The staff are the BEST at W! ❤️
We come for breakfast to the W hotel most mornings. The food is great, the service is even better. The staff, including Natty, Michael, Moe (and others 😁) are very polite and always smiling and friendly. Wonderful breakfast and amazing service
I am a breakfast lover and breakfast at W Koh Samui is one of my favorite place that I never get bored to come again and again. To celebrate our anniversary this year, we had chosen having a nice morning celebration with breakfast in stead of dinner, so definitely we came back to W hotel for our anniversary breakfast. Food was amazing as always. Service was top-notch. Everyone was very professional and did the best to make all customers happy. Thanks to Khun Patama Chef Bee, Khun Micheal, Khun Gift, Khun Nim and Khun Minnie and also everyone at W hotel. Thank you very much for warm welcome and kind service to us every time we visited this beautiful W hotel. 🙏🏼😊

From the minute you arrive at the W Retreat Koh Samui you are met with the Wow factor. The view from the lobby is absolutely breathtaking!! The pool villas were modern, beautifully decorated & very private and had direct access to the beach. Staff were very friendly & attentive. Had the most incredible meal at Namu. Thank you to the amazing chefs who just created something special for me based on what I felt like - no menu required.

This is definitely a resort with wow factors in many ways. Besides the breathtaking view of Gulf of Thailand and the Maenam Beach, the staffs left me a nice impression as well, General Manager Nick himself gave us a personal tour introduction at the beginning which led to a wonderful stay for us at W Retreat Koh Samui. Worth coming again and again!
