Excellent stay with stunning views
Excellent stay! Breakfast was amazing and staff were very friendly and proactive. Special credits given to Zye, Mark who were very helpful in planning our itineraries and kind in giving us suggestions. Especially loved the welcome drink and smoked salmon they served for breakfast!

From the moment we arrived at the Conrad Koh Samui until the very last day when we sadly had to head home, our experience was nothing short of extraordinary. Every detail was handled with such care and precision. it truly felt like the team went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The attention to detail was remarkable . from the warm welcome, personalized touches in our villa, to the attentive service throughout every interaction. Each team member made us feel genuinely valued and pampered, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. But really standing out where : - Jahn restaurant : Ying – Aow Thai restaurant: Martin , Toey , Nok , Neen , Anne & Plam - Nuchy , Joy ,Ni , Joely . - The housekeeping department . all truly inspired and empowered by the briljant management team Mario & Brent. The combination of breathtaking views, serene atmosphere, and exceptional hospitality created a perfect blend of relaxation and luxury. It’s rare to find a resort that delivers excellence in every aspect .but the Conrad Koh Samui certainly does. Thank you to the entire team for making our five days so memorable. Great, friendly service; luxury hotel.
The staff and service really make this hotel. The rooms and restaurants are lovely of course - with an amazing sea view over the little infinity pools in the villas. But, the staff are so happy and welcoming all the time, especially with our baby. It makes you feel valued and appreciated at all times.
