down to the beach as well, perfect. The pool bar and food was great. Fresh coconut every day is so yummy. Foods and drinks at Salt Society was an absolute pleasure every night we loved it. If you don’t want to leave the hotel that is fine but you’re close enough to walk up to restaurants or have a famous Thai massage or kick boxing match.. The hotel organised a tour and some fishing for my husband and the tour desk was so helpful that both days were a great success. I will be back and you should not hesitate to come.

Super beautiful resort in a perfect location! The property is beautiful, green, and very well maintained – truly a little paradise. Few, Sophie and Pleng at reception were always friendly and helpful. Bee from housekeeping and the Team around, also does a great job. The rooms with direct pool access are fantastic – spacious, modern, clean, and perfect for relaxing. Having your own pool access is definitely a highlight! We had a really great and relaxing time! All in all, 6 out of 5 stars from us!

Very great stay, for the 3rd time 3 x 12 nights. Best hotel in Samui, great spot, employees so cute and kind. To recommend, sooo wonderful holidays here !!!

We are frequent guests at this hotel for over 25 years and we always enjoy our stay here. This time I would like to mention the exquisite food of the hotel. Since Khun David is working here, the variety at the breakfast buffet increased a lot. Our absolute favourite is the afternoon tea, you may ask for the food, you like most and it is coming on 4 lovely decorated plates. So delicious, it can be compared with any 5star hotel in the world Thank you so much.
