This was simply an outstanding stay for a Norwegian family of 5 - 2 adults and three young teenagers. The hotel design looks amazing. The pool area is quiet and beautiful. The same applies to the rooms. We are very focused on cleanliness. They delivered 100%. We travel extensively, and a clear distinction between hotels is the level of service from the staff. It is probably the best I have encountered. In addition, they established a Whatsapp thread on arrival where I could ask for anything 24/7. SO effective... A heartfelt super thumps-up from all of us.

Wonderful Aroma Massage with Sky
Sky was amazing! I had an aroma massage with her and it was honestly so good. She was really nice, friendly, and made me feel comfortable the whole time. The massage was super relaxing and she did a great job. I really enjoyed the experience and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a great massage. Thank you, Sky!

An Unforgettable Stay at Kimpton Kitalay Samui – Exceptional Personal Care by Sunny! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐We had the most wonderful holiday at Kimpton Kitalay Samui, and a huge part of it was thanks to our amazing host, Sunny! Just like her name, she brought so much sunshine to our trip.From the very moment we arrived until the end of our stay, Sunny personally accompanied us and took care of every single detail of our vacation. She went completely above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy. The absolute highlight was when she upgraded us to a beautiful villa, which completely elevated our entire experience!Her service was nothing short of perfect, and her genuine warmth and constant care made us feel so special. We are incredibly grateful for her hospitality. We highly recommend Kimpton Kitalay Samui and sincerely hope to come back again soon. Thank you, Sunny, for looking after us so wonderfully!

Great location and service in Koh Samui.
Was a great stay. Booked a regular suite and was upgraded to beachfront balcony suite due to IHG platinum status. Breakfast buffet had something for everyone and was easy to order a la carte. Kids enjoyed the kids club activities. The spa was competitively priced for a beachfront resort.Also if you are renting a boat, it is a 10 minute drive to the marina where you can charter a yacht. Would stay here again if I return to Koh Samui.
