From the moment we arrived at W Koh Samui, we knew we’d found something truly special. 🌴✨ We’ve stayed at W Hotels all around the world, but this one is by far our favourite. Every sunrise, every sunset, and every little detail was unforgettable — but what made it extraordinary was the people. Chef Daniel, Chef Raghav, Meilie, Queen Bee, Pablo, Noni, Bank, Nat, Zucus, Andre, Kim, Bowl, Oolala, Pei Pei, Nancy, Cookie, Mo, Mac, Tiger, and Tony — every single one of you made our stay incredible. Your warmth, energy, and care turned a holiday into something so much more. And to those we met only briefly, whose names we sadly didn’t catch — we’re sorry, we truly tried! Please know you touched us just as much, and we’re so grateful for every smile and every moment. 💜 We truly had the W experience, and I don’t want to gatekeep — here are our must-do’s: 🌴 Stay in Villa 171 – nothing beats waking up right on the beach. 🔥 Hot Over Coals In-Villa BBQ – a beautiful BBQ cooked by the chefs right in your villa, intimate and unforgettable. 🍣 The Cutting Edge of Japan Cooking Class – with Chef Daniel and his amazing team. ✨ 6-Course Dinner Under the Stars – pure magic. 🍱 Dinner at Namu – a standout culinary highlight. 🥐 Buffet Breakfast at The Kitchen Table – the perfect start every morning. 🍸 Cocktails at Sip – ask for the “Ebony” and try the Monkey Beer. 🍹 WooBar Vibes – oysters with the Ebony Obsession (Ebony inspired cocktail) while the sun sets. 🎆 Firework Show – every night; book a round booth (Table #4). We were so lucky to create unforgettable memories here — and even luckier to have not one, but two incredible cocktails named after me!!! 🍸✨ Thank you, W Koh Samui, for showing us the true meaning of the W spirit. We stayed in Room 171 right on the beach and honestly… WOW! The villa was stunning, waking up to the ocean every morning felt like a dream. But the real magic? The W Koh Samui dream team who made us feel like family. At Namu, Chef Daniel and Meilie created meals that were extraordinary — and the private villa BBQ with Chef Raghav and Daniel over hot coals 🔥 was an unforgettable highlight. The Queen Bee at The Kitchen Table made mornings full of fun and laughter 🐝☀️, while evenings at WooBar were brought to life by Pablo, Noni, Bank, Nat, and Zucus with cocktails and sunsets we’ll never forget. At Sip Bar, Andre, Kim, Bowl, and Oolala wowed us with world-class drinks 🍸. But the person who truly made our stay flawless was Pei Pei 💜. She was there for anything and everything we needed — our main contact, always one step ahead, and always with warmth and kindness. From organising special touches to surprising us with a beautiful bath and ice-cold Coronas 🛁🍻, she made us feel so cared for. The amazing support team didn’t stop there — Nancy, Cookie, and Mo (Customer Service Manager) all played a part in making sure every detail was perfect. Around the resort, Mac drove us around on the buggy with a smile 🚐💨, and Tiger at security welcomed us with happiness every single day 🐯🙌. Beyond the resort, Tum, our private taxi driver, made exploring the island effortless. W Koh Samui isn’t just paradise — it’s a place where people like Pei Pei and her team turn it into pure magic. ✨

This place is heaven. The best thing about it are the people who work here. Every single person is so lovely, kind and happy. We traveled with two kids aged 1.5 and 5 and stayed in the jungle view villa and it fit us perfectly. The beach is lovely and very kid friendly, there’s so many activities for them to do and ice cream everyday was a real treat. We had dinner a few times at the “Kitchen Table” and loved their take on the incredible mango sticky rice. A few reviews have said things about noticing the resort aging, but honestly that seems unreasonable. It’s not new sure, but it’s in very good condition and we loved everything about our stay. We had such a wonderful stay at W Samui. The villa was amazing and the breakfast was honestly one of the best we’ve had. The staff really made the difference. Everyone was friendly and professional, but what stood out most was the personal care. A special thanks to Bear, who gave our son Muay Thai lessons that he absolutely loved. He also went out of his way to recommend local places, help us with small requests, and even managed to get us tickets and transport to fights event that was already sold out. This extra effort made our trip memorable. Thank you, Bear, for everything, and also thanks for all your team. We look forward to coming back!

We had the best time at the W. The food was brilliant!! The rooms were fantastic. And The staff were amazing!!! Especially Bear who was very kind and attentive. And spent hours playing football with my son. The staff gave lots of recommendations for places to visit and eat during our stay, booked dinners reservations for us. Honestly it literally is what ever, when ever. Best holiday for us as a family. And we will definitely be back. On our last night we came back to our room and the staff had laid out a brand new football kit for our son with all of his favourite team in football cards!! So thoughtful!!! Thank you W Koh Samui ❤️
