I can't even begin to explain how wonderful this hotel is. We renewed our wedding vows while here too and it's an experience we won't ever forget. The staff are so attentive, friendly and helpful along with being so lovely to our two children. Our room had our own private pool which was just beautiful, the main pool is an infinity one and the view is just breathtaking. The breakfast was lovely and so much to choose from! We also had two massages in the spa which were amazing! As for the wedding, wow. Seriously couldn't have asked for anything more. Air, who is the wedding organiser has been marvelous, she ran everything like clock work but it was also so chilled. Having dinner on the beach that evening was so special. All in all, we couldn't have picked a better place for our vow renewal/koh samui adventure!!

We had an exceptional stay at this hotel, everything from the welcome, the rooms, to the dining was top-notch. The breakfast was varied and delicious, the gardens amazing, and the beach sooo peaceful. What made the experience truly unforgettable was the staff who went above and beyond every single day. We will definitely be back!

Just had 7 days here on the start of a multi point trip. This hotel is truly amazing there are just way too many points to include. We had a standard room that was far from standard. Every little thing you could wish for , nice extra touches like flip flops, slippers, bath robes, scales, umpteen soft fluffy towels , beach bag, tea/coffee/water/mini bar to name but a few. There was even a room under cover at the back with an enormous sunken bath. Room cleaned to perfection daily they even call on you about 5pm to turn down your bed and bring you some local sweeties . The hotel manager is very informative and friendly and ALL the staff are friendly and smiling can’t do enough for you. Wi Fi has been absolutely spot on . Location is quiet, if you want a noisy night life this is not for you but if you want a beautiful peaceful holiday in stunning surroundings come here. Food was impeccable - I read another review before coming about the overcrowding at breakfast - I can honestly say it was calm sitting next to the ocean each morning , not the usual rush you get at an all inclusive , the most amazing high quality food too. Food in the evening was outstanding and huuuuuge portions. The beach bbq and fire show was something else and the Thai evening was wonderful. This hotel is one of the best I have stayed at - decor is traditional which gives it huge charm.

5 Stars – An absolutely unforgettable experience We chose this hotel for our wedding in Thailand, and it was simply beyond perfect. From start to finish, everything was flawlessly organized, and the experience exceeded all our expectations. A very special thank you to Kun Air, who organized the entire wedding with me as a surprise. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and calm control of every aspect made this moment truly magical. Everything was perfectly managed, every request was handled quickly, and communication was always clear, efficient, and extremely responsive. The organization was beautiful, smooth, and stress-free. Every detail was taken care of, allowing us to fully enjoy one of the most important days of our lives. It was a magnificent and emotional experience, and we will cherish these memories forever. We highly recommend this hotel and its team, especially Kun Air, to anyone dreaming of a wedding or special event in Thailand. Truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

Lovely 5 day stay with my wife in a pool villa. The welcome was great, with coconut icecream being a nice touch. Villa was very spacious, clean, with a chill plunge pool. Breakfast more choice than we could eat. The Thai restaurant was perfect, though the BBQ night on the beach was the highlight for us. Will surely come back.
