Six Senses Samui

Our vacation was absolutely fantastic within ambiance of the hotel and amazing hospitality of the whole team! We felt like home , surrounded with love, extra care and unforgettable memories! I want to mention and say special THANK YOU to the people, who elevated our experience and made our stay maximum comfortable and enjoyable! Special appreciation goes to hotel management , especially to Miss Mai, who was taking care of us from the beginning till the end of our trip and was opened for suggestions to enhance hotel facilities and offered us more to explore. Another big appreciation goes to Miss Lucy who provided instant care for our comfort and entertainment . She was 24:7 connected with us and implementing all our requests immediately. Special thanks goes to Miss Da and Miss Tak, who showed so much care of us and provided the best dining experience with personal touch.. Amazing people !!!! 1. Disgusting breakfasts. there are no usual dishes for breakfast. Thai morning noodles with a very strange taste, I have never had anything like this anywhere else. there are pots with different dishes, once when I came to breakfast at 6:00 in the morning I discovered that the dishes were formed from what was left in the evening. 2. Dungeons stairs and bathroom in the hut 3. lack of activities or silence about their implementation. 4. I didn't like the beach, but I think it's not so much the hotel's fault. It's very shallow and the rocks are far away, so you can't really swim. 5. Overpriced dishes in restaurants without enough protein. 6. The only fruits they put in the room were tangerines, dragon fruits and guava, although there was a sign on the table that they would bring mangoes, bananas, dragon fruits and tangerines to the room every day. 7. The bungalow is stated as 130 meters, but this includes a swimming pool, a canopy, steps and other adjacent territory. 8. I understand their concept, but it's so expensive, in the neighboring hotel in the restaurant recommended by Michelin a kilogram steak costs 2750, and here 350 grams costs 2150 and so on in everything. When ordering a set menu you leave hungry. The prices are more expensive than in London, the quality is worse.

We moved here for the second half of our stay on Koh Samui and this hotel is gorgeous! We were welcomed by Khun Maya our GM, who was incredibly helpful! Be sure to stay at an Ocean facing villa, the breakfast and dinner is lovely and so are the pool and beach. We got a kayak out to an island one afternoon and its gorgeous! We would highly recommend!

Such as an amazing place for relaxing in Koh Samui we are here just for 3 days in the hotel and the staff are very nice Khun Lena is the one who has been warmed welcome me as guest experience maker she did a very great job and Khun Deen is very nice guy too drive us around also Khun Ant she also helped me with special arrangements 🍰 and help me with a lot of things also a few other people that I can’t remember their name we have got some accident in the bathroom thankfully they brought us the first aid box and Khun Tong bellman helped us to moved the luggages out to the new one I really appreciate his hard work for all of our staying in Six senses I really appreciate the spa team. We have been treated very nicely by the spa team especially Khun Koy she is a wonderful person with great personality and service and Khun Gift tooo a lot of thanks for all of their hard work and supporting us through the hard times of my bf experience thank you for understanding our feelings 🥹🙏🏻 and our favorite spot in the hotel is the restaurant where we are always there for our meals with a wonderful taste of Thai food such as Stir fried Chicken with cashew nuts. Chef did a very great job of making our food taste amazing and for the last night I ordered Lobster for the starter and suddenly felt so weird about the Lobster as I had never been sick of it like that before I am a seafood lover but I couldn’t finish the whole dish even though it was a tiny dish.after that I went directly into the bathroom when the restaurant about to close the staff lady was there for me she helped me a lot and brought me a water and cool towel I really appreciate that a lot🙏🏻 ❤️ she stayed with me until I finally got better and they wasn’t charged for the meal (I am so sorry I couldn’t remember her name because I wasn’t in a good condition🤢) I would love to say thank you for all the staff who are doing an incredible service🙏🏻🙏🏻 including the people who are working behind the scene such as house keepers and engineers and gardeners who have been working really hard for our best experience in Samui.🥰🩵🩵🩵🩵

Fabulous sensory experience - just had 8 amazing nights at Six Senses Samui. Everything was great, room, food, staff and the resort. Nothing was too much trouble. Maya our resort representative was just great, she made our whole trip a delight.
