High reputation for the hotel but does not justify
Beautiful hotel. High level of service at reception, special thanks to Sunny who was always pleasant and helpful with a huge smile and recommendations for trips in the area. Clean dining room except for the heavy heat at breakfast time which was a bit unpleasant but the waiters were still very polite... I didn't like the app for ordering coffee and food, my personal preference is to order directly through the waiters. The buffet was excellent and varied. I really liked the cafe and the stunning baristas Retree and Andrea who prepared the coffee in reverse exactly as we requested, intelligent and pleasant to talk to. Yes, there should be more such lovely employees who work wholeheartedly. Why did you close a significant part of the seating areas by the pool for a fee of 4500 baht? It wasn't like that in the past and doesn't respect the expensive fee even though we paid for a day's stay at the hotel. lacking a pool person to provide towel service, collect towels left behind, collect leftover food and used utensils Same as on the beach

Lovely stay
The staff were able to accommodate us very quickly as we requested the room very late they were very professional and resolved the situation very quickly. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Koh Samui
