Amazing Stay and Exceptional Service from Moss
We had a wonderful stay at Kimpton Kitalay Samui. During our stay, we decided to upgrade to a private pool villa, and it was absolutely worth it. The villa was beautiful, spacious and very well designed, with a great private pool and a really relaxing atmosphere. A special thank you to Moss, who took great care of us throughout our stay. He was extremely kind, attentive and helpful, always making sure everything was perfect and that we had everything we needed. His service made our experience at the hotel even better. The hotel itself is beautiful, the atmosphere is excellent, and the level of service is exactly what you would expect from a high-end resort. Highly recommended, and a big thank you again to Moss for making our stay so enjoyable.

Great kids club!
The Kids Club team were amazing! Thank you so much for taking such great care of my daughters. They had so much fun with you and absolutely loved spending time at the Kids Club! Every day they had different fun and creative activities, which they really enjoyed. ❤️
