Garrya Tongsai Bay Samui

My partner and I stayed at Garrya Tonsai Bag for our babymoon. From the moment we walked in, we felt the calm and tranquility of this beautiful hotel. We had such a wonderful stay and didn’t want to leave! The service is exceptional - the staff made us feel so well looked after - and we particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfasts, spa treatments and private beach. We can’t wait to return 🙂

We have just returned from an incredible stay at The Tongsai Bay and can't recommend it highly enough. We stayed in a two-bedroom pool villa, and it was absolutely stunning. The villa was far more spacious than we expected, giving our family including 2 teens age 19 & 16 plenty of room to relax together whilst also having privacy when we wanted it. The private pool and outdoor living areas were beautiful, and it really felt like our own peaceful sanctuary. One of the things we loved most about the hotel was its overall tranquillity. The setting is so peaceful and surrounded by nature, making it the perfect place to unwind. Despite feeling wonderfully secluded, we never felt isolated. The team were fantastic at arranging transport whenever we wanted to explore the island, so we enjoyed the best of both worlds – relaxing in the calm of the resort whilst easily visiting Fisherman's Village, Chaweng and other parts of Koh Samui. They also helped us arrange a trip to Pig Island - Koh Madsum. The staff were exceptional throughout our stay. Everyone was genuinely warm, friendly and eager to help, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We were so impressed at breakfast when they addressed us by name. Every time we ate at the hotel the food was delicious, the seafood platter was a real treat but even something simple like a Caesar salad was superb. My family loved all the included facilities such as the pool table, table tennis and the water sport activities. Definitely a hit with my teenage son! If you're looking for a luxury resort that offers beautiful accommodation, outstanding service and a peaceful escape, whilst still allowing you to experience everything Koh Samui has to offer, Tongsai Bay is the perfect choice. We left feeling completely relaxed and wouldn't hesitate to return.

From the moment we arrived we knew this was going to be a lovely stay. Our first view of our room was a Wow moment, stunning room always kept very clean by Jaew, she is a lovely lady who was always there to assist our needs. The manager of the hotel was also very impressive, again he went over and above to make our stay perfect and always checked in with us. All the staff in fact have been extremely friendly and helpful and the staff are what have made the stay so special. We would 100% recommend coming to stay.

Spent a week here as my son was celebrating his marriage. I cannot speak highly enough about absolutely every aspect of our stay. The staff, the food, the accommodation, the ambience and the facilities were exceptional and all the staff went out of their way to make sure our stay was memorable. The hotel facilitated all the arrangements for the celebration and that too was exceptional. What can be better than an outdoor commitment ceremony, followed by cocktails on the beach and then an amazing meal at the Fish Tails restaurant. I think it would be unfair to single out particular members of staff for their service because they were all exceptional. It was a sad morning when we departed but if we're ever back on Samui we'll be spending 2 weeks, not just 1 at this amazing place.

Fantastic experience. Excellent hospitality. Staff member Kookik was really kind and tailored to our needs. The entire staff is friendly. I adored the atmosphere. I'll come here more often. From now on, this will be my preferred location.
