W Koh Samui

The Room was big and spacious. We had an outdoor pool, 2 showers (one outdoor shower) and the cleaning stuff always did a great job. The Food was excellent, the service outstanding and we enjoyed the Sweet Spots all around the hotel complex for cold drinks and ice cream 24/7. A Highlight was the amazing Fireshow. The pool was big enough for a good swim, the beach was also nice but the sand was not that soft and the water not as clear as the Chaweng Beach. Nevertheless we enjoyed the peace and quiet. Everybody was very friendly and did a great job. We would definitely visit again! A big "Thank You" to: the staff at the Reception: - Pei Pei (for doing an outstanding job. She is such a sweetheart who always made sure everything was fine and took her time with us, giving us great advise and always helped us out) - Minnie (doing an excellent job and always being on point and helpful) - Somsom (who gave us great advise regarding the tours) - Michael (who is such a sunshine and kind guy and very professional) to the service staff at the Restaurant: - especially Nim, who always served us well and did an outstanding service - also there was a young guy I think he had Glasses but I sadly don't remember his name. He also did an amazing job and was very handsome! to the buggy drivers: - thank you to Peter for doing a great Job and also to all the other buggy drivers.

The staff was outstanding. Tony, Andre, and Michael were exceptional, but all staff members were kind, courteous, and always willing to help.

We received great photos from Ton! It was a wonderful experience, we went all over the hotel and it was truly a wonderful experience. His breadth of understanding regarding photography was truly unmatched. He knew exactly where to shoot and how!

W Koh Samui Is peaceful and a beautiful place just what you need on a holiday. The staff is available 24x7 if needed. They are courteous and they have taken good care of us. From the Restaurants to In room dining the food and beverages have been refreshing and delicious. Highlight of the place is the kind of activities we did around here, We got a photography session with a professional photographer Biw at the hotel, and oh! boy wasn’t that wonderful. The photos are stunning and beautiful something we couldn’t manage on our own. Thank you W Koh Samui for a wonderful time and memories.
