Stayed at Melati Beach and Spa Resort for 11 days and it was very sad to leave. Pool villa was amazing, great food and the staff are fantastic and accommodating, nothing is a bother. We would like to particularly mention Hon ,Dew, Kevin ,K and Sonny. Ray and Di Australia

This was our second time to Melati. We celebrated our honeymoon 10 years ago and came back this year to celebrate our 10 year wedding vow renewals. Melati as usual did no dissapoint. Everyone at Melati is so friendly and helpful, but a special acknowledgement to Dew from The View restaurant. She was so helpful, attentive, friendly and made our experience every day memorable. We hope she is still working there when we return. Air, she is the events manager and made our vow renewal extra memorable and special. She went above and beyond and didn't miss any small details. For anyone wanting an event, don't go further than putting your trust in Air and Melati to cater to your needs. We found everything about this resort was 10/10 No complaints ,the staff was extremely pleasant Room was always cleaned food was good beach was perfect The pool was good easy to find your way round We are glad we picked this resort it was perfect for us

Melati beach resort and spa is wonderful. We first came here 10 years ago to celebrate our honeymoon and fell in love with it then. 10 years later we wanted to come back to renew our wedding vows and Melati went above and beyond for us to make it special. The events manager, Air made sure every detail was included to make it that much more special for us. Cannot thank you enough Air, and all your extra efforts that you went to for us did not go unnoticed. We love staying here and will always come back when visiting Koh Samui. Apart from all of the above, the staff are always friendly, willing to help you, the rooms are very comfortable and clean, the pools are amazing and you just never want to leave! Also, the little treats they leave in your room of an evening top it off :) Thank you Melati for making our stay yet again, so memorable. We are truly grateful and will always recommend anyone to stay here if they want to enjoy Koh Samui.

We had a work holiday and had all our colleagues and their families meet at this amazing resort. The hotel was amazing, immaculate and relaxing. The staff were very friendly attentive and helpful from the time we arrived till the moment we left. We never had a bad meal and drinks were resfreshing and cold. They exceeded our expectations in every way. We highly recommend staying here, you won't be disappointed.
