From the first day until the last, everyone was so welcoming. The staff are very attentive and always greet you with a warm smile. Facilities are clean. You can tell that they take great pride in the hotel and enduring that all guests have a pleasant stay. Thank you to all the staff at the restaurant who made our daily breakfast memorable. Always remembering our preferences to add to our order. Thank you to the restaurant staff also in the evening who were just as attentive and remembered our special drinks orders. I loved the little touches like having beach slippers and beach bag available in the room for guests to use. The nightly turndown service was also a nice added touch. I would happily stay here again and recommend others to go stay at this hotel to experience it for themselves. The location is great and if you want to head to the central shopping mall, you can order the paid shuttle service to take you there. You can also arrange excursions through the hotel. Thank you to the entire Hansar team for making the stay so enjoyable for my mom and me! 😊

The food food they cater for everyone, special requirements and all and the flavours . Customers service is exceptional. Always a warm welcome in the restaurant,at reception, on tours, domestics these people know how to make you want to come again. Thanks NK for my daily supplies of freshly peeled mangoes at breakfast. We booked this hotel for our very first night on Koh Samui because of the great reviews, good standard, and convenient location near the airport. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a mistake that spoiled our impression of the stay. Our flight arrived early in the morning at 7 AM, and we reached the hotel by 8:30. After a long overnight journey with almost no sleep, we were told the room would only be ready at 2 PM. Waiting from morning until 2 PM was exhausting, and even at 12 PM the room was still not cleaned. In the end, the check-in policy felt very unreasonable, especially considering many flights arrive early on the island. To be fair, the staff remained polite and calm, even though it was a difficult situation. And the hotel itself has many positives: Great location, just a short walk (about 10m) to the Fisherman’s Village and the beach. Comfortable sunbeds, pool, fresh towels. Excellent breakfast - honestly one of the best we had on the island. Nice extra touches like a hammock between palm trees and a small working room near the pool. However, there were also some odd design choices: no proper door for the shower, and almost no privacy for the toilet. Overall, the hotel is lovely if you don’t arrive early morning. For us, the long wait to check in after a sleepless flight really ruined what could have been a great stay. Won’t be back 😕

Best hotel in Samui, room is great and the pool is beautiful. Staff is always smiling. Great breakfast, with nice vidw to the sea. We will return for sure!

On the bright side: Location was great , walking distance from fisherman’s village (2 minutes) Pool area was nice with a view over the ocean and always chairs to use no matter what time you arrived at the pool. The breakfast was some of the best I had , and a broad variety of pancakes, omelets, Dani’s and fruit. The staff was polite and very helpful. I would definitely stay again next time I go to Samui.
