Centara Grand Beach Resort Samui

From the moment we arrived at Centara Reserve Koh Samui, we knew we had chosen somewhere special. Every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations, and without hesitation, we can say we wouldn’t stay anywhere else on the island. The resort is absolutely beautiful. The lush, immaculately maintained gardens create a peaceful tropical oasis, and the beachfront location is simply perfect. Waking up each morning to the stunning views and having one of Koh Samui’s best beaches just steps away made our holiday unforgettable. Our Ocean View room was elegant, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, with gorgeous sea views that made it a pleasure to wake up every morning. The two pools were equally impressive. The adults-only pool was wonderfully peaceful and the perfect place to relax, while the family pool offered a great atmosphere and, like the adults’ pool, is perfectly positioned right by the beach with fantastic views. The food was outstanding throughout our stay, but the Sunday Brunch at the Salt Society restaurant deserves a special mention. It was simply exceptional, with an incredible selection of beautifully prepared dishes and a wonderful atmosphere. It is an absolute must if you’re staying at the resort. What truly makes Centara Reserve stand out, though, is its people. Every member of staff we encountered was warm, professional, and genuinely committed to making our stay as enjoyable as possible. A heartfelt thank you to Peter at Concierge, Few, Jean and Sao at Reception, and Bow, Natty and Wendy in the restaurant. Their friendliness, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile made us feel like valued guests rather than just another room number. Another standout feature was seeing the General Manager, Neil Li, so visible around the resort every day. He regularly took the time to chat with guests and ensure everyone was enjoying their stay. That level of personal involvement is something you rarely see and speaks volumes about the high standards and guest-focused culture of the resort. Would we stay anywhere else on Koh Samui? Absolutely not. If you’re looking for a luxury resort with breathtaking gardens, a superb beachfront setting, exceptional food, outstanding facilities, and, above all, genuinely world-class service, then look no further than Centara Reserve Koh Samui. The hotel facility is amazing the crew led by Michelle Aly; Peach and Ai is what making this as an amazing hotel. Don't think twice Don't consider any hotel but this one...

Together with my daughter I did a great follow the chef cooking workshop. It was fun, the chef helped us, we learned new things and had a lovely dinner 🙏🏻 A great final to 5 wonderful days in this beautiful hotel

Beautiful property. Well kept, kind staff, tremendous breakfast and excellent location. If you’re looking for an immaculate grounds and carefree holiday, this is the place. Beachfront with excellent swimming and wading conditions and friendly staff. Close enough to Grab into town and great proximity to many of the Koh Samui sights.
