Heaven on Earth
A true heaven on Earth. The location, the staff, the villas, the views, the lush gardens. So far our best stay in Thailand and ever. We did regret we couldn't stay longer. Thank you for all the staff who made our stay so wonderful.

Enjoyed the facilities on the beach and sweeping pool and the room. Above all the friendly approach of the personnel at the reception, restaurant and the drivers.. A place to come back to.

Amazing experience!
One of the best experiences and meals I've had in Koh Samui. Our flight was delayed a few hours & Bangkok Airways lost our luggage when we arrived. The staff member and General Manager took time to contact the airline and communicate in their language to expedite our luggage deliveries. We received it one day later, but the hotel was prompt to offer amenities and items that we may need. The food venue was top tier! Their chef was definitely well versed in food & culture. It was truly a culinary journey. The staff were all helpful, quick, and always ready to help with anything we may have needed.

Excellent fantastic weeks stay
We absolutely loved our stay at the Napasai. Arrived at the very efficient Koch Samui airport and were whisked off. Our room was ready early - we had the furthest room (111) which gave us great exercise every day walking back and forth. Always plenty of sun beds on the beach. Lovely pool. Very good buffet breakfast with plenty of choice - egg man very good at tossing our over easy eggs! Alla the manager always knew our names. We ate out of the resort at Nees a couple of times. - a 5 minute walk away.

Amazing Experience
From start to finish, a wonderful experience! Whilst the facilities are what you expect from a 5* it is the food but especially the staff that make this place. They seem genuinely engaged with you, not just nodding and smiling that they were told from a corporate HR course. All were great but special praise to Toy in the restaurant, the egg man at breakfast every morning and Alla the splendid guest relations manager. Both restaurants are great with the beach edging it 11-10 with great amuse-bouche from the Uruguay chef!
