Hansar Samui

I stayed at Hansar Samui for 3 nights and had such a wonderful experience! All the staff were so friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. A special thank you to Khun Kwan for her outstanding care, attention, and concern during our stay. She went above and beyond to make our trip memorable, even surprising us with a beautiful flower decoration that truly touched us. We truly felt taken care of and had an amazing time. Highly recommend Hansar Samui and we can’t wait to come back!

Top notched service n hospitality provided by the staff esp Ms KWan, Ms Gift and Chef Lily. Glad my gal n myself had learnt some yummy Thai dishes under Chef Lily's teaching and thanks to Ms KWan and Hansar Samui for alloWing us to customise our Thai dishes to cook. Ms Gift is friendly. :) Hansar Samui is located in Bophut n at one end of the road Which is great for security. There is a security guard too for the resort. Hansar provides bottled Water complimentary for its guests Which is a nice touch. Beautiful pool and beach scenery fr our room's balcony. It has a long stretch of beach just outside Hansar Samui. There r many apparels, restaurants n bars just outside of Hansar Which makes it v convenient for us. It is near to Fisherman's Village too. There r night mkts at certain nights too. Overall, my family had a v comfortable stay in this resort. It is a very nice resort located in a convenient area that is quiet and g8 service provided too! Strongly rec any1 Who likes to stay in Bophut.

Good hospitality with professional team. Nice place for both of personal trip and business propose. The Staff and service is very professional , can manage everything very professional. Recommend to visit and spend your valued time here!

From the first day until the last, everyone was so welcoming. The staff are very attentive and always greet you with a warm smile. Facilities are clean. You can tell that they take great pride in the hotel and enduring that all guests have a pleasant stay. Thank you to all the staff at the restaurant who made our daily breakfast memorable. Always remembering our preferences to add to our order. Thank you to the restaurant staff also in the evening who were just as attentive and remembered our special drinks orders. I loved the little touches like having beach slippers and beach bag available in the room for guests to use. The nightly turndown service was also a nice added touch. I would happily stay here again and recommend others to go stay at this hotel to experience it for themselves. The location is great and if you want to head to the central shopping mall, you can order the paid shuttle service to take you there. You can also arrange excursions through the hotel. Thank you to the entire Hansar team for making the stay so enjoyable for my mom and me! 😊

The food food they cater for everyone, special requirements and all and the flavours . Customers service is exceptional. Always a warm welcome in the restaurant,at reception, on tours, domestics these people know how to make you want to come again. Thanks NK for my daily supplies of freshly peeled mangoes at breakfast. Every one is just amazing
