The Ritz-Carlton, Koh Samui

For our family, the SPA services by Mei and Bew were really great. It was a really refreshing experience. After the massage session, we also received nice drinks and snack from Saan and Saan is a really good photographer!

Our stay at the Ritz Carlton was the start of a dream vacation to celebrate our retirement. Prior to our arrival we were already treated like honored guests through the communication from guest services to ensure our needs were anticipated and met. We were picked up from the airport in a beautiful and luxurious shuttle and within minutes were in the guest reception area of the Ritz Carlton enjoying a royal welcome and beautiful view. When we arrived to our room there was a special recognition of our retirement and we felt like we were with life long friends. From the reception to the restaurants to the buggy drivers to the guest services to the excursions to house keeping we were amazed at the service and kindness. Special appreciation is offered to Ton, who was our buggy driver on more than one occasion. He took the time to learn about my wife and I and made a personal connection with us that was more than the expected hospitality you receive at a resort. His kindness was exemplary and goes beyond what is expected of staff when they serve guests. Thank you to him in particular. We cannot thank the team enough for everything and wholeheartedly recommend the Ritz Carlton Koh Samui to anyone looking to create memories to last a lifetime.

I had a very relaxing time. I was hungry, probably because my body was more balanced. The matcha latte offered after the massage was also great. I would definitely come back again.

We had a wonderful three days at the Ritz Carlton Koh Samui resort - one of the largest on the island. We were upgraded to an exclusive pool villa at arrival which we appreciated. The villa was super clean and modern, with a large bathroom and separate sitting area away from the bedroom. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They were always asking if we needed anything. Special mention to the staff at the View Restaurant - really lovely service and the food was so good! Arguably one of the best meals we had during our holiday. We’d strongly recommend the Ritz Carlton for either your first or next visit to Koh Samui!

My friends and I had breakfast at Shook. We love the variety of healthy fruits and drinks. Croissant is really special as well. The staff are well-trained. The team are friendly and helpful. Tank you Nan, Maya and the team.
