Garrya Tongsai Bay Samui

If I believed there was a heaven then I was there.The Hotel is absolute Paradise.From the time you arrive to the sad day you leave you are treated like Royalty.When you arrive the general managers ,Manuel and Mark come and introduced themselves which I think is a great touch.All of the staff are so welcoming and make you feel so special.But a few of the staff I do have to mention because they went that extra mile for us.Firstly Jazz in reception she is such a wonderful bubbly person and made the effort to speak to you on first name basis,,if you needed anything she would sort it there and then.Then our house maid YAYA she was so lovely and would get you anything you wanted she really looked after or room every day.Then there is Kookik,Cha and Tang in the restaurant they were so helpful and always happy to see you.Your breakfast is bought over to you and the food is excellent and freshly cooked.Finally the pool staff especially Pla made sure you always had water and welcomed you every morning.I could go on for hours about Garrya Tongszi bay but you need to go and see for yourself.It is the first hotel that I have been too where if I was asked if there was any thing they could improve on I would have to say NO because everything was perfect.Finally all we can say to the management and all the staff is THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF OUR HEARTS for a wonderful time and we will see you soon Simon & Jayne

Beautiful hotel location is stunning we stayed in a villa which stunning so spacious!! Anything you need .Breakfast is fantastic everything you want and more fabulous food , all the staff are so lovely very professional and make you feel so welcome a credit to the hotel . A must stay 100% if you are in Koh samui or want to travel there you will not be disappointed!!!! Thank you to all the fantastic staff we will see you again soon

Lovely stay from start to finish! The staff were always happy to help 24/7 and made everything feel so effortless. We loved the easy access to the private beach and pools, plus the complimentary tennis court, water sports and games room which was nice bonus! The breakfast buffet was perfect, so many options (maybe even too many 😂) and there were plenty of vegetarian choices at both breakfast and dinner! Highly recommend going to RHOY RHOY, we went on our first night as we arrived in the evening and had an amazing dinner experience! A huge thank you to Kookik for making us feel extra special💛 There was honestly so much more to love, and we only wish we could’ve stayed longer! Thank you for having us, looking forward to staying again!

From the incredible staff, the tranquil environment, the private bay, to the organic and local food this resort was everything we hoped for. If you’re looking for an authentic Thai experience in a more serene environment close to all that Samui has to offer look no further! Additionally what sets this eco-hotel apart is the staff. The utmost professionalism and genuine kindness/care is without match. Specifically want to recognize the reception team and Marine who greeted us all by name every time she saw us and went out of her way to connect with us. The buggy drivers and housekeeping were excellent. Lastly, our daughter who is 6 was on cloud 9 in the kids club we could barely convince her to leave Bella and Bum were wonderful to our kiddos, and gave them such a special experience. Honestly the few names I mentioned are a reflection of all the staff and management (also the spa staff was amazing). If you’re looking for quality service it’s a must! I don’t write reviews and we travel quite a lot and frequently. I couldn’t not leave my praise.

My husband and I came here for our honeymoon and it was magical. The staff are incredible, they remember your name, they put so much detail into everything. They were able to upgrade our room. The food was delicious. The atmosphere is very tranquil and relaxing. They treated us like royalty - would definitely recommend for a honeymoon gateway.
