Exceptional Hospitality and a Truly Memorable Stay
The hospitality of the staff was truly exceptional. Nancy, in particular, noticed I was getting mosquito bites and kindly gave me a brand-new balm—she was a wonderful hotelier. The property feels spacious and open, and the sunset views from the beach are simply stunning. My room had a private pool and was kept spotlessly clean throughout my stay. It’s a place I would love to return to again.

From the moment we arrived at W Koh Samui, we were embraced by luxury, comfort, and warm hospitality. The entire experience was exceptional. The staff’s friendliness and attention to detail were outstanding. A special thank you to Ms. Cookie, whose care and professionalism made our stay truly memorable. She ensured everything was perfect from check-in to departure. The floating breakfast was a definite highlight — visually stunning and absolutely delicious. Enjoying it in our private pool was unforgettable. W Koh Samui exceeded all expectations, and we can’t wait to return for another incredible and personalized experience. Highly recommended!

From the minute you arrive at the W Retreat Koh Samui you are met with the Wow factor. The view from the lobby is absolutely breathtaking!! The pool villas were modern, beautifully decorated & very private and had direct access to the beach. Staff were very friendly & attentive. Had the most incredible meal at Namu. Thank you to the amazing chefs who just created something special for me based on what I felt like - no menu required.

This is definitely a resort with wow factors in many ways. Besides the breathtaking view of Gulf of Thailand and the Maenam Beach, the staffs left me a nice impression as well, General Manager Nick himself gave us a personal tour introduction at the beginning which led to a wonderful stay for us at W Retreat Koh Samui. Worth coming again and again!
