We want to express our deepest gratitude to Quality Manager Tee and all Ritz Carlton staff at Koh Samui for the exceptional care and hospitality that you offered during our recent stay. From the moment we arrived, every detail-from the warm welcome to the thoughtful touches throughout the resort-made us feel truly cherished. Your team's kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail created not just a luxurious experience, but a deeply memorable one. Whether it was the serene spa moments, the exquisite dining, or the gentle smiles that greeted us each morning, you made every moment feel special. The housekeeping was impeccable. Our villa was refreshed with care and little surprises- like hand folded towel elephants and fresh jasmine - made it feel like a story unfolding each day. Finally special Thank you to wonderful June, the flower arrangement girl who thought me how to make floral garlands with fresh flowers.
