Unparalleled Service & Operational Excellence – The Absolute Best on the Island!
I am a corporate meeting planner and recently hosted a 154-person President's Club buyout at the W Koh Samui. The logistics and operational demands for a high-stakes program like this are massive, and I can honestly say that in my entire career, I have never worked with a better resort team and I have planned MANY of these types of events. If you want an intimate luxury resort with top-notch service, book here—don't waste your time anywhere else on the island. By the end of the week, the staff knew our attendees by name and memorized every detail, from complex dietary restrictions to accessibility needs and who was traveling as a couple. In moments where we had to pivot our program last minute, the team didn't bat an eye; they just executed flawlessly. They feel like family to us at this point. I couldn’t recommend the W Koh Samui more for an individual luxury getaway or a full-scale corporate event. Truly incredible!

Exceptional Private BBQ Experience with Outstanding Service
We had the most beautiful in-room charcoal BBQ experience thanks to Chef Dif and his colleague Jack. The food was amazing, the setup was beautiful, and the service was truly top level from start to finish. What impressed us most was how attentive and accommodating they were with dietary requirements, especially regarding a gluten allergy. They made us feel completely comfortable and taken care of throughout the evening. Such a special experience — highly recommended if you’re looking for something memorable and private. Thank you again Dif and Jack!

From the minute you arrive at the W Retreat Koh Samui you are met with the Wow factor. The view from the lobby is absolutely breathtaking!! The pool villas were modern, beautifully decorated & very private and had direct access to the beach. Staff were very friendly & attentive. Had the most incredible meal at Namu. Thank you to the amazing chefs who just created something special for me based on what I felt like - no menu required.

This is definitely a resort with wow factors in many ways. Besides the breathtaking view of Gulf of Thailand and the Maenam Beach, the staffs left me a nice impression as well, General Manager Nick himself gave us a personal tour introduction at the beginning which led to a wonderful stay for us at W Retreat Koh Samui. Worth coming again and again!
