Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Koh Samui

Perfect place, great service!

We stayed here in July 2025 as a family with children. We specifically booked a two-bedroom suite with two separate bathrooms so the kids could have their own space. I’m the type of person who always takes an extra look around before bedtime, and thankfully I did. In the children’s bathroom, I discovered a snake. Staff arrived to deal with the situation, but the snake disappeared, and after that there was very little information or reassurance from the hotel. We checked out two days later because there was no way we were comfortable letting our children use that bathroom again. To their credit, the hotel offered us two complimentary nights. But after finding a snake in the bathroom meant for our children… who exactly is excited to stay two more nights? It certainly wasn’t the kind of wildlife experience we had in mind.

A beautiful place so overwhelming at first with the luxury of this hotel. The rooms by the pool were excellent and staff at reception were first class.

Place environment amazing very friendly and peaceful staff over there … I recommend this resort for friends group or familys even couples its suits everything

I booked a 10 night stay here, after reading the reviews I was quite happy it was going to be a great place to stay. Unfortunately no where on the booking site did it state that music is played so loud at the pool from 12-6pm. I came away to relax not listen to dance music all day. I complained and asked to speak the manager about refunding my last 4 nights stay so I could go somewhere else. I was told the manager wasn’t available and the Sunday was the last day of loud music. I got a moped for a few days to get out and about and returning to the hotel the music was so loud I could hear it across the road. Long story cut short they only offered to refund two nights which I’m grateful for but it wasn’t enough. On another note, in the rooms you can here absolutely everything going on, there is no sound proofing at all or much privacy as the rooms face each other, you can close the blinds or curtains but then you are in darkness. I would avoid this hotel unless you like partying
