Wonderful stay
Stayed here this January , such a beautiful resort, everyone working here are exceptional . The service , facilities , spa , beach everything is wonderful. Had massages with May and Beau which was wonderful all 5 stars. The location of the resort is also nice couple minutes with car to the fishermans village. Very easy with app Grap to find the ride. From our arrival to Koh samui we texted them to be picked up from airport the same day , even tough it was very very late they responed immediately picked us up . We dined at all the restaurants here and Namu and the Kitchen table are very nice very delicious. Nothing to complain about our stay . Both suitable if you have a kid or if you are a young couple, there was dj performances everynight at the Woobar. Hope to come again to this beautiful resort, beautiful island , beautiful people ❤️

Wonderfull amazing luxury hotel
We had a wonderful time with Ton. His photos were amazing and he was so patient and amazing with us. We would definitely visit the W again would recommend having Ton take some photos. Memories to last a lifetime.

Our family had a magnificent time at the W in Koh Samui. Definitely wasn’t long enough, but we felt amazing for 3 days there! The staff were delightful, my massage was sublime and the food, beach, pool fire show, and hospitality was 100% every day! Loved it, kids wanted to stay longer!! Thank you for making it such a wonderful trip.

From the minute you arrive at the W Retreat Koh Samui you are met with the Wow factor. The view from the lobby is absolutely breathtaking!! The pool villas were modern, beautifully decorated & very private and had direct access to the beach. Staff were very friendly & attentive. Had the most incredible meal at Namu. Thank you to the amazing chefs who just created something special for me based on what I felt like - no menu required.

This is definitely a resort with wow factors in many ways. Besides the breathtaking view of Gulf of Thailand and the Maenam Beach, the staffs left me a nice impression as well, General Manager Nick himself gave us a personal tour introduction at the beginning which led to a wonderful stay for us at W Retreat Koh Samui. Worth coming again and again!
