Garrya Tongsai Bay Samui

The resort was amazing - beautiful location, so many small details made it an over the top experience. Food was great - fresh and local - and we loved that you could have a beach chair situated by both the beach and the pool. What truly made it, though, was the staff – they went above and beyond in every way. I would highly recommend for a relaxing holiday destination.

My last visit to Tongsai Bay was in 2009 and it is beyond me why I waited so long to return. I could literally feel the stress drain from my body the moment I arrived and the ensuing serenity lasted my entire stay. My partner and I are already looking into dates for our return next year if not sooner. What makes this resort special is the beautiful location and the outstanding staff who strive in a non-intrusive manner to ensure your every need is met. The food is amazing and the food and beverage staff take absolute pride in their work. If you are fortunate to be staying on a Saturday night, don't miss out on the Thai Street Food BBQ Buffet as there are so many different Thai dishes that are carefully prepared and absolutely worth discovering - I'm hungry just thinking about it!! In fact, we enjoyed the buffet so much, we took a private wellbeing cooking class later in the week at the Evol restaurant as I simply had to discover more about the food and preparation of. While we primarily stayed in our pool villa during our stay (Room 515 - see the photos and you'll understand why), the resort offers a range of daily activities for adults and children to participate in. Bottom line, don't think twice about booking your stay at Garrya Tongsai Bay as you won't regret it.

We stayed here on a 10 day holiday in February 26. It truly was a relaxing holiday where we felt welcomed and valued. The accommodation we chose was the seafront suite. It was spacious and comfortable with a glorious outlook over the bay. The food was outstanding with events and tastings adding to this amazing experience. All of the staff were a credit to the establishment. We found everyone to be friendly, polite, professional and helpful. Any request for help was met with an immediate response and resolution. The resort has many interest based activities which are free to enjoy ( gym, yoga, kayaking, paddlebording, snorkeling, swimming). We loved our time here so much that within days of returning home, we booked to revisit in February 27. This resort comes hightly recommended.

Boutique top hotel with only around 75 rooms. Fullfilled all our expectations on friendliness, service, nice room, excellent food, private beach in a green environment on the highest level. We can only highly recommend and plan already when we can come back.

This resort is absolutely amazing, a taste of Paradise. The staff were friendly and very attentive, the best we have ever come across. The resort is gorgeous, food was amazing and our accommodation was clean, comfortable, private and had an amazing sea view. Watching the sunrise every morning was magical.
