We recently stayed at this hotel for a company retreat with a group of nearly 100 people, and the experience exceeded all our expectations. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, luxurious, and exceptionally well maintained. Every detail contributed to a comfortable and enjoyable stay for our entire group. The level of service was outstanding from start to finish. The staff was professional, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure everything ran smoothly. We would especially like to thank PUPAE, who accompanied and supported our group throughout the stay. She was truly exceptional: responsive, caring, attentive to every detail, and always ready to help with a positive attitude. Her dedication and professionalism played a huge role in making our event such a success. Organizing and hosting a group of this size is no small task, yet the hotel handled everything flawlessly. We are incredibly grateful for the warm hospitality and highly recommend this hotel for both business events and personal vacations. Thank you for making our stay so memorable. I didn't like it ! I JUST LOVED EVERYTHING! We visited to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary and my birthday. I was blown away with the surprises that awaited. Cake, balloons more cake more balloons and the flowers too- LOVE! . Our room was always full of surprises. Blown away with what you offered all inclusive in the room. The coffee, the surprise of the day and the drinks in our mini fridge. WOW! YOUR STAFF. They are wonderful. They go above and beyond, they work so hard- always a smile on their face. I particularly want to mention "M" at check in. Your "Thai prince " (best way I can describe him - he definitely is the face of Centara) ensured we had the most epic stay. A Beautiful soul. Our massages were beyond incredible. Oil and Alice were great. Pui at breakfast was always ensuring we were looked after - she was so welcoming. In fact all your staff are a credit to you.- Unfortunately, I cannot remember everyone's names but I want to commend each and every one that looked after us on our stay as well as the hardworking staff at the pool who were always available with water (and we never had to ask for a refill!- amazing) and then taking orders for food and cocktails promptly . Your staff is a credit to CENTARA RESERVE make no mistake. We appreciate all their hard work. Then of course the beach, the location, the food in your restaurants, the breakfast OMG THE FOOD WOW! - I could go on and on and on and on. The property is super clean. The beds are super comfortable. The pools, the beach everything 110% When I return and I will return frequently please ensure I am booked in room 610. Amazing! Until our next trip - GOD BLESS.

I had such a fantastic time at this hotel, and I can't recommend it enough. Right from the moment we got there, everything was just beyond what we expected. A big shoutout to Peach at the front desk, who went out of her way to help us. My niece needed to put a SIM card in her phone, but the case needed a tiny screwdriver to open. Peach jumped right in, found someone to help, and made sure we were sorted out quickly. She was super professional and friendly, showing the best of what hospitality should be. It's staff members like her who turn a great hotel into an unforgettable one. The whole experience at the hotel was amazing. We felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of from start to finish. I honestly wouldn't want to stay anywhere else when I visit again. Thanks for making our trip so special. We can't wait to come back!
