Napasai, Koh Samui

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Napasai Samui. The resort is really beautiful, with a great room and breathtaking views that we enjoyed every single day. The staff were incredibly friendly, warm, and attentive, it truly felt like being welcomed into a family. The food was well taken care of, the service was outstanding, and the quiet location of the resort was exactly what we were looking for: peaceful, relaxing, and away from the busier parts of the island. We also loved the different activities offered at the hotel, which added something special to our stay. We will genuinely miss this place!

Truly luxurious experience! We arrived with flower necklaces and cold drinks. The staff are super attentive. From the villa, pool, dining area, beach - its all amazingly beautiful! I would hands-down recommend Koh Samui, and Napasai resort in particular!

We had 8 nights in Koh Samui split over two hotels (4 & 4). We had such an amazing stay in our first 4 days at Napasai that we cut the other hotel short and came back. The breakfast was incredible, staff were super friendly, kids loved the pool and beach and there were some cool beach bars and restaurants just a 10min taxi away. Dream holiday!!

Thank you to Napasai Samui for a memorable vacation, which far exceeded our expectations! We arrived to the hotel after traveling in the North of Thailand and were ready for rest and relaxation. We were greeted warmly by the hotel staff. Our room was a beautiful villa which was perfect for us as a family with two adolescent children. The grounds were absolutely beautiful. Our rooms were beautifully decorated and clean. The beach is gorgeous with crystal clear water. Breakfast was delicious. Water sports were available with no hassle. The staff (best for last) was attentive and generous. Our every request was accommodated with a smile and no pretense. We felt comfortable, welcome relaxed and at home. Anecdotally, after checking out we realized that we forgot an ipad at the hotel (a clear sign that we dis not really want to leave!) The hotel immediately sent a driver with the ipad to the airport! And we were able to make our flight. Thank you! 🙏🏻 We truly felt like we spent time in paradise! We are grateful to the staff for the time we spent at Napasai and look forward to visiting again!

Very beautiful location quiet tranquil beach frontage location good staff very helpful at all times they do their best at all times . Rooms very authentic natural wooden structures well Equipt . The location is peaceful over a large country area
