Our stay at the hotel was really good - great breakfast, food in the restaurant a bit expensive but really good. Best thing in our stay was the kids club - clean, many activities for kids - everything you would expect from a kids club. We want to thank Goong from the kids club - she was amazing and caring and made our time in the hotel the best it can be.

Perfect pet-friendly beachfront villa with amazing service We had such a wonderful stay here! The place is truly pet-friendly and they took great care of our cats, Hitler and Putin. They even provided cat litter and toys, which was such a thoughtful touch and made our stay so much easier. We chose a beachfront villa, and the view was absolutely beautiful. Waking up to the sea right in front of us was just perfect. The service was excellent—staff were friendly, attentive, and very welcoming throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious with great complimentary options. The room was very clean and well-designed, with high-quality furniture. We especially loved the bathroom—it felt luxurious and well thought out. They even provided a sleep mask before bedtime, which was a nice detail. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the overall architecture and design of the room were impressive. The pool was also very clean, and the water didn’t irritate our eyes at all, which we really appreciated. Overall, this place exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended, especially for travelers with pets! Great value for money. Totally worth the price for the quality, service, and experience.

From fresh tropical fruits to beautifully prepared hot dishes, every morning feels indulgent yet fresh. Dining throughout the property is equally impressive. The flavors are vibrant, the presentation stunning, and the settings — especially with those sweeping ocean views — make every meal feel special. Sunset here is magical. Sitting with a cocktail in hand, looking out over the water as the sky shifts colors, is a memory we’ll hold onto for a long time. Kimpton Kitalay Samui isn’t just a hotel — it’s an experience. We cannot say enough about our 8 night stay. Everything was above and beyond expectations. Our pool access room was spectacular. Highly recommend building 3 as the pool is large and quiet. The main pool was gorgeous with plenty of lounges and amazing service. The kids club was great and our son enjoyed the activities. Special thanks to Eve for making him feel so special. Food was excellent and breakfast and Boho. Great coffee as well. Fish house was nice but was a bit disappointed to be honest. The Easter Beach BBQ was fantastic. Meal was amazing and the fire show great. The beach is lovely soft sand and clean. We used the kayaks and were pleased with these free amenities. Every staff member from the reception to cleaning staff deserves accolades. It was really a stress free holiday. Highly recommend with kids as they really make sure children and parents are taken care of. Thank you for a magical holiday. We miss it already!

Had a wonderful stay at beautiful Kimpton Kitalay Samui! The service was excellent, and I truly appreciate Chef Banana for taking such great care of my gluten-free dietary needs. Every meal was thoughtfully prepared and delicious. Highly recommend for anyone with special dietary requirements!
