Garrya Tongsai Bay Samui

We completed an idyllic seven night stay in this resort in mid October. The weather was excellent overall with just one or two light showers. From the moment we checked in we found the hotel staff to be uniformly courteous, helpful and utterly charming. Particular praise must go to the F and B staff who made breakfast a wonderfully relaxing experience each morning. Very special thanks to the smoothie lady who is an absolute treasure! Also offer various activities during the day (yoga etc.) which were very enjoyable. Happy hour on the beach each evening was another particular treat. The beach itself is immaculately clean and totally private. We felt very lucky to be able to enjoy such a special experience and hope to return again soon.

Secluded villa with infinity pool - great for a romantic getaway . Private beach with restaurant - all day service , food & drinks . Staff were brilliant and close distance ( via Grab ) to restaurants and nightlife . Choeng Mon Beach just next door a little gem .

Having just returned from our 14 day stay and our 10th return visit to Garrya Tongsai Bay we can confirm with absolute certainly that it is the best Hotel/Resort in Koh Samui. We are not going to rehash all the positives about the Hotel as it has been said many times before. Nor are we going to mention all the staff names as it would be unfair to those that we didn't encounter because all the staff no matter what position they have play an important role in providing excellent customer service and experiences. I can confirm that Mark leads an exceptional group of people for whom nothing is too much trouble. If you want to experience a wonderful Koh Samui holiday you can't go wrong choosing the Garrya Tongsai Bay. Until next time we wish you all good health and happiness. How do you begin a review when a resort like Garrya Tongsai Bay Samui exceeds all expectations and every staff member is amazing?!? We spent 3 weeks at this resort and it was the best resort we have ever stayed at! We wish we could give this resort a 10 star review! The reason we chose this resort was because of all the 5 star reviews and the comments about the amazing service. We now understand why so many people are extremely happy when staying here. The staff at this resort take such good care of you and they remember your name, your favorite things, and take the time to engage with you. They make you feel like you are the most special person in the room. Nok, Jazz and Yong who work in the lobby/reception took care of all our needs and always took care of anything we needed or asked for! One of the greatest things we enjoyed at this resort was the restaurants and the amazing breakfast station in the mornings. The management and all food staff made you feel like you were the most important people. They remember how you like your coffee, your favorite style of eggs, your favorite drink, and even had my cup of ice waiting for me because they knew I loved ice in everything! 🤣🥰 The 2 restaurants at the resort have some of the best food in Thailand we ate while there and we rarely went anywhere else for dinner because we loved the food and the staff so much. ❤️ A big thank you to Cha, Tang, Kookik, Obb, Mook, Reen, Carlo, Tong, Su, Fon, Sai, Ying, Takong, Namo, Fah, Tee, Nine and Ice and the entire food staff for the most remarkable service that no words on a review can fully express the gratitude and love we have for all them. They made us feel like family and we will forever cherish the memories we made with them! 🥰 Pla and M were the staff at the pool area and took such good care of us when we spent time by the pool. They bring you cold water, cold washcloths, set up your sun area for you and one day they even passed out homemade pineapple popsicles! The pool area was on our favorite locations to sit back and relax. The pool staff also provide you with a pool menu and serve you right at your lounge chairs! One of our favorites was the Margherita Pizza, Potato Wedges, and Garlic Pita bites to eat by the pool! If you love mocktails ask for the Tubtim Siam! It was delicious! I had them make it almost daily for me! 🤣 We cant leave out the housekeeping and security staff in this review! Bum was our housekeeper and she always took care of our needs and brought us yummy treats in the evening for turn down service. It was always so nice to come back to our room and feel cozy and thought of. 🥰 This resort also has security gate and at the lobby area which is extremely nice! Public are not allowed into the resort and whenever we left or returned they were the first ones to greet us back and welcome us "home". ❤️ New (ha, ha, ha... inside joke) and Chok were so very kind and we looked forward to seeing them each time we arrived back to the resort. You will not regret choosing Garrya Tongasi Resort when visiting Koh Samui. We are already talking about when we can go back! To all staff... Thank you all for making us feel like family!
