Service was perfect. we really enjoyed every moment during stay at this resort. perfect honeymoon ever. especially breakfast was wonderful. amy, sai, rose gave us nice service too.

From the moment we arrived at The Ritz-Carlton, Koh Samui, we were swept away by its breathtaking beauty and world-class hospitality. Nestled on a serene hillside with panoramic views of the turquoise Gulf of Thailand, this resort is truly a tropical sanctuary. Every detail of our stay was impeccable - from the warm welcome at check in to the personal touches in our luxurious pool villa. The villa was spacious, elegantly designed and featured a private infinity pool with views that looked like a postcard come to life. Absolute heaven! The service was beyond outstanding . The staff anticipated every need either a genuine smile, and their kindness and attention to details made us feel royalty. Whether it was a buggy ride across the vast property or a custom made cocktail at the pool. Everything was done with care and class. The food was culinary journey of its own. We dined at several on site restaurants and were blown away by quality and variety from traditional Thai dishes to refined international cuisine. The breakfast buffet alone was worth the trip. Whether you are looking to relax , indulge in fine dining or enjoy family time, or rejuvenate at the Spa, The Ritz-Carlton Koh Samui delivers on every level. We left with hearts full of gratitude and memories that will last a lifetime. Highly recommended for anyone seeking luxury, peace, and the best of Thai hospitality. We will be absolutely returning!

The Ritz Carlton Koh Samui had come highly recommended and it did not disappoint! The rooms were fabulous and very spacious -- every detail had been so well thought through and our rooms there were the nicest and most relaxing of our whole trip throughout Thailand. The restaurants were delicious -- especially the breakfast buffet. Most importantly, the staff was wonderful. Everyone was extremely kind, and they went above to accommodate any of our requests. We loved our visit there!

This hotel offers a rich selection of activities that can keep you busy all day long. It is not too far from Chaweng beach (by car). The staff is extra friendly, rooms are comfortable and very quiet. The pool and (private) beach are amazing! Warm thanks to Mohd Nazrul for all his kind help during our stay, making my wife’s birthday special! 🙏🏻
