Awesome staff , accommodating and food was great All facilities perfect we did the luxury escapes package great value Beach out front and multi pools location was perfect thanks to the staff for making our trip so good we will return Wednesday had the yummiest breakfast but all meals we had were tasty

Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist hier richtig. Die Anbindung an den Nachtmarkt und Lamai ist top. Der Strand ist wunderschön und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die Hotelanlage ist leider in die Jahre gekommen. An allen Ecken und Enden währen umfassende Sanierungsmaßnahmen erforderlich. Das Housekeeping könnte besser und gründlicher arbeiten.

Hotel staff at restaurant and bar and beach are FANTASTIC!! Don’t know all names and there are too many to mention and spelling will be a bit wrong but thanks to Ruam/Aye(beach security) /Ding and Da ( I think thats her name) but she brought us wine etc etc and a big beautiful smile. In a hotel where it has a beachfront onto one of the most beautiful soft sand beaches i have seen - it was the staff that made the difference. Thankyou all !! Food was excellent in hotel. Prices were higher as you eould expect with 10% service charge added on. Room was generally good - needs a bit of tlc in places. Only thing we must mention is that ours overlooked a small river which smelled into our room on one night and the daily nightmarket which has a band that played till about 11.30. So struggled to sleep up to then but afterwards room lovely and quiet. Likely many rooms away from the nightmarket side will not be affected. Thanks to everyone once more - we had a wonderful time in Lamai - hope to see you all again sometime- Simon and Linda

Wir können die positiven Bewertungen null nachvollziehen. Wir hatten durch die Reisekataloge grosse Erwartungen an das Hotel z.B. stimmen die Bilder nicht mit der Realität überein! Zimmer mit Plunge Pool gross aber in die Jahre gekommen (übler Geruch) und abgewohnt. Der thailändische Besitzer sollte dringend investieren . Liebloser Frühstücksraum und Auswahl max. 2 Sterne. Innenverkleidung des Raumes teilweise durch Feuchtigkeit aufgequollen. Strandliegen und Schirme sehr veraltet, stellenweise rostig. Preis Leistungsverhältnis total auseinander. Personal wie überall in Thailand hilfsbereit u. immer mit einem Lächeln. Eltern+Kind aus Deutschland

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt. Wir hatten Zimmer 405, - eine Grand Pool Villa. Man merkt schon, dass alles ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen ist und die Glasabtrennung zwischen WC und Schlafbereich ist nicht jedermanns Sache. Die Lage, der Service, das Essen und die freundlichen Mitarbeiter gleichen das aber leicht wieder aus. Wir würden auf jeden Fall sehr gerne wiederkommen.
