Very dirty and old hotel , don’t trust you tube , swimming pool very very small , photo is fake , no bell boy this is not a 4.5 starts hotel , to me it’s 2 start

We recently stayed at this hotel and were thoroughly impressed from start to finish. The staff were exceptional—every single person we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help. From the food and beverage team to the ground staff, their service was faultless. Breakfast at the Kitchen Table was a real highlight, offering some of the best options we’ve ever had. We also enjoyed fantastic dinners at both the Kitchen Table and Namu—each meal was memorable. The Woo Bar deserves a special mention for serving up some of the best cocktails on the island, if not the very best. A big thank you to Ondrej, the food and beverage manager, who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The hotel room and grounds were stunning, and the whole experience truly lived up to the hotel’s “whenever/whatever” service promise. We couldn’t recommend this place more highly and can’t wait to return!

I came here on the back of a wedding in Thailand, looking for a few days of relaxation. From the moment we arrived into koh samui, this expectation was met and exceeded. The villa we were assigned, a tropical oasis category, was fantastic with lots of indoor and outdoor space to relax. Despite being 15 years old, it is in great shape, looking much newer than its age suggests. We had the chance to try all the venues for dining too. Namu, the Japanese eatery, is a great little venue, with lovely sushi dishes. The kitchen table hosted the breakfast buffet, which was a sophisticated spread, with made to order dishes included my favourite, the TKT toast (a French toast). For facilities, its not a big hotel, so there aren’t too many, but the gym is well equipped and almost always empty, as is the main pool, as all guests used their villa pools. The beach is also a lovely spot to watch sunset with a drink in hand, although it’s important to note this isn’t private, and people from other areas would come too. The best part about this hotel though, were the staff. They were accommodating to all of our requests, no matter how obscure, and ensured I got the reset I needed after a long journey to switch off from the wedding and work. I’ve stayed in some great hotels, but the staff here offered me the best hospitality I’ve experienced, which I’m extremely grateful for. By the end of our 4 night stay, we were being referred to by name and made to feel like family. It’s hard to mention everyone, but a specific mention goes to Pei-Pei, who, even on her day off (which we didn’t realise), was still checking in on us, sending things to our villa that we would request and checking in on us to make sure things were going well. It’s hard to say anything negative, or even constructive, about our stay. Whilst not in the hotels control, the kids that were staying there unfortunately were quite disruptive with the parents missing, but staff did do their best to keep things under control. We will remember this trip for a long time, and if we come back to koh samui, we know where we will stay.
