Best Hotel in Samui
I stayed in 3 hotels in Koh Samui and Kimpton Kitalay by far is the best. The customer service is extremely high standard, food is delicious and big portions and affordable. Hotel is clean and peaceful. Mos was assigned to me during my stay and he made it special with a room birthday arrangement and he was always available to assist me with all my requests. Driver M was also amazing as he took me to the local market and helped me select all the ingredients i wanted. Amazing hotel definitely recommend visiting.

We had an excellent stay at the Kimpton. The grounds were beautiful and the staff was so attentive and kind. Thunder checked us in and remembered our names throughout the week and helped us book activities for our entire stay. My husband and I got an amazing deep tissue couples massage at the spa with Paeng and Muay. Pui helped us feel relaxed from the moment we entered the spa. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Paradise in Ko Samui
We had an amazing experience in the hotel. Everything was perfect! All the staff are very kind and helpful. They think of every detail, even things I wouldn’t even dream about, just to make the guest comfortable. The rooms are beyond perfect, breakfast is superb, the swimming pools abound the beach are paradise
