Beautiful place and super friendly staff. We want to say a special thank you to Michelle who looked after us so well. Michelle was very friendly and helped with restaurant recommendations and kindly arranging for us to have a late checkout.

An excellent hotel. Very good location and site, rooms and infrastructure are first class. The service from all the staff was brilliant, would particularly like to thank the concierge team for making everything happen! The tour desk is very good and organised great days out to the Elephant Reserve and to Angthong marine park.

Few Mild Bambi are the best ever I met! increase their salary double, every year next 10 years!!! Save them forever! We alll love them.

A magnificent experience at the Centara reserve for our holiday The hotel structure is the best you can expect from a holiday on the island in terms of kindness, availability and above all professionalism in everything. Customer support is unique at all hours of the day for all required activities, excursions, breakfast service, and beach activities. The restaurant service has multiple points and the rooms are comfortable in many ways Honorable mention, however, goes to the staff because throughout our trip they were unique, not only in clarifying all the questions but also helping us with our needs In particular, Kelvin, Peter and Yod provided the maximum professionalism at the reception service as soon as we arrived at the hotel, helping us with the luggage service but also with all transfers and trips to the island. Kelvin, Tod and Yod booked all the transfers in advance at the perfect requested time, providing us with details in advance and where required, for the trips, they always prepared the towels in advance. While for taxis there too they were always available and kind and checked with the taxi driver especially the route and arrival time were really good. They were really the best and we absolutely where so relax thank also to their support. Special mention to the welcome and consultation service by Few, Mild, Sao, so kind and helpful in providing us with information on things to do in activities outside the hotel structure, in providing assistance in booking internal restaurants, in also giving information for the phases of arrival, welcoming us with a wonderful aperitif and welcome cocktail but also in the end-of-holiday phase, helping us with check out. Also always present in providing us with directions for trips to nearby islands. Very professional and this is the distinctive feature of the structure thanks to these people. The centara is a unique structure and I can only recommend it for your holiday

The best stay in Centara Reserve Samui as the structure and the staff are very kind and ready to support you in any form and request. Special mention to Aey, responsabile for all the dining experiences through the five restaurants of the resort as special mention for Act 5 Grill for meat, Santa for finest Thai food and Terrace and Salt beach. Again Aey is simply the best because she want the best for client and advice for the best if you want any kind of food and experience The brunch on Sunday is a must if you want to try a perfect experience with music. I suggest you to organised excursion and trip with hotel since they are very prepared. The room are spacious and the resort is very calm.
