Garrya Tongsai Bay Samui

Paradise on earth. As we sit waiting to go to the airport we are reflecting on yet another amazing stay at this exceptional resort. From check in to departure it has been a dream. Our pool villa was what dreams are made of. Absolutely immaculate and kept that way by Jaew the housekeeper. Always happy and always wanting to know whether she could do more. The reception team were always welcoming and wanting to help at any time. All were amazing but special mentions to Karn, Jazz, Kaiki and Nok. The team at fishtails kept us fed and watered exceptionally well with a fantastic choice of cocktails and food and more importantly a sense of family that is unrivalled by any hotel we have ever stayed in. Ice, Peah, Torn, Tang and Tee… you have kept us entertained and this place would not be what it is without you. Pla, Eak, M and Boy kept us is towels, iced water and tasty fruit morsels on the sunbeds. Sue, Kookik, Obb, Dom and Reen were all amazing at looking after us at Breakfast and for dinner. Pu is a one of a kind… she has kept us in smoothies and laughter every morning. Mark and Manuel (the management) should be exceptionally proud of their team I am so sorry to any of the staff that have forgotten… you have all been exceptional, as always. See you next year Tongsai Bay.

Location was in a secluded part of Samui island, and everything was nothing short of amazing. Hospitality was 10/10, from hotel staffs. My fiancée proposed to me here and the Garrya team made everything extra perfect by helping to make sure our experience was the best. Shoutout to K Lalitha from front office, K Sakrai from the dining team for making our stay so memorable with their hospitality.

A beautiful hotel with wonderful staff. I don’t think I could find a single fault. Everywhere is spotlessly clean, the surroundings are beautiful, the rooms are spacious and the staff go above and beyond to help you with everything they can. Special thanks to Kookik at breakfast for being so cheerful and friendly.

It’s our second time in Garrya, a very nice place, inside a park. Rooms are clean, big, with view to the sea. Our room had a private pool. In addition there are 2 swimming pools, path to the sea, and a yoga room. The service is excellent. Breakfasts are great.

We stayed at the Garrya for 8 nights The level of personal service displayed by all staff at this hotel was excellent. We stayed in a beachfront room with a lovely sea view. The level of cleanliness of the room was faultless. We ate at Rhoy Rhoy and Fish Tales restaurants on site and were blown away by the quality of the food at both restaurants. We attended the Beach BBQ and were stunned by the food and the fire display.( well worth it). The breakfast,as has been mentioned by other contributors,provides a memorable start to your day here. Could I mention here Kookik, Rain and Reen, who provided friendly attentive service here. At Fish Tails Obb and Fon provided smiling service. We did the cookery course provided by the hotel. We visited the hotel’s vegetable garden accompanied by Tang , who gave us an informative show around. We then were taught by the delightful Joy how to prepare a selection of delicious Thai dishes ( which we’re already cooking in UK). Wi fi throughout the hotel grounds was good. The hotel will provide a pick up service from the airport . It also provides a shuttle service to local places of interest ( we used it to visit the Buddhist temples a short distance away). We can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. If we can, we’ll return.
