I love the people here, they are really nice and friendly. The beach is amazing and clear. I had the best time here and im really happy that i found this hotel

Perfect - we can't wait to go back!
Incredibly relaxing and clean experience. We stayed in a deluxe balcony suite. The rooms were very private, generous size and had everything we needed. They were a nice thai style, adding to the experience, and the balcony had a fan so you could chill out and read in private without being too hot. The air con was quiet and worked well thankfully, and there was lots of power points for charging etc. Every staff member we dealt with in our 5 night stay went above and beyond. The location was perfect. You can walk outside and go to the shops or restaurants of Lamai Beach and there is the food market next door in the evenings. We went with our teenagers and 2 other family members and we all loved the experience. For the first time ever, my husband and I plan on returning to the same hotel next year. We cannot remember every having such a relaxing holiday, I can't wait to get back!

Koh Samui nice to see you again
Overall, I'd say our stay at the Pavilion went well, despite the three room changes. The manager was really kind in finding the best solution for us. I’d suggest more attention on details. And some renovations. I'd suggest the staff be more friendly and cheerful. They're often lacking in empathy. We had a nice food experience. The location is in the centre of Lamai so you can go for walks and find very nice little restaurants and shops for shopping.

Perfect place for a 2 week stay!
Absolutely brilliant! Very clean and tidy rooms, excellent pools and facilities, fantastic staff! Best breakfasts to start the day, finished the days with cocktails overlooking the beach!!! All of the staff were so friendly and polite , always went out of their way to help! Bar and restaurant looked out over the seafront, while the front entrance was right on the Main Street! Awesome location!!

Awesome staff , accommodating and food was great All facilities perfect we did the luxury escapes package great value Beach out front and multi pools location was perfect thanks to the staff for making our trip so good we will return Wednesday had the yummiest breakfast but all meals we had were tasty
