Hansar Samui

A lovely resort in a great location on Bo Phut Beach. The rooms were spacious and comfort with great views; the pool was perfect; and the beach bar was fabulous for cocktails, beers and food. The resort is in a great location to walk to the bars, restaurants, shops and markets.

Exceptional service fOur stay at Hansa was absolutely fantastic. The location is peaceful and easy to navigate, offering a perfectly relaxing atmosphere. While the facilities are beautiful, it is the staff who truly make this resort stand out—their hospitality went far beyond our expectations. Exceptional Staff Recognition We want to give a special shout-out to the incredible team who made our stay so memorable. Our waitress, Orn, provided exceptional service at breakfast; her attention to detail was incredible, and she was so kind and helpful. We also enjoyed couples massages almost daily, and the spa team was world-class. My therapist, Wan Mai, and my husband’s therapist, Aew, were both amazing—professional, inviting, and deeply caring. The staff throughout the resort always greeted us with a genuine, courteous smile. Stunning Accommodations We stayed in an XL sea view room on the second floor. The balcony was massive, offering a stunning panoramic sea view. The room design is incredible, featuring a deep central bathtub as a main feature and separate sections for the powerful overhead shower and toilet, which provided excellent privacy. The room was kept 100% clean, with no detail spared. Thoughtful Touches The level of service was impeccable. Beyond the morning cleaning, the evening turn-down service was a lovely touch; they would set the air conditioning, draw back the beds, leave chocolates, and replenish our water. With complimentary beverages available all day and a delicious breakfast service, the resort provided fantastic value for money for my husband and me. The atmosphere was always beautiful and serene, with quiet music in the evenings that never disturbed the peace. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend Hansa to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

This was our first family trip to Thailand Koh Samui and after months of research we landed on Hansar Samui and we could not have been more impressed. The resort facilities are first class and the staff are always professional, exceptionally friendly and just elevate the entire experience. Our room was spacious, comfortable, always cleaned thoroughly and nicely fragranced. The pool is significant and was crystal clear with staff always nearby ready to serve perfectly mixed cocktails, cold beer and delicious food. The breakfast setting is extensive and filled with fresh food and juice that was complimented with a spectacular outlook. The gym facilities are more than enough to keep your training in check and sweat out the previous nights drinkies. We were also spoilt with the resort tour and activities team managing our sightseeing and day trip requirements giving us peace of mind. The Beach Bar was an amazing place to relax and enjoy a few drinks while playing some pool with new friends. The kitchen team continuously delivered fresh and tasty food whether it be a private dinner on the beach or fried wings by the pool it was noticabley high quality and prepared with care and pride. All in all we had an unforgettable trip and have already rebooked for this coming New Years Eve. The hospitality experience at the hotel was wonderful in every aspect. The facilities, the dining room, and especially the personal service and the genuine effort of all the staff to pamper, assist, and make us feel our very best were exceptional. A special thank you to all the staff, especially to Bob and Kwan, who gave us a wonderful feeling and provided truly outstanding service, and to the dear kitchen team, who were exceptional in every way.

Fantastic hotel. Food, staff and room amazing. Pool and poolside food/drinks great. Will definitely be back soon. My only complaint is that there are no twin room options so we can’t stay as a family. Facilities were great and water in your room every day.
