After this, don’t bother with Thai massages back home
Aon (who massaged my wife) was gentle and Pui was excellent - putting pressure on the right places. At the end, Pui showed me some exercises. Truly excellent service from both of them. Highly recommended 😊

OUTSTANDING
Private Beach Villa. Outstanding service and food. VERY FAST on every request I had. The grounds are impeccable and everything was top notch... I never used the general population pool but it always looked busy so I highly recommend the private beach villas (DEFINITELY worth the extra money) On a side note, while most hotels in Asia do all they can to be accommodating, my personal concierge Moss went above and beyond on everything, ensuring I was taken care of (including offers of arranging my breakfasts even on his days off 😳) 10/10 on Mr Moss!

Top class hotel and service!
A most wonderful stay at the Kimpton Kitalay. Our first experience with Kimpton but it will not be our last. Everything about this hotel is superb. The location, the quality of the rooms and the staff, especially Thunder and Sunny. We treated ourselves to an oceanfront villa with private pool and it was so worth it. The best room we have had by far on a beach holiday. The staff are exceptional and make you feel so welcome. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

The best place in Koh Samui.
Beautiful spacious stylish villa with big private pool in beautiful hotel at a beautiful beach location. Staff were wonderful, especially my concierge Moss - so friendly, helpful and attentive to my needs. This included arranging restaurant bookings, providing relevant information, and anything else I needed, including even rescuing my iPad from the bar where I forgot it upon departure, and arranging for it to be carefully packed and couriered to my hotel in Bangkok so it reached me the next day before my return to Australia.
