An excellent, relaxing stay at an amazing hotel with amazing staff. The service was fantastic and nothing was too much bother. We were looked after so well and managed to relax for the full 10 days. Lovely secluded beach and amazing views from our beachside suite. Easy access to the villages and sites. Food and facilities very good and reasonable prices. The tours were all well organised from the hotel and little to do apart from pay and turn up. So again no hassle for us...all part of the relaxing time we had. Will definitely be coming back...Kop Khum Krap! (Thank you) to all of you!

If I could give this place 6 stars then I would! 1st visit to Koh Samui. Spent ages in finding the right place to stay and boy this did not disappoint! We found the perfect place for us. Rooms overlooking the private bay. Tranquil. No night life. Ultra friendly staff who couldn't do enough for us. Every single person was welcoming (apart from one man be the beach beds which took us by surprise!) They learnt our names and knew our room number. They were incredible. Petdinsl touches went a long way. We have to give a huge shout out to KOOKIK. Looked after us so well. I nearly cried when we said our goodbyes! She taught us some phrases in Thai and wrote them down so we could practice. Loved that. They all appreciate you trying to speak in their language. They humbled me. You can call buggies to take you around the hotel. This was great for breakfast! They supply mosquito repellant daily which is a lovely touch but do bring your own for trips. We got bitten a few times but we had medication to stop the itching! There are 3 restaurants, 1 right by the sea. Good food. My only comment would be to may be offer a western meal on the menu for the evenings, just for those nights you fancy being unhealthy!! Also, half board didn't include soft drinks which I was a little surprised at as most half board packages include 1 soft drink We will definitely be returning. It is perfect and so cathartic to repair from the busy, non stop life at home. Thank you so much!

This hotel is something really special. We had a hill-side pool villa, with an amazing view over the secluded beach, towards Cheong Mon. It was just beautiful. Spotlessly clean, with delicious treats delivered twice a day. The food is delicious - we mainly stuck to the Thai cuisine... following every meal with a plate of mango sticky rice that I will be salivating over for months to come! The breakfast buffet is one of the best we have ever had, with different options every day of our 7 night stay. The smiling smoothie maker and the yummy dim sum were our particular highlights. Taxis could easily be ordered to visit nearby towns (we went to Fisherman's Village and Chaweng by cab) and were no more expensive than local cabs. I used the gorgeous spa for a facial one day, and we also went for a sunset cruise for two on the small catamaran, which was such fun. Dome (who took us) was brilliant at somehow steering with one foot, whilst also taking photos against the blue sea, golden sky, and rocky islands. My husband loved his trial session at Muay Thai. The staff really make this place; remembering you by name, asking about what you had planned to be doing, taking time to give brilliant recommendations... and always, always smiling - rightly proud of the part they play in making everyone's stay an incredible experience. We joked as we left that we would be back by the end of the week... that feels too long to wait!

We recently stayed at Garrya Tongsai Bay Samui, and we could not have had a better stay. This is by far the best resort or hotel we have ever stayed at. The location is stunning, rooms well appointed, and food and amenities excellent, but the true highlight was the service and guest care from each and every member of the staff. We have never stayed anywhere where every single member of the staff are so happy, interested, and engaged as they are at Garrya Tongsai Bay. The resort is also implementing outstanding sustainability practices. We did a tour of their farm (a real highlight which cannot be missed), and enjoyed the commitment to sustainable practices including the lemograss straws. I wouldn’t normally say that a holiday could be complete if you don’t leave the hotel, but Garrya could just be the exception. Every detail is well thought out. We are looking forward to when we can come back and stay again.

We stayed in a Well-Being Villa at this beautiful resort and were impressed by the spacious layout and spectacular views. The peaceful ambience, enhanced by the constant sound of birds, made for a truly relaxing experience. While we encountered a few issues during our first two days, the hotel manager, Mark Harrison, was quick to resolve them once informed, which we greatly appreciated. The resort features two pools—one for guests aged 14 and above, and a larger one by the sea. Both offered great service. The beach itself was gorgeous, though the water was a bit cloudy during our stay, and the sand is manmade, so it feels a bit gritty and uncomfortable to walk on. The benefit of the layout of the resort means the beach area is exclusively for resort guests. Breakfast was decent, though the selection could be more varied. In contrast, lunch and dinner at Fish Tails, the beachfront restaurant, were excellent—flavourful dishes and attentive service made every meal enjoyable. We also visited the spa, and I had a fantastic massage with Kowfang—highly recommended! We’ve already rebooked and are looking forward to our next visit.
