W Koh Samui

We came here on our honeymoon with our 1.5 year old daughter. The staff are unbelievable attentive & friendly, noting is to much. The buggy service to diffrent parts off the complex was a mins wait. The rooms are fabulous, a few minor issues with the electrical when the weather was stormy but like I said very attentive & resolved issues straight away. They staff made our honeymoon amazing as we where skepitcal with our daughter, but they made it very easy. We had many off good chats with our friend Noni at the WOOBA who made us any cocktail we wanted & off the menu & they where divine! Thank you Noni! :) The food in the Open Kitcken is fabulous! And there staff are amazing! So kind welcoming. I dont think we can think off any meal we didnt enjoy, very tasty & Authentic. The management & other staff knew us by name & had everything prepared in advance without us knowing, something so small like "ohh your daughter cant have popcorn because you mention that a couple off days ago". Just the little things, I have to say we where pretty impressed. Leo, Noni, Allo & the rest off the staff are a credit to the W Hotel & we will be sure to spread the news once back in Australia.

Hotel was very nice. Staff was very caring and polite, food was lovely and our mixoligist Noni was very good, and made us cocktails not on the menu.

Incredible hotel and staff. Looked at various places on island before booking and glad with the choice. Breakfast was incredible, rooms spacious with private pools. Proximity to private beach was great. Easy to get to fisherman’s village by taxi in the evening. Hotel fire shows was great too. Thanks especially to Cookie who was great with the children. Whole W team were brilliant. You won’t be disappointed if you stay there.

We stayed at W Koh Samui specifically for a couples photoshoot, and I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect location. Every corner of the resort is photo-ready — from the modern beachfront lounges to the lush tropical gardens and that iconic “W” deck floating over the water. The natural lighting at sunrise and sunset was absolutely dreamy, and the staff was incredibly kind and respectful while we worked with our photographer. The design of the villa, with its sleek private pool and ocean views, gave us both glamorous and relaxed photo settings all in one place. If you’re planning a shoot — whether it’s for memories, content, or something special — this place is a photographer’s dream. Our photos turned out like something out of a magazine!
