Tucked on a headland on the northern tip of Koh Samui Island, midway between Bangkok and Phuket on the Gulf of Thailand, Six Senses Samui is a spectacular blend of privacy and stunning views. Its stylish split-level villas offer the opportunity to gaze onto mountains and sea from almost everywhere you stand, and most feature private pools and indulgent outdoor daybeds. Among the generous amenities is the bounty of Mother Nature - 270-degree views of the surrounding sea and outlying islands, The award-winning restaurant of Six Senses Samui, Dining on the Rocks, established its enviable reputation by offering New Asian Cuisine coupled with a stunning panoramic view out to the Gulf of Siam. Raising the bar even higher, the latest innovation to come out of the kitchen is called Modern Interpretive Cuisine. Dishes are reconstructed to be both visually and texturally appealing - taste and focus on fresh, wholesome, local ingredients are tantamount in importance.

A very disappointing experience down to 3 main reasons: 1- A disgustingly polluted sea, full of rubbish (plastics, glasses, food waste, toiletries, clothes floating in the water) 2 - Jet skis getting to close to swimmers, no lane defined, unsafe environment 3 - Management to taking the feedback on point 1 despite the luxury hotel chain pretending to be a sustainability advocate

I have visited other six senses and this resort falls well below what I expected. The resort was worn out, unloved and not commensurate with a luxury brand. The beach was littered with plastic and waste. I had always considered the six senses brand to be luxurious but this was not nor should it be sold as such. We checked out on arrival, truly disappointed.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Six Senses Samui. Noom (our personal Guest Experience Maker) was incredibly helpful and attentive, making our experience seamless from start to finish. The breakfast was excellent, the spa massages were outstanding, and the hotel itself is beautiful. Our villa was very private, comfortable, and offered a stunning view. The entire team was kind, professional, and always willing to help. Overall, our stay was wonderful, and we left very happy with our experience.

This is not a luxury resort, it’s worn out and needs rebuilding, staff are hopeless food is like school dinners, checked out shortly after arriving.

Our stay at Six Senses was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived until we left, the service was outstanding - warm, attentive and genuinely caring. We travelled with our baby, and everything was perfectly arranged, making the stay completely stress-free. The room was beautiful, the food was fantastic, and the spa was outstanding. The level of service was consistently high throughout our stay. A place where you really feel looked after. We couldn’t recommend Six Senses more and would love to return.

I just got back this morning from having spent 10 nights in paradise. I agree with comments about the beds, they are so comfortable. The butler was great. I do not have one bad thing to say about this place, it is 101% perfection!
